Great cache in a good place! Was able to discretely retrieve with a little patience on a beautiful morning with the pelicans and cruise ship pulling in! First Australia cache! First in the southern hemisphere! Thanks for the cache
Pure luck that I arrived When tied was low. After a short crawl the cache was in hand. TFTC
Thanks for the Cache!

TFTC! Beautiful night on the Esplanade. Thank goodness we were here low tide. This was a fun one. Greetings from Florida!!
On my way back from the botanic gardens, a nice walk following the coast with a few caches Not easy if you are tall but still fun to do Tftc ! Greetings from France
I replaced the container. You can find it now if you crawl under beginning from the ladder.
Not in the spot we looked at the spoilers and it isnt there !!SPOILERS OF LOCATION!!
No joy for the tribe here. Came at low tide and followed the spoiler clues. I'm afraid this one is gone! Thanks for placing this cache along with the plethora of others!
Crawled under there at low tide, found the spot in the spoiler photo, but could not find a cache..
Looked for a while with no luck ended up using the spoiler photos as with my 5 year old and believe it may of been washed away ?
I was lucky enough to get an invite to come up to Cairns that included some free accommodation for a couple of days, who could resist that? I had never been to Cairns so I enjoyed exploring what areas I could. This is one of the caches found today. Thanks Walterhellmut for the cache.
Omegaman1971Support Your Local VillainLive - Laugh - Lurk First To Find: 188Sidetracked Cache Finds: 138It was great to be back in Cairns for a work conference, especially with the warm weather as a nice change from the cold winter in Melbourne. Its been a few years since my last visit, but Cairns is just as beautiful as I remembered.I also had the chance to grab a few caches while I wasnt at the conference and explore some of the city. Does need some love and care Thanks for the cache!
The cache seems to be missing again see photo. We signed a little green ball and let where the cache should be, delete log if not ok?
TFTC! Visiting from Lakewood, Washington, USA along with HM55ATC. Didnt have a pen on me.
i dont think the cache is there we looked for 40 minutes and no one else seems to be able to find it either
Looked under quite a large part of the boardwalk, but nothing to be found here. Maybe requires some maintenance as the last few logs are not found.
I was so proud of myself when I found the right spot, but unfortunately the cache was gone

Just passing our last hour or so before flying home to Sydney.Failed to find at GPS gz, my non geocaching daughter waiting for me on a Very Humid day. Thought I was going to miss out on this one.Walking round to get back onto the path. And spotted it, Thank goodness my daughter was waiting at that end?
The DownUnder 2024 team is travelling in Australia and New Zealand. We also used our stopover in Doha to cache. We met interesting places, friendly people and we had great experiences. Some caches led us to beautiful areas, historical events or hotspots on site. I try to publish my own pictures in the log as far as possible. Sometimes I also stand in logbooks with my nickname, often I have renounced to save space. We agreed that only one desired answer will be sent at a time. I hope all owners also think rationally. Thanks for all the experiences.
Only got one wet foot! Great hide. What a lovely playground for young and old. TFTC 18D & L6671
A total of 38 geocachers from Germany, Denmark, Luxembourg and Switzerland went on a long journey. Three weeks to Australia and New Zealand.I've been to New York and Hawaii, but this was going to be my furthest trip yet.The big goal was to get to know the continents with their natural characteristics and cultures. But we also wanted to find historical caches. Our first stop was Doha, Qatar. In Australia we visited Sydney, Melbourne and Cairns.Auckland, Rotuara, Wellington, Picton, Blenheim, Christchurch and Comwell were our stops in New Zealand. We ended our trip in beautiful Queenstown. To protect the logbooks, we logged with the team name Downunder 2024.It was a very special trip in a large team. Thanks for laying and maintaining the cache.

Danke fr diesen Geocache. Danke fr die Ausarbeitung. Danke frs Zeigen.Lieber Gru aus Duisburg / DeutschlandAndyDieser Logeintrag wird mit Hilfe von Google bersetzt.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________We set off on a long journey with 37 geocachers from Germany, Denmark, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Three weeks to Australia and New Zealand, starting with a stopover in Doha, Qatar. I have never been so long and so far away from home. An exciting time. When geocaching, the focus was on many different cache types, but also special ratings, challenges and especially a few very old caches from the years 2000 and 2001. But also, of course, especially the geocaches that were easily accessible on foot from the hotel.Of course, the focus wasn't just on geocaching; the sights of the individual stations we visited also deserved attention. We entered our team name Downunder 2024 in the logbooks, saving logbook space and efficiently. It was a very special trip in a large team, which was also a lot of fun.Today was travel day and we went from Melbourne to Cairns.Due to the large number of caches, there is usually only one standard log, for which I would like to apologize to the different owners. Thanks for this geocache. Thanks for the elaboration. Thank you for showing me.Kind regards from Duisburg / GermanyAndyThis log entry is translated with the help of Google.
We have traveled with 36 likeminded geocachers to Australia and New Zealand resulting in lots of opportunities for sightseeing and geocaching. This has been a great trip with a multifold of new impressions and experiences.During our stay in Cairns we had also the opportunity to visit some caches. This cache was today among our finds. Thanks for leading us here and showing and thanks for the cache.

Together with 36 other geocachers, the KiSt team undertook a very long trip to Australia ???? and New Zealand ???? for three weeks. On both the outward and return journeys, there was a stopover in Doha, the capital of Qatar ????.We experienced a great deal on this trip and gained many very different impressions of the two countries, their nature and their culture. Of course, the main focus was on visiting as many caches of as many different types as possible and also all accessible old cans. However, we also made sure to visit many special places of interest and to gain as comprehensive an impression as possible of nature and its flora and fauna. To save the logbooks, we usually signed in with our team name **Downunder24**. For "special" cans, however, we have not missed the opportunity to leave our nickname as well. This beautiful cache is now also one of our finds.Due to the large number of caches visited, it is unfortunately not possible for us to write an individual log for each can, which is why we would like to apologize to the owners for this collective log.We also met other cachers at some of the events and were able to share our experiences. Many thanks to the event owners!Of course we would like to thank all the owners for showing us the great locations, the sometimes tricky puzzles, exciting multis and wherigos, as well as the interesting virtuals and earth caches - TFTC!!!---In der Besetzung KiSt unternahmen wir zusammen mit 36 weiteren Geocachern fr drei Wochen eine sehr weite Reise nach Australien ???? und Neuseeland ????.

Found this cache on a 24-day trip to Australia and New Zealand with a night of stopover in Qatar. In Qatar we have an evening and almost a full day of geocaching before we take the long flight to Downunder. In Australia we will visit the citys of Sydney, Melbourne, Aidelaide and Cairns.
