TFTC log is a bit moldy but its there! Gotta do a little bashing to get there

24-Sep-23
Stopped off to get this cache whilst doing the nearby series. Ooh so many spiders. Cache is pretty much destroyed. Contents are being partially covered by what's left of the tub. Left my mark on the plastic. This needs owner attention. TFTC

30-Aug-23
Slowly worked our way through the grass trees and spotted the cache after a few minutes.
Will need to have a CO check as everything Is broken and starting to spread around the area.

A Tuesday night out with I C Nothing & Monkeywand and we headed back to the Henderson area to continue to clean out the caches along the bush tracks.
We were making good time through the sandy tracks when we were lured away by a new cache nearby… guess we’ll be back next week to finish it all off.
This evening I managed to collect 8 finds and 0 DNF’s.

Thanks DMluvsTF for placing Henderson Virtual Golf Club for me and others to find.
I added my name to the log at 21:12 on 29/8/2023.
This is find number 7631 for me.

29-Aug-23
Out for a night of caching with Cirrus_WA and ICNothing. After a scrabble in the dark, fighting spiders and rotting logs, the cache was eventually found and signed before we dashed off to find a newly posted cache.

23-Jul-23
Found this along with a dozen spiders on the way to the gz. The container is not in good condition for the weather we've had recently as the lid has disintegrated. I've flipped it upside down to prevent any further water from soaking the log as I was unable to sign it. A great idea for a cache though, TFTC!

17-Jul-23
Found but looking pretty soggy

11-Jun-23
Looks like a good concept here but cache was full to the brim with water. Tried best I could to sign on the wet log. Needs replacing.

04-Jan-23
Found it. As previously reported needs maintenance.

15-Aug-22
Quick detour from the series I was out here to do, lovely winters day, rain coming in for the next few days so wanted to get as much caching in while the sun was shining.

Found a pole with no flag, GZ was pretty spot on so easy find.

Definitely needs some maintenance as the lid is completely wrecked and inside was a puddle.... surprisingly the log was still dry so managed to sign and replace as found!

Thanks for the cache DMluvsTF! Smile

Will message CO as maintenance needed!

27-Jun-22
It was a nice morning for a walk around the tracks finding some caches and this is one I found. I spotted the big container signed the log and replaced as found. The box is very brittle and is falling apart when touched. The log is still good. Thanks DMluvsTF for this one.

07-Feb-22
Found it. TFTC DMIuvsTF. Got it after doing my ceremonial walk round in circles for about 5 min. Replaced as found

15-Nov-21
I thought the red flag was going to be a red flag and do not venture further.
Instead it was much more difficult and yet more satisfying

24-Oct-21
Cache is in the tatters, but the logbook is singable. Cheers DMluvsTF! Big Grin

Left three golf balls out of my collection of finds while caching...
Knew I would come across the perfect cache for them one day.
Container had a puddle, bugs and a angry spider... emptied them out

07-Sep-21
This geocacher reported that the container is damaged.

Found with Mr ILT as we were doing the Lachlan1.77 series around the lake. The container is cracked, contents sodden and needs CO attention.

06-Sep-21
Container is damaged and contents sodden. Needs CO attention!

03-Aug-21
Although container lid is cracked there was only a little water inside but enough to ensure all the paper items are saturated. Managed to sign the one page log and tried to replace the cache so that the cracked section is a little protected from the weather.

14-Jul-21
Cache was full of water. Managed to sign though. Definitely needs a new container.

07-Jun-21

We were out with the geohounds grabbing the nearby series and couldn’t pass this one without having a hunt for it. We followed our gps but it bounced around a bit. We spotted the prize off to the side. We signed your log book and returned your cache back to where it belongs. TFTC DMluvsTF

After hearing the snake stories regarding this area I stayed clear with all the warm weather lately but today is the day.
I headed out out the collect the new series in the area and grabbed this one whilst here.
I nice sized cache!

22-Aug-20
Bizarre. Maybe I just don't understand golf. TFTC.

06-Aug-20
Great spot. Bag has deteriorated.

05-Aug-20
I saw a tiger snake sunning itself on the sandy path parallel to Rockingham Rd. I come from the south and I was going slow in the sand and then saw the striped stick. The sun was shining but the snake barely moved. On the way back it was still there.

At GZ, I went through the virtual scorecard. I picked Titleist and went through my shots. On scoring, only Ping was in the bag to score. Oh well... I have attached my scorecard anyways.

Had a nice afternoon riding the MTB around Beeliar Regional Park. I found 11 caches from 11 attempts.

22-Jan-20
A strange cache that seems to be suffering from time and weather. We looked at the game in the container and everything is dry and ok. We looked at how to play it but standing in the middle of the bush in the heat is not a great place to work out rules and ideas so we looked around for the first clue to see if it would pan out.
We got to what we thought would be the one we needed then realised there were additional markers but they had taken to the ground. The waypoint paperwork is a bit hard to read ( maybe impossible). We checked out another marker... Same thing.
As it's not placed as a puzzle we assume it is optional so we have marked it as a find.
It looks like it could have been fun but a downloadable kit before we left home that we could then see the concept would have been better for us and it would not have suffered from the weather.
It's great to see a big container.
Thanks for the short break on our way to Fremantle.

26-Oct-19
Out and about today and I decided to check the map to see what was nearby.
I find myself with time to kill so I stopped by here for a find. The good wife was driving so we pulled over and made my way in

Decided not play a round today as I was in things and a very snakey area. Found the large container and added my name to the log book.

Many thanks to DMluvsTF for placing and maintaining Henderson Virtual Golf Club. I found it, I signed it, and put it back as found.

17-Sep-19
Dropped by and quickly scored a hole in one. Decided to call it there and not play around (bit snakey). TFTC and novel little idea.

TFTC DMluvsTF this is find # 6856 for us.

17-Mar-19
Took the opportunity this morning to come find this cache that I have been meaning to find for awhile. With the geokids occupied with the grandparents I took myself off for a round of virtual golf. Cache was found easily and in good condition. This is a very creative cache that has had a lot of effort put into it. This would be good as field puzzle as well. We scored 41 (if our adding and following instructions is correct). Congratulations on a nice cache placement.

Very exciting cache tftc

18-Nov-18
What a great cache! ........

I’ve driven past here so many times and have wanted to do this one for a while, a lot of work put into this one, unfortunately I was not equipped for the rain as it started to come down just after I located GZ. Will come back to have a round for sure

14-Oct-18
We have never walked through tshis area. Found the cache. It was starting to rain so we will have to play golf another day. Thanks for the cache.

On a quest to fill holes on my statistic: finds by hidden date 366 day calendar. Didn't have time for a round of golf today; yet I do know a young pro who'd find this course memorable, hope I can entice him here. Did find a score instruction sheet out in the open, 9m south at base of tree, picked up and placed it into bottom of container; however in hindsight guess there is chance this might have been intentional placement?
Can imagine this being a multi with 'Field Puzzle' attribute, higher D/T. Fav point, TFTC!!

25-Aug-18
On our way home by this stage and decided to have a look at the terrain as we passed. Decided to give it a go. We had just left the road and started out along the track when we came across our first reptile for the season sunning himself on a warm sunny day. Fortunately it was a blue tongue but a very real reminder that their slithery cousins are also probably stirring. Then we reached the turn off for the cache and dread. We were only 20 metres but it was a long 20 metres in. No unwanted encounters and rewarded with an excellent cache. Didn't stop to read contents only signed log as we wanted to get out of there quick. Great idea. Tftc

Headed up to the city today with two objectives. One was to meet up with some fellow travellers with whom I will be trekking the Headhunter Trail in Borneo later this month. The other was to try and round up a few mythical creatures. Fought our way to gz through all the blackboys to find a nice big cache, which is always nice to see. Thanks for the experience and the smiley earned here DMluvsTF.

Found at 12:16:00 PM.

Today rudi63 and I headed out to grab some caches and see if we could find any Hidden Creatures, the Geocaching souveneirs that are available in June/July 2018.

A fairly succesful day all round for us with more finds than did not finds. Most of those finds coming quickly, some not so much.

On the way home and we stopped here to make a quick find before heading off again

Thanks for the cache DMluvsTF, it was cache number 2607 for me and was number 15 in my run of 15 finds and 3 DNFs for today's geocaching effort.

Out for a morning run and with a new cache in this area it looked like a good spot to go. I parked at Wattleup and run up. It was a lovely morning for a jog through the bush. I still wasn't sure what the cache was all about as I approached the clubhouse and then I found the instructions. After reading them a couple of times I finally got the hang of what I needed to do. I chose the Ping clubs and filled in my actions but when I stood up I couldn't see where I had to go. I could see the other 2 clubs but not the one for ping. I moved around a little before I spotted it. The grass tree was blocking my view originally.
My score for the course was 39.

**FTF** with Cravo10.

Managed to snag four FTFs tonight, the first in Henderson before getting to Belmont and then the huge drive to Yanchep.

A huge night and we weren't expecting to get so many, thinking others would be out on the road, especially considering it was nearly two hours after publication we found he caches in Yanchep.

Thanks for a good night and it was nice to see team FraTra in Belmont after they stole one off us!

Thanks for some good fun.
