After 3yrs & 9 mths, 36 finds, 13 DNFs & several maintenance visits, I have decided to archive this one. It's a very busy area with muggles by foot & road & the cache seems prone to wandering. The signal box artwork is still intact for anyone interested in the traffic light trail. ?????????

Harder than expected! This has been a bit of a nemesis cache for us having initially logged a DNF then checking on it once or twice since. Today we got lucky and found the little trickster.

08-Mar-21
Checked on this one while in the area today after a message from E_Smiley that it might be missing. Not in the location where I left it, so replaced with the same type. Look for a leafy vial.
Happy hunting!! ️ ️ ️

11-Dec-20
After a good search here whilst in the area as well as logging the DNF on the wrong cache, I called it and headed off. Might need a check.

Replaced container. Similar leafy type. Approximately 1 foot length from manhole towards river, garden edge as before. Make sure cover under natural garden cover. Happy hunting!

Disabling until this one can be checked.

22-Mar-20
DNF , a bit hard to be stealth like here.

22-Mar-20
Didn't find this cache. New what we were looking for but couldn't find it without disturbing the bushes too much.

16-Aug-19
Found it! Fun for our first find!!

20-Jul-19
Based on the easy rating of this cache we think it’s missing. Had a really good scratch around and even phoned a friend for confirmation. Garden recently cut back. May be missing?

18-Apr-19
found it. Good job I had a previous finder and geo- dog with me for the purposes if providing public distraction. Lots of traffic here for so early in the day! Tftc

22-Mar-19
no luck despite the excellent hints... will have to watch this one and try again

18-Mar-19
I searched for quite a while after a nice lunch nearby.
It started to get really hot.
I am going to have to head off home fast as there is a ginormous storm coming.
Made it home just as storm hit.
Thanks for the hunt.

Didn’t quite make my needed numbers yesterday. So it’s up very early grabbing caches on the way to my target. Last night some time was taken planning good caches to collect. This is one of the great accessible, well maintained, found recently urban caches.

Thanks for placing and maintaining the cache so I can achieve my great plan. I apologise for the generic log but I need to log quickly so I can count down.

Ha! Sneaky. Great clue for this one...was actually quite quick to find but I think that a lycky glance in the right direction. Retrieved cache and then thought I'd better go and retrieve my uncooperative geokud who stayed watching the skateboarders. TFTC

Was difficult to be 'stealthy' for this one on a Saturday afternoon, so much traffic. Although the clues and tips in logs seemed very useful, just couldn't locate this one. Will try again on a less busy day.

27-Sep-18
Hmmm, that hint! Anyway, very quick find in stealth mode. Signed and replaced in a more 'natural' position.

I stopped to grab this cache on my way home from work. At GZ, I eventually found the cache container and the attached camo however there was no log in the container. I was sure that this was the cache because I have seen this type of container before from this CO.

I had some spare water proof paper in my car so I went back, put my name on it and put it in the container. I searched around the area for the old log but I could not see it.

Find #1679

Found this one during some afternoon biking in bli bli.

A sneaky one! It took some time but finally we spotted and logged the cache.

Thanks!

This is another one of the clever caches that we have found before in this series. TFTC

17-Jun-18
Couldn't find anything. Went across the whole strip from the box till the fence

15-Jun-18
Felt a bit exposed hunting along this busy road but it was a quick find. Wasn't sure whether this was supposed to be (without giving too much away) vertical or horizontal, as we found it lying horizontal. We replaced it the way we found it.

Parked and found my way to this one, spent a few minutes searching, read the hint and yes I was searching close [^], finally I saw a cameo I have seen before in this series Smile
Signed logsheet my shortened username "KFAU" 24/05/2018, 9:10 AM and replaced all as found,

After grabbing a few other caches on my way home I decided to continue my adventure and ended up at Bli Bli.

I was soon parked and headed for GZ where the cache was soon in hand.

Once the log was signed the cache was returned as found.

This Day in Music
1962, Bob Dylan's debut album Bob Dylan was released in the Untied States. Initially poor sales led the record to be known around Columbia Records as ‘Hammond's Folly’ (John Hammond was producer of Dylan’s early recordings and the man responsible for signing Dylan). The album was praised by the New York City weekly newspaper Village Voice as an ‘explosive country blues debut’, but featured only two Dylan original compositions, Talkin' New York and Song To Woody, the rest being old folk standards.

Happened to be away when this was published which was a pity as it is not far from home and at my local shops. Had to make sure I found it this morning as it was a big green face spoiling my map. Essential to be subtle scrabbling around because as the CO says it is a high muggle area. Clever hide. Look forward to getting out and searching for the rest in the traffic light series. Clever idea as I must admit I have tended to ignore the art on them. TFTC spiderwebbs4. A FP for the idea and putting a cache very near my home. Visited a TB whilst I was at it.

Arriving in Bli Bli, we parked up within a few meters of GZ and soon found another nicely camouflaged cache. TFTC spiderwebbs4 Smile

Wow, a very unexpected FTF!
I was out doing a few jobs and had a minute to check my emails. There was one not far away so I decided to head out here but didn't think it would still be unfound by the time I got here. It's a busy place but I got a park 2m from GZ. It must have been meant to be as I quickly found the cache and was amazed at seeing a blank log sheet. Where is everybody today?
I also had a chance to admire the TSB artwork. Urban Smart Projects are a great organisation and their wonderful work in connecting artists and utility providers together has brightened our world!
Ok, next stop Yandina!
Thanks spiderwebbs4
