Zip lock bag tore in my hands, sorry. Quickly found by just following the mini trail to GZ
After spending the long weekend staying at Callala Beach and caching around the area, we made this trail our last stop before heading home. Three quarters of the way around the trail now, and we were on a roll, TFTC
Thoroughly enjoying this walk. The vegetation is so different as you pass through different sections. I loved the paperbarks in this area. Unfortunately couldnt find the cache here looked for a while but no luck.
The terrain is really changing along this section. I found and logged the cache but MrsFish has probably had enough for one day. Thanks for a good hide.
The cache senses were on point today.Super quick find like all the others today.Don't know what is happening.TFTCironbark.
Working our way backwards through the series, Forest edge is very interesting here!
A quick find, managed to sign the slightly damp log. Glad it’s not warmer, no bugs today. Thanks for the cache mistysoho
Gps was a bit off found it log was completely soaked forgot pen so took photo of log for proof. TFTC
I love animals tracks their so predictable
Tftc
Emptied water out of container but didn't try to sign very wet

Not so sure it was the best time to head into the swamp and along the trail but it was the only time I had. Although it hadn’t rained much over the last few days, I sense it will be some time before the area is anywhere near dry again. Recent heavy rains had left much of it underwater, and while the elevated walkway was most appreciated at the beginning, the puddles only got worse i.e. deeper and wider the further I went. After a while it didn’t really matter anyway, my shoes weren’t going to get any more soaked or covered in mud.
So along I went, eventually picking up on what to look for. Geotrails helped some of the time, geosense other times as well. In the end it was 12 from 12, with some of the logs a little damp and only the one log too wet to write on. Mosquitos were at a minimum thank god, but I had came prepared just in case.
Finally made it to the final hide where eventually the sneaky cache was found. The muggle cleaning his caravan across the road either didn’t notice or didn’t care what I was doing as I was there for a good 15 minutes and I didn’t notice him even turn his head in my direction. Trudged back around the school to the geomobile and headed back ‘home’ for a well deserved shower. Favourite added for the adventure. TNLNSL TFTF

Tftc - found this one as it was on slightly higher ground and luckily still dry does need new paper though
Took a little longer to find as I want trussing the coordinates. As soon as I did I got the find. Thanks

If u look properly it is an easy find

Check the activity for the new coordinants. It still took me a while to find this cache.
After a visit to the beach everyone else was keen for a snooze - perfect opportunity for some caches and with the sun out a few butterflies. Headed to Callala and had some luck with both. This was my main aim and I managed to find all the caches and the clues but no multi final.
Got distracted by Emuwrens (surprise addition to my annual list) and an unidentified blue at this site - another quick find.

Now here's a problem with power trails, often you find the caches so quickly (especially if you've found them before) that you've nothing new to say. Onward!
When it comes to planning a caching day, which includes a day off work I'm generally in the lap of the gods when comes to the weather and today was no except..... Forecast temps of 35deg and high humidity greeted me as I headed south for the day.
This series was one of my targeted locations today. I really enjoyed the walk but with the track overgrown and the temps climbing I was ever watchful slimey critters. It should be noted its not a good idea to this series at high tide unless you're prepared to get wet. Sections of the boardwalk were knee deep under water today.
Thanks to all the CO's for your caches today. I may not have found as many as I wanted due to the heat but I had agreat day scouring the south coast. Thanks.

Looks like this track doesn't get many walkers, as overgrown in places. Still very much worth the effort. Some caches had logs so wet you couldn't sign them, but we did find them all. Struggled to find 2 of the numbers for the multi, so took a guess and failed to find it... TFTC.
Ah, this makes sense of the other cache containers.
This one is in its place.

This one was a little aswell put persistent searching paid off, on to the next one
Another quick one, if only my two DNFs had been like this. Still, more time to enjoy the variety of nice scenery.
#4657 14th for today
A last minute trip out to coast with CBRChic. I was sitting at home after breakfast thinking: where would I like to go caching today: answer: the coast. So I called CC to see if she was keen and she was so off we went. Time was very limited so we restricted our searches to just a couple of spots: Nerriga, Tianjara and Calalla Beach area. We aimed to be back in CBR by 7pm, but that was a forlorn hope and it was more like 8pm. Anyway, it was a fine day for caching and we almost completed the "Power to Calalla" trail, which was just lovely. All in all a great day.
Thanks to the COs: mistysoho

Said no to a possible kayaking/geocaching with friends this weekend due to asthma and needing to see how it was affecting me. Steroids were kicking in and beginning to feel good again. At the garden centre with hubby when I get a call from StangeTrousers – “want a quick trip down the coast to get a few caches.? “ A little sea air would be good. “Yes Please.” Warned ST that we would need to take it easy and I would try not to become violent with roide rage on the trip (Joke). Got home in time to put the batteries into the Garmin and be ready for the ST to arrive in the geo mobile and the adventure to begin. We left close to lunch time and the day was sunny with not too much wind – perfect for caching especially after the cold days in the last week.
We picked up a few caches on the way down to the Calalla “Power to Calalla” power trail. Loved the earth cache Tianjara Falls. When we reached Calalla Beach close to 3:00 with a quick grab of a late lunch before hitting the trail. Nothing like hearing the waves at the beach.
Here we go again another discovery and place that caching has led me to. The wetlands and walk are worth a visit. Beautiful butterflies, flowers, a crab and no snake. Time was limited so we only managed mainly those on the trail before it was time to head home. The evening was finished with a meal cooked by my geo hubby for ST and I and the perfect way to finish of a great day.
Thanks mistysoho for giving me a reason to visit this place.

Recall seeing the blackened fence post & even thought of taking a photo but kept going. Still powering along. Thanks for the series.
On a nice morning walk Clematius and I tried to find all the caches in this series. We made it up to #11 but could not find the # 12 and #13. Anyway, I was a really nice walk. Thanks for hiding to mistysoho.
A morning walk together with ElizaBennet and another found in Australia. Thanks a lot for hiding to mistysoho.
OCW Pel Droed Gwin in Ellie the GeoKombi, we camped for the weekend at Currarong Beach, today we will explore Callala Beach.

Quick find on this one

Really enjoyed the hole walk through this interesting part of bushland. Glad I was wearing shorts today as long pants would have gotten very wet. The path is already overgrowing quickly, but that makes it more interesting for me. caches were all found rather quick, even when they were a bit mixed here and there.

Tackled this power trail today whislt visiting friends in Callala Bay. I was sucessfull in finding six of the series. The GPS was bouncing around a bit which might explain why some were missed.
The result I have 4 of the 6 numbers needed for the final and an excuse to come back and visit the friends and have another go for the ones missed. tftc

The quick find at #8 meant this one took longer. We saw two large kangaroos as we approached GZ. Big fellas. TFTC
Another discovery made. The hound are not Cache diners. Don't think they want to learn eighteen. TFTC
Walked this way several times now but still amazes us how beautiful it is ! SL TFTC Misty
Out on the trail for another cache I stopped and made short work of this one

GeoSon NationalSteel and I headed down to Callala Beach to tackle MistySoho's Power to Callala Series and then find whatever else we could fit into the day.
Unfortunately this was in the "too well hidden" category. We hunted all round the place, but eventually the cache was found.
The cache was in good condition. We took nothing, left nothing, signed the log and replaced the container as found
Thanks mistysoho for the cache.
