Logs
I made this much harder than necessary by searching at night in the drizzle after attending a Newcastle Writers Festival event with Tim Winton. Previous logs narrowed down the options enough to find it. Apologies to any drivers I dazzled with my phone light! Thanks CraftyWanderer for placing this cache. As others have noted, the log is full.
Playing hookie from work. It is a beautiful day and what a way to spend a me day. Going for a drive and caching. Thanks. Log is full
Dnf. I did not waste a lot of time here cause it has not been found for a while.
No luck finding this one... Searched for 15 minutes looking everywhere. Disappointed at not finding it because it seemed like a really cool spot to hide a cache..
This cache was found today and brings our overall cache find tally to 12478.
Log is totally full. Had to write over others. Needs some love.
Thanks CraftyWanderer for the cache.

Found it with Everest High. Lucky he could got down on hands and knees as my dodgy knee wouldn’t allow me to do that.

I got down on my knees and begged and prayed for a find, and then I found it. OCW Hero Gear. TFTC CraftyWanderer
This is why I hate nanos!
With hundreds of muggles passing by underneath, finding the cache was easy using a systematic approach, by getting down on my hands and knees. Luckily no one was crossing today, as it would have looked weird! I found it within a minute, but removing the log took almost as much time as it did to drive here!
The log finally fell out when I dropped it on the path. Fortunately it didn't roll onto the highway as I was nowhere near the middle now! Logged as BM & GDZ. And I do remember finding another cache on this same passageway some years back.
Zelda enjoyed watching the cars. TFTC

Finally found it and yes the log was full. I managed to get another piece of paper into the tiny cache container. Good luck to the next successful cacher as it was an exercise in patience to re roll the log. Thanks for the hide from a Canadian cacher to down under.
TFTC found a few weeks ago but the log was full and I couldn’t sign it. The traffic was steady underneath and a tad wet
Yes. After coming here a number of times we have finally found it thanks to the youngest geokid. Log is full so we tried to scribble our name on the log. TFTC
Well, we visited some months back, and was so frustrated with the DNF, did not log it. Today, found it within 2 minutes. The log roll is full. No space left to write on. CO may not be playing anymore. TFTC.
Had a doctors appointment just down the road today, so stopped to get this cache. TFTC TeamCooper06.
We looked a bit silly crawling all over the bridge but we got it. The log is full
Took my niece out and found it within a few minutes. She says “it is so fun” thanks

We've driven under this one a lot, maybe a dozen times? On our way to a 'non-event' today, we had a few minutes up our sleeve, so pulled up. We parked in Pitcairn, then, after explaining Pitcairn Island and the mutiny on the Bounty to the kids, wandered over to the bridge. There was only one thing we were expecting here, and a systematic search using a discarded beef jerky packet (then CITO'd) as a start marker soon found the prize. The log is full, we squeezed a little 737 in there though... needs replacing..... TFTC!

Found visiting geohubby's mum. Couldn't write on the log as it is full! Great cache, thanks!

Parked on Pitcairn and wandered over to the bridge. Sig spotted this one after reading the hint even though the GPSrs were flipping out. 4 cars honked their horns while we were on the bridge. I wonder if they were fellow cachers or did my red jumper stand out too much! Waved back anyway! SL TFTC TeamCooper06

First time I’ve been out caching and run into fellow hunters! Look for a shadow is what helped me find it.

We live near by and walk over this bridge regularly. We have a casual look each time we cross and today we found it.
You won't be able to park on the highway - or more to the point if you park on the highway you won't be able to get to the cache!
I parked on Pitcairn St and it was a short walk to the bridge. Thanks CO for the hint, as it narrowed down the hunt for the cache. In fading light I was a bit worried I might not find this, but with a dearth of others going across the bridge (only 1 on a bike when I was there) it wasn't too hard to do a stealthy hunt. My iPhone GPSr had we wandering back and forth a few steps, but soon I centered in and saw something odd and yes it was the cache. Cool! Signed log and replaced.
If you're stuck finding this cache please (i) note the hint, (ii) note that it's a nano (about 1cm x 1cm x 1cm) and (iii) think about where you would place this cache on this great big bridge. Cheers!

In the area for an event . This was a quick find thanks to good co Ords. Thanks for the cache tnln replaced as found sl
Joolay had the cache in hand in moments!! Cool little cache. Minus the smell of some poor unfortunate soul. Thanks for the cache!
.....
Heading north with Joolay to meet up with some friends for a weekend tackling the Dogs Head geoart. We of course couldn’t help ourselves and grabbed a few caches (and particularly a few challenge caches!!!) on the way!

Found with Nibletricecakes up from Canberra for the weekend. Picking up a few before heading to the hotel. Quick find. Cache in good condition. TFTC
2nd find while out with Coybear2000. We followed the road from the previous find, but silly us we took the highway. Close to GZ we had to squeeze through the fence to get onto the bridge. Once we were close to GZ we were down on our knees, praying to the caching gods, who smiled upon us and we spotted the hide. Log signed and cache replaced and we continued to the next one. TFTC.
Out with Trodectus for a few finds in the area. Arrived GZ, located cache after a short search and let T retrieve this one. Log signed and returned. TFTC
Found with BillHill531 and my youngest son on a very windy day. Having the day off and still needing more caches for the vault souvenir, we headed up to Walka Water Works and a few others on the way.
Found the cache quick enough, but walked off the bridge, to sign the log, rather then let it blow into the traffic below.
Thanks for the bridge and cache!

Found on a nice winter day, but very windy, with TOMBI! and grandson. Making an attempt to find enough caches to lock up all the found jewels, we keep driving under this one and keep saying we must do this some time, well today was the day. Log signed and caches replaced as found. Thanks For The Cache TeamCooper06

after a little searching, I thought I would look for its shadow and there it was. TFTC
Find No: 7457. Another excursion with shaneo58, he managed to achieve his 200 milestone on this adventure, mind you Mrs Grub Fred wasn't too shabby either, thanks for the cache TeamCooper06!!
Big Sunday effort around maitland. Reading all about dog, but not seen a dog all day. Lovely countryside to drive and great weather. Joint forces wirh J+J.AU for the day and three makes caching a lot easier. Tricky little one

We stopped here for this one as we’re picking the odd one here and there on our way home . TFTC
We have set up camp at the Kurri Kurri sports club.
Todays trip was a few random caches, along with stops at a couple of bikes shops.
A variety of cache types & hides found. A walk up along the safe passage led to GZ, the cars were speeding pass below us.
A short search we found the cache then the only thing we did not wan't to do is drop it.

Went out on an excursion just to get out of the house after a few hot days at home. Parked close by and made our way across the bridge. Mrs C was waving at all the cars driving past being the kid at heart while Mr C counted down the metres. Once at GZ, Mrs C saw it from a distance. The log was signed and cache carefully returned

Had tried a few times to find the previous incarnation of this one without success. No so today. Was able to park real close by driving off the end of Pitcairn St. Accurate coords made for a quick find today. I was a little nervous grabbing because I didn't want to drop it. Whew, got it. SL and replaced. Thanks TeamCooper06
Looking high and low for a while before spotting it. Wonder what all the drivers thought? TFTC
Parked on the Ashtonfield side, and an easy and enjoyable walk to GZ. Looked in various places before the penny dropped. Tftc!
Started the day with 0 deg. and 0 caches but after a good day working towards the Hidden Creatures souvenirs was able to log 39 caches for the day.
Thanks for placing the caches.
Thanks for placing the caches.
Had been saving this for a rainy day..and today was just that..need one to fill in a cache for every day of the year and that was today as well thanks for placing this week
Was nearby and kingfisher_au decided he needed to find a cache today to fill his grid up, a quick walk and the cache was exactly where we guess it would be. Thanks for the cache TeamCooper06
Last cache of the day, giving the new GPSMAP64 it's first airing.
Little Miss Rat and I took Dexter the Dog for a walk, and found this sneaky little nano hidden out of the way.
LMR was using the old GPSMAP60C again, and I just managed to pip her at the post.

Driven under here thousands of times, but never walked the bridge itself. TFTC
Coordinates were pretty well spot on which helped in finding the cache quickly.
Found a few caches on this bridge since i have been caching and also had one of my own caches hidden on this bridge also.

An easy find today while in Ashtonfield. Didn't take long though the cage around the bridge was giving the GPS a hard time. TFTC!

I was just thinking it was time to get out and stretch the legs when the phone went ping. This new cache was close by and was calling out to be found. A short walk had us at GZ and the cache was soon found and signed. TFTC
