Caching via PT with chook from chooknchunk - what a day! Great caches, chats, lunch and laughs. I love multis and this one was one of the best .... filled with mystery and magic - just my cup of tea! Many thanks for the incredible journey - a favourite from me. TFTC
Chook and Sunset62 travelled in by train today for one of their 'Geocaching via Public Transport' walks, and the 'Mister Doctor Trail' from Ringwood to Mitcham was the target of the day. This multi quest was fantastic and well worth adding the extra detour in our plan. The Shapeshifter was in and he was more than happy to have us visit once he knew why we were lingering. He is very proud of his workshop. We found all the information we required then it was off to see the Wizard. Unfortunately the Wizard was not in, but we were able to use a touch of electronic magic to gather what we required here. Finally we were off to Destiny Square and then on to the Secret Entrance. We initially thought we were in the wrong place, even though we could see the place of magic and power beyond. However the blue guardian reassured us that we were in the right place, then Chook located the magic wand. Oh wow, what power this gives - the power of fun and delight. After playing with its spells we returned it to its chamber, only to head back and run into a couple of muggles who were on a work break and had noticed some strange goings on at the Secret Entrance. We must have forgotten to put on our invisibility vests! But these were very curious and friendly muggles and they were so excited to learn of our odyssey that they have now become guardians of the entrance and wish to embark on their own magical quests.Thank you to Mister Doctor for such a well themed cache. We kept one of our remaining favourite points for this one!
I was out and about with TanSaf today and we found ourselves outside the shapeshifters workshop. Fortunately they were home so we were able to gather a most important piece of information which was required in order to make out way to the Wizards Grotto .. He wasnt in so we werent able to take a look at his book of spells but fortunately he had a backup which we opened to identify the much needed spells. A quick cast and we found ourselves at the Blue guardian and were guided to out final destination. Thanks Mister Doctor .. a fun multi
I had started this multi previously but was missing one piece of information at the first waypoint so could not proceed. Today while out caching with skylizard we decided to give it another go. The previously missing information was not where expected but we did locate. We were then able to do our calculations and move on to the next waypoint. Appreciated the backup plan which we had to resort to. Final calculations made and we were off to the final location. Not the most salubrious spot but the cache and log book were soon in hand. TFTC Mister Doctor - love your creativity.
After a long and grueling searching for the wizards hideout, we eventually found the fearsome monster that was blue. After a long and drawn out battle with the said monster, we eventually crushed it in fantastic victory! After fiddling around in the secret path we found the wizarding wand and cast a spell to banish the beast once and for all! trials and tribulations for those of you who try to follow this difficult path. best of luck if you dare
I'm finally finishing off a few caches close to home, some of the more complex mysteries and multis, clearing out the home zone. This one has been sitting for a while, so this Sunday I got on my bike for a ride down to Heatherdale to knock it over. I was scratching my head a little at the first waypoint but eventually found all the required numbers. At the final spot, I was glad it was a Sunday, with nobody around it was an easy search and only took a couple of minutes to have the well disguised cache in hand. Thanks for the challenge here!
This was a very well thought out and executed cache. The story telling here is immaculate, and definite adds to the sense of journey and wonder, well done on this.Certainly having a good narrative keeps you hooked, and I did chuckle when I got to each waypoint and saw how the text translated into the real world environment. Thanks for the fun of this one
Grabbing his knapsack, RaphBrad set out on Dyngus Day to see if he was indeed 'worthy' of discovering the Secret Entrance and locating the famed wand of power. The first stage of the journey at the Shapeshifter's Workshop progressed well, and with some mathematical sorcery he was able to chart a path to the Wizard's Grotto. The Wizard was not home today and had taken his book of spells. Not to be deterred, RaphBrad reached into his knapsack and consulted a digital incantation device while sheltering from a storm in the entrance to the Grotto. Only after casting the right spell did he realise another solution was available nearby all along! At Destiny Square the rain was tumbling down, but he sensed the wand of power was close, so pushed on. After placating the Blue Guardian a mystical entrance unfolded before his eyes. Using his finely honed geo-senses the wand was discovered. Success! After expending all his wits on the adventure RaphBrad decided to visit the nearby elixir store and use his newfound powers to acquire some juniper potion and tonic to imbibe on this most joyous day.
Thanks to a message from BossConner it seemed something wasnt quite right.Yes, the cache is gone, so will get to work on a replacement.
This is one of many geocaches that I have found over the last 12 months, but have not got around to logging. Sorry for the generic log. Just catching up now.
What fantastic fun, so glad we have this CO in our area to provide us with such great entertainment. Took me about an hour, but a late lunch is fine.
Found it with jackst2000!!
Thanks for the clever cache! Learning more as we go!!

Solved this recently by various means and dragged the rest of the family to do caching on mothers day I am ticking a number of Multi caches for a Challenge cache in Dunsborough, WA we are doing in June. Loved solving this. I accessed from the side, but the coordinates told me to go elsewhere. So we went thru the correct entrance, and it brought us to the same lo action. However, my daughter had been obsevant and had seen something earlier, and I soon made the find. Thanks for the cache.
Always a bit dodge when you hang around someone's property. Loved the riddles esp the scroll
Definitely a favourite! We will come here again with the rest of the PotatoHeads! Love all of the caches you do Mister Doctor, so please keep on making other obscure caches for GeoCachers like us to enjoy!
Today I had the morning free and thought it was a nice day to go geocaching. Today the plan was to collect a number of geocaches that I needed a challenge, the one where you need 20 geocaches in each Victorian LGA. Turns out I've only ever found 5 geocaches in the Maroondah LGA, so time to fix that.
Found this one at 9 am. Really nice idea for a multi cache. Shame the locations are just full of security cameras, rubbish, blackberries and neighbours watching everything. The house being built will makes things even worse.
Thanks for the cache Mister Doctor

Finally got around to finishing this one off after I failed to find a month back, am never keen on hanging around someone’s back fence.
Thanks Mister Doctor for the cache.

Being granted a birthday wish I chose to travel to this vicinity. Having previously heard of the power of this necromancer, it had to be seen to be believed.
An early start turned out to be the best time of day to visit the shapeshifters workshop. Too early to see him but ‘‘twas possible to conjure up the required information required and calculate the whereabouts of the wizard’s grotto.
My trusty sidekick darted into the shrubbery and emerged unscathed with a spell book. Using the necessary magic incantations we were transported to Destiny Square from where the Blue Guardian was obvious.
Approaching with caution, we realised the Giant was asleep, and we tiptoed carefully past.
Traversing the required distance to the secret entrance necessitated navigational skills but was achieved with the use of my two large magic wands, enabling me to venture through prickly barriers unscathed.
But then the secret entrance remained hidden from us for a few minutes, as we searched hopefully, until the jewel encrusted treasure chest revealed its secret scroll.
My supreme gratitude oh might one for this wonderful adventure, and a great way to begin this auspicious day.

CybergranV is staying in the eastern suburbs, and arranged for n0w0rries to come caching with her, so I tagged along.
As she's here to go to an event featuring a well qualified gent, it seemed only right to attempt some of his caches.
I attempted to find the secret entrance last year, but made a slight error that put me too far north of the wizard's grotto.
With n0w0rries as our chauffeur, and guide to keep us on track, we worked together on the details we needed, and arrived at a better entry point than I had months earlier.
And reached a search area that aligned with the cache description. It took a couple of sweeps and reference to the hint before, finally, I came up with the goods.
Thanks, Mister Doctor, for a fine journey.

After receiving a hint from Mister we set out to try to find the cache again.
It was magical revisiting previous locations as we travelled.
We braced our nerves of steel to face the blue giant once again and after a short search we finally found it! Thankyou for this cache

Another brilliant MisterDoctor cache, found on a day that helps me work toward various other challenges. Perhaps my work suit wasnt the best caching gear but TFTC and adventure!
As I was in the area today I decided that I should do a Multi... because I don't do enough of them! This one is fabulous set-up and story... fairly easy to do... especially when the Wizard is having an afternoon siesta... but the reality of the final location didn't, for me at least, live up to expectations. Oh well, you can't have everything in life!
Thanks **Mister Doctor** for the cache.

We completed this from the warmth of the car today, as it was pouring down. After checking our sums and plugging in the final co ords we knew we were correct as the blue monster was insight. Counting out the metres as we walked closer till we were where we needed to be. Quickly found cache. Thanks for this really fun multi Mister Doctor!
This is the second time here looking for this cache no it is in the bag log signed TFTC
I have just recently started on working to qualify for "The Non-Traditional Calendar Challenge" (GC7RCQ3) and as I am probably the exact opposite of a puzzle cacher I have been on the hunt for multi caches lately.
So headed over here today to try and find this one. I had arrived at the Shapeshifter's Workship, just as the clouds opened up and the light rain turned into a downpour. I was able to locate the required information fairly quickly, but as I was trying to write down the information my notebook was getting soaked. So had to resort to taking several pictures and running back to the geomobile to work out the maths.
After drying out my pen, I was able to work out the coordinates to the Wizard's Grotto. However, I waited a bit until the downpour lighten to a light rain again and then I made my way over.
The Wizard's Grotto was very busy today with several witches and wizards practicing their potion brewing. I was able to quickly sneak in and grab a copy of the infamous Wizard's spell book without being seen. However, not wanting to be turned into a newt I quickly left.
It was then some more maths and the coordinates to Destiny Square was discovered. From Destiny Square I tried to project a waypoint to the guardian and then again on to GZ. I was able to easily locate the blue guardian and with my new found magic skills I was able to bypass it to make though to the Secret Entrance!
However this is were the real struggle began. I am not sure if the secret entrance had some affect on my phone or if the weather had an impact but my gps was had me quite away from GZ.
I had to resort to the hint in order to narrow down where I should be looking, but with the magically plants in the area, it made for a difficult hunt. I then had to PAF to the CO for a couple of additional hints before the cache was finally in hand. Big thanks to the CO for all the help with this one. I had a lot of fun traveling to the Secret Entrance today. Thanks for the adventure and TFTC.
The cache container was still in good shape, the attachment mechanism still seemed strong and the logbook was clean and dry with plenty of room for future cache finders to sign.

Began our journey at the Shapeshifter's Workshop, made quick work finding the coords to the Wizards Grotto(which smelt amazing, I should go there at some point).
Found the blue guardian after a quick sit down. And unfortunately after entering the secret grotto and walking up and down its muddy path over and over, was unable to locate the cache

I was out on a short morning cache run and this was to be my multi for the day. I have had it on the list for a while but never had the time to explore it a little more - so today was the day.
I arrived at the shapeshifters workshop and while staring in amazement at the power that was before me, I managed to secure some information for the journey ahead. I was initially stumped on one question, only to read it by accident and then the ah-ha moment happened.
I moved on to the Grotto. Just the thought of these spells made my stomach grumble. A clever list of potions was obtained and studied before setting off to Destiny Square.
It was here that it made sense. I spotted the guardian quickly, but it didn’t put up much of a fight as it looked rather full and would be slow to move, by which time I had already snuck past. I arrived at GZ and was thankful for the quick find as height makes you a little more obvious (and suspicious) in areas such as these.
With the log signed the journey was over. Another excellent and creative multi!
Thanks Mister Doctor for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

#1313 - Crikey!
Definitely took some wrong turns on this cache!
The Shapeshifter's Workshop proved well however the wrong information was gathered to find the Wizard's Grotto.
So off we headed to the alleged Wizard's Grotto location which seemed like a legitimate location however over time, we realised that something was very wrong.
Reading through the description, I had an idea after some sleuthing that took us to another location and behold, there was the Wizards Grotto! We gathered the necessary information to locate Destiny Square however we ran into the same issue of having the incorrect coordinates from the Shapeshifter's Workshop.
So back to the Shapeshifter's Workshop we went and realised our mistake. Now with the correct coordinates in hand, we continued our journey to find Destiny Square.
While on the move, I spotted the Blue Guardian out of the corner of my eye and after letting us pass, we made our way finally to GZ and the cache.
Quite the long adventure and we were off to find some well earnt food after signing the log.

This was a fun adventure. Collecting the required information at The Shapeshifter’s Workshop took some hunting around. At the The Wizard’s Grotto the spell book was located easily and the required spells were obtained. After the checksum agreed we headed to Destiny Square. Thankfully we were able to summon an app to light the way to the blue guardian and onto the secret entrance. It wasn’t long before we held the jeweled prize in our hands and were able to mark our attendance with a very magical date of 2/2/22. Thank you Mister Doctor for placing and maintaining The Secret Entrance for us to find today.

Found with dalerious on an Australia day to remember undertaking some awesome caches in one of our favourite areas .
We have never had the pleasure of undertaking such a multicache as this before. The idea was new to us both, and it was a breath of fresh air to read the description as it was to undertake the journey of discovery.
So clever was the use of things in our everyday modern world to which you transformed into a magical and mystical tour of suburbia .
Each step conjuring up fantasies that lulled the mind into another realm. One would believe that they were hexed into thinking that they were traversing in a third dimension.
It was clear as Crystal that this benevolent familiar and her warlock had a Ball.
I have conjured up a spell of favourites for thee Mister Doctor as a reward for thine skill to create a worthy cache.

Needed for a challenge we have both been working on, this D3.5/T2.5 multi cache was the first of its kind for both catnap777 and I, so we gathered together all our best spells, charms and magical items and set forth across the lands to tempt our fate at this place of powerful magic.
The Shapeshifter's Workshop was strangely silent for a Wednesday, perhaps his marvelous power generation system was failing him or perhaps his workers were merely enjoying the public holiday. His secrets were revealed to us none the less and we were soon on our way to visit the Wizard's Grotto.
He was not at home either but his servant was. With broom and bucket, the fellow was tasked with collecting spiders and their silk from the grotto walls no doubt required for some wondrous potion his master wished to concoct. Unsurprisingly, the book of spells was not left out on display, for we all know what happened the last time the sorcerer's apprentice was left alone with it. We did not resort to counting tiles though for we had magic of our own. We drew our Androidian Wands and summoned "Alacalamb" and "Hey Pesto" with our own incantation of "Hey Oogleygoogley" then by reciting the wizard's name and with a flick of a finger, the open pages of his book of spells appeared before our very eyes.
Tis worth a mention here that by coincidence or design, the value that the wizard places upon two of the "Large" charms we sought totals exactly the same as the sum of their numerical order within the book of 24 spells, which (with different digits) also adds up to that of the checksum upon the Mystical Page of Details. Any "less than astute" adventurer that misinterprets the quest guide could easily find themselves on a fools errand ending up in a little park in the middle of suburbia.
It's a lovely park with a shady bench seat where one (or two) can sit and reflect on the error of their ways.
After recalculating, we soon found ourselves at the true Destiny Square leading directly to the unmistakable Blue Guardian and on to the Secret Entrance and the source of the wizard's magical power. A final consult and disenchantment of the hidden words within the Page of Details, and our jewel encrusted prize was soon discovered where we adventurers could finally inscribe our success and register our attendance.
Thankyou Mister Doctor for a most enchanting and imaginative experience. Art thou Alchemist or Necromancer? A fav given for your ability to transform the ordinary into something of wonder.

We did all the work for this a couple of weeks before Christmas. We loved the concept of this cache and the cleverness of the waypoints.
On that day, however, it was really hot and we were pushed for time, only making it as far as the blue guardian. So close, but just not enough time (or energy from my accomplices!) to finish the job.
Today is cooler and we are in the area, so we’re able to complete the final 60 or so meters and sign the log.
Thanks Mister Doctor for another of your creative multis. Your imagination knows no limits!
See you at the MEGA

I first attempted this cache months ago when we were quite new to caching.
I struggled to find all the relevant info at WP1 back then, but we very recently worked out an alternative means to find the remaining digits, and also those for WP2 and WP3.
The blue guardian had me bemused though until I approached GZ today and there it was, blue, and guarding the entrance as one would expect. It let me pass without hindrance thankfully.
I had to employ the hint to make the find, but then managed to leave the area by a westerly shortcut.
A cleverly wrought multi indeed. Favourite point deservedly awarded.

What a fabulously crafted multi! Loved the creative use of waypoints to weave a story that really got us in. The youngest kid was with me and he enthusiastically gathered all the information. He was also loving all the performance cars in the panel beaters/mechanics all the way up Molan St! It all went perfectly until we got to the Blue Guardian. There is a temporary fence beyond GZ - but I had it my head that it was blocking me from GZ - it wasn't, but I didn't look at my projection properly. Mister Doctor promptly set me straight, so this morning I went out and signed the log and walked back the way I came. Got to love a CO who responds promptly and goes above and beyond to make sure his caches are all working smoothly - even when it is user error!
I found this cache today on my Ringwood Round Trip Caching Day. Luckily, I had had a little look at this one before leaving home but neither at WP1 or WP2 was what I was expecting. Thanks from D B-A
Estimated time to complete: 35 min? Not us, try about an hour and a half:) Consulting the Shapeshifter’s innovative power generation system proved no match for this dynamic duo, then it was onwards & upwards to the The Wizard’s Grotto. Here things went a little downhill and we felt the forces of nature trying to stall our progress (It was lunchtime, and we were hungry)
After consulting the book of spells, an evil enchantment was placed upon us that had us under an allusion that we were consulting a new, updated book. After pacing the 57 steps to obtain the original version, we soon had the information sorted to locate Destiny Square, then suddenly the enchantment lifted, and we noticed our detour was in fact, not required:)
At this particular time, we were standing at the secret entrance and continued forward until I stopped proceedings as I had a hunch we had made a huge mistake. In my mind, the cache name, The Secret Entrance had changed to The Secret Garden, so I convinced Steve to head back to the car and recheck our calculations. Reading the cache page again, everything became clear and we went back to GZ to make a quick find. That’ll teach Steve to take any notice of my hunches.
We loved this multi Mister Doctor, even if we made hard work of it. A well deserved favourite point from us.

TFTC and the adventure at the start of our day. TFTC! A caching day out today, and lovely winter weather today considering the last week! We started out quiet late today arriving at Heatherdale Station before walking onto Antonia park to pick up the remaining cache, onto a few local parks before arriving at Schwerkolt Cottage. It's a really enjoyable park, and picked up an adventure lab & it's bonus, plus the multi.
Continue along the Mullum Mullum trail picking up the caches along the way. We enjoyed the lovely walk through Yarra Dheran and it's multi, before continuing onto the Mullum Mullum trail, before doubling back to start the Hillcrest #1. The walk was peaceful but unexpectedly lot of runners were encountered. Found #1 quiet easily, onto #2 And #3. Thank you for the great day out, with just under 18km completed on the return to The station. Really lovely walk through the parks today! Loved this cache and being out this side of the city.

Enjoyed the style of this one done during hail and rain bands passing overhead this morning, could this be the coldest day so far this year??!!! Well a good thing I had the big jacket on and during the windy conditions nearly lost the hat twice. However has per classic Melbourne weather is was blue skies by the time I finally found myself at GZ. Like how the stages required a bit of thinking and careful reading of instructions. The wizard was a confusing dude with alternative details used. Kept on thinking no that's not right, wait hang on ahh thats it. So with details now looking right I skipped off to wp3 and then found finally the secret entrance at last. With my mark made in the log the weather was finally clear and even the sun was out. This one deserves a favorite. [^]

A very fun multi. After calculating WP2, I found that the spellbooks were missing, so thankfully the description provided alternatives. After this, the calculations and find were easy. All in good condition. TFTC
I deemed the cache to be missing and invoked the help of the Grand Wizard, suggesting the “replacerama” spell might need to be invoked. He checked GZ and suggested that I use the “lookharda” spell. Which I did and duly found the cache. I can not believe I did not see it. Off to the optometrist to get my eyes checked
Stopped by and found cache in good order. Added to hint, as options for hiding have increased.

It looks like this one might be missing. Thanks for double checking Boab Tree.

Found the shapeshifters workshop and compiled the information. There is some lovely artwork here. So off to the grotto and someone had stolen all the spells. So I headed off to the backup spell chest and retrieved the magic required. I worked out my destiny and projected the necessary angle and distance. I passed the blue guardian which gave no problems but at the final GZ I hunted high and low using hints and uttering magic hexes and curses, but the cache remained invisible. Bah!
As of Monday 9 November, the publication of new caches is set to recommence in metropolitan Melbourne. For details see: [https://wiki.groundspeak.com/display/GEO/Victoria](https://wiki.groundspeak.com/display/GEO/Victoria)
I’m following that lead and finally re-enabling my caches too!
I have checked in on each of them to see that containers and logbooks are present, and that all are ready and eager to have visitors again.

I am taking my lead from the planned recommencement of cache publications in metropolitan Melbourne on 9 November, and so will also be waiting until that date to re-enable my caches.
Sadly, metropolitan Melbourne is now back under Stage 3 COVID-19 restrictions. As a result, I am disabling this cache during this heightened period of risk.

Well this was a very challenging multi! I found the numbers at the waypoints on separate occasions. At WP1 the Shapeshifter was very helpful so when I got home that day I calculated WP2. I confessed in an email to the CO that I had consulted the book of spells at WP2 in a different way to that described in the cache description but I did locate WP3, Destiny Square, just the same. I found the Blue Guardian OK but it was getting dark that day and I needed to check with the CO that my reasoning for the projections from WP3 were correct so I didn't proceed any further.
The CO kindly replied that my reasoning was right so today in the bright sunshine I searched for the cache. I walked past GZ a few times and eventually I noticed the cache when I was facing in the right direction. My GPSr was saying GZ was 8 metres from the given co-ords but it could have been affected by the nearby transmission towers. I retrieved the cache and signed the log at 4:00 pm. TNLN. I then returned the cache to its hiding spot. I used hand sanitiser before and after finding the cache to stay safe.
Thanks Mister Doctor for the challenging multi and cache. As the accompanying photo shows it really is a secret entrance with all the "No Trespassing" signs on the way to GZ.

I'm sure we were thoroughly looking over the GZ within a 10m area following the hint but after getting spooked by the local knight patrol we decided it would be best to move on
DNF for the GeoBoyfriend and I. Seems despite being quiet and courteous, a neighbouring Muggle called the Police.
We are now entering a phased exiting of COVID-19 lockdown in Victoria. As of Wednesday 13 May, cache publication is recommencing, and so I am also re-enabling my caches once more.
Enjoy geocaching, but please remember to stay safe!

The best way to flatten the curve of COVID-19 is to stay at home. From what we know about the virus, it is able to survive on plastic for 3 days and steel for 2-3 days. Given that publication of new geocaches is now halted in Victoria, it seems sensible to also take a step back from those out in the field.
As a result, I am disabling this cache during this heightened period of risk.

What a brilliant multi, I was bit confused as I was thinking of different strategies here and I definity lost my mind, fortunately, the CO kindly got my mind back on track when I was here today it took me a while to work out how to solve the problem, oh boy I realised what I was thinking was wrong and I finally opened my mind to other strategies and got to the right place and found the cache quickly. Thanks Mister Doctor so much for your efforts
A fav point from me and I will always remember this great adventure and fun.

Looking very challenging here. Arrived in the centre of the square at WP3 and set up a bearing to WP4, however, no success at this point or unable to spot the Blue Guardian here! I may have miss something! Will try better luck next time. Thanks Mister Doctor for another great multi.

*Cache find # 10559.*
Last time I was over this way, this one was disabled so I couldn’t have a look for it.
Back in the area today I decided to have a look but it did it did keep me on my toes and did keep my thinking and re reading the cache page to get it all straight.
I eventually made it to GZ but wasn’t able to find anything so I headed back the the car but as I was passing the blue guardian I looked at how many metres I was away from the waypoint and I was out by 7 metres so I headed back to GZ but changes it by 7 metres and what do you know, I found the cache.
**Thanks to Mister Doctor for placing this cache.**

This was a bit of a cryptic one. We needed to put our thinking caps on.
We admired the artwork at WP1. Drooled a bit at WP2. And wondered 'where the hell are we' at WP3. After that, we just did what we were told until we finally found the well concealed cache in an area that only a local would know.
Thanks Mister Doctor for the tour.
Chiefton!!!

I really enjoyed this multi, although I became derailed part way through. The CO kindly got me back on track and today I returned and signed the log. I love these suburban multis and this one has certainly earned a fav point from me. Thanks for your efforts Mister Doctor.
Found yesterday on second attempt. We ran out of daylight the first time around.
We loved many aspects of the adventure. My favourite was the book of spells, renamed book of smells. We can recommend. Ha
A great urban adventure.
Fav added to the pile.

Hurray! After some wild miscalculation on my part (I had WP2 on Mt Dandenong!) we tried again and found our way to the final hidden spot. Great fun, TFTC!
A cache I've been wanted to do for a while, so with light falling and an event in the city to get to later on this was going to be the last gem cache for me today. Information was gathered from the two characters without any trouble and the secret entrance found. The cache avoided detection on the first pass but doubling back to try to get to the right place I spotted it. Thanks for a fun little multi
That’s an awesome story beckNmonts!
GZ is pretty inaccessible at the moment so am disabling until our friendly muggles are all done

There I was, innocently working out this multi when I ran into an issue. My brain wasn’t working. I had to message the CO. The CO was quick to respond, and after I stopped chastising myself for overthinking, I set off again. The only issue is, this is where the real issues began (yes, bigger than my brain issues). At GZ was a group of people working. Uhoh, I turned around, not wanting to give the cache away, having decided I would come back next week. However, they stopped working and chased me down. “Can we help you? What are you doing here” “I’m good thank you for asking, I was just after something for a game, but I’ll come back another time”. “Oh something hidden? We know where that is” Turns out they had dismantled GZ, and noticed it. Looked up geocaching, and placed it (in plain sight) on a fence approx 2m away. What nice muggles! They even went so far as to assure me they would put it on the new GZ when they finished working! Thanks so much for placing this cache Mister Doctor, a great multi!
Solved this a little while ago and only just got the chance to go collect. Another quick trip out from work soon had it in my hot little hand.
Thanks Mister Doctor I have ticked another of your hides off my list.

My 3rd or is it my 4th visit to this cache ??, anyway it was so long ago that I lost my notes and had to do the first waypoint again after finally figuring out the way to count at Wp2
Cache signed Thanks

Second on my Mister Doctor list I was determined to find today. With a slight miscalculation at the previous WP, a quick find today. Thanks again Mister Doctor. Yet another fav.
It was a bit of a Mister Doctor night tonight. After failing on three cache the other night Trailstevo and I headed out again to try our luck. This time everything was plain sailing and we collected a few extras up in the local area. 5 different types of cache tonight too, subject to me being to answer the earthcache questions. Thanks for your efforts Mister Doctor, your cache are always creative, interesting and different to the last. Great job! TFTC
Gunks and I hit the suburban trails to grab some of the ones missed from last weeks outing and a few extras. Seemed to be a mister doctor night TFTC
I remember when this and Steampunk101 were published. I had to resist chasing them down at the time because I knew they would come in handy for a challenge down the track. Well that track was reached today and off I went to visit the wizard.
At the posted the information was gathered in fits and starts as I apparently decided the licence plate should be read one way and it was only after a double take that the penny dropped. Onto the grotto I went and encountered the same problem as two previous finders. In true cacher style not even massaging the values worked. It was only after a message to the very responsive and kind CO that I was informed of my erroneous assumption. All I shall say is that the relevant values are not printed in the book of spells and that this is a CO who has read Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. Lateral thinking is not only advised but mandatory!
After determining the location of the square the rest fell into place until arrival at GZ where I proceeded to examine the correct piece of infrastructure initially then what that failed to yield the prize started scrabbling on the wrong side until going back to the right side but a little in another direction.
A FP for the lateral thinking required, the effort in setting it up and the cache description for some colour and whimsy.

We had visited the area and collected the required information and the calculate GZ did not make a lot of sense. So after recalculated the information we headed back today and were able to find the container without too much difficulty. I hadn't been aware of the size of the nearby facility or the existence of this little hideaway. TFTC
Cannot get to the square, checksum doesn’t work for me. I’ll need to paf for next time
I know the wizard, but his spells eluded me. A nudge from the CO put me back on track, and today it was a simple stroll past the guardian to gz. Thanks
My 1st wp calc put me nearly 700m already .. ran out of time. Need to return to recalculate and finish off
The Wizard has been busy - a new spell and a new spell book have changed things up a little!
The page and backup plan have both been updated to keep pace with his creativity!
The page and backup plan have both been updated to keep pace with his creativity!
After swearing that I wasn't going to do another Mister Doctor multi today I decided to give this one a go. Wp1 was soon dealt with and I thought "how hard can they be?" I got to wpt and found the required information. Trouble was, it didn't add up. So off I go to the spare one and found that yes, a new menu was in place. Trouble was, the old one didn't make sense either. No matter how hard I tried I couldn't make it work.
I begun my journey at the shapeshifter late in the day but was called away on another quest. The yearning for adventure became too much for me to bear and deep into the night I ventured to the wizards grotto. His spells confounded me for a while but I was able to overcome. I did not want to leave the pleasant grotto, but treasure was in my sights. Standing on the destiny square, my trusty compass showed me the way. After wrestling with the blue guardian I was close, and fear filled my heart as I stumbled through the darkness. But fear turned to joy as the treasure was found! Thanks Mister Doctor for a wonderful adventure and TFTC, a definite fave from me
After a slog up and down the mountain we finally arrived at the GZ. The area had booby traps around so we needed to negotiate that safely before signing. TFTC Mister Doctor
On a cold Sunday we went looking for "the secret entrance".
We climbed mountains, past "bogs of eternal stench" and finally we found the place of power. Thanks for the cache Mister Doctor. With Zedaycee and Angelique Anja.

Through dangers untold and hardships unnumbered, we have fought our way here to the castle beyond the goblin city, to take back the cache that was ours!
This was a fun little walk about that had us climbing the epic mountain to reach the wizard's grotto in order to claim his spell book as our own. Unsure how new his recent working of the spell book was, we took a little detour to the one he keeps hidden away to ensure our calculations were correct. Reworked, the spell book still works as desired and we were off the destiny's square. From there we fought our way past the blue guardian, to the bog of eternal stench, where we nimbly made our way past booby trap upon booby trap before finding a place of unrelenting power. We signed our names to the list of pilgrims and then, returned to the warmth and comfort of our carriage!

Thanks for the heads up Team ZACAATT - sorry it was a bit stinky down at GZ today
I met up with the Blue Guardian, who also happens to be a CITO-Magician, and with a "Poof" the poop was gone!!

Out with au.fait, we entered the Shapeshifter’s Workshop and had a look around.
The sum checker liked what we found, so we proceeded to the Wizard’s grotto.
This was an enchanting place and we would have liked to linger, but we had other exciting places to explore.
On to Destiny Square, past the blue guardian, ever onward.
We were sad to see our wonderful adventure had come to an end.
Thanks for the imaginative tour - it shows how certain words can colour the way you look at everyday things - as if taking you back to childhood. A favourite point. Thanks Mister Doctor

The search for the secret entrance began soon after I tracked down the new postal worker.
Arriving at the shapeshifter's hideout the adventure continued.
Something didn't quite add up but on closer inspection it appears that there was an even larger lonely character.
Taking this into account, it all became clear.
My magic carpet reared up and shot off up the nearby trail.
Rounding a corner it screeched to a halt and sat quivering in anticipation...
The incantation was muttered, "what saucery is this?"
The carpet stalled nearby and all attempts to get it to turn about failed miserably.
I guess it's time to call on shank's pony.
Down here?
No, back there!
I think not. This will do admirably!
Passed a sleeping giant as we tiptoed beside a palace of great power.
Ah. Stop!
Oh yeah. Back there. I did notice that as we passed by.
I found your talisman, how enchanting.
