After barking up the wrong tree we moved to another and soon made the find. Found whilst out on a caching morning with I C Nothing and Meme28. TFTC!
Initially searching the wrong area but after widening the search we soon located the cache and were able to easily retrieve it. Thanks for the puzzle.
Solved this one awhile ago while I was on a LAXA puzzle kick. I'm still very proud of myself every time I manage to figure out one of their puzzles We found ourselves in the area today so Mr atCat searched while I waited with a sleeping baby in the car. The earlier logs from today helped him narrow down GZ. TFTC LAXA
This puzzle drove me nuts. I thought I was on the right track but couldn’t quite get there, then I figured out the tricky twist and finally got a tick from the checker. It’s suitably evil!
Once on location, we had a bit of GPS drift but I spotted the sneaky hide fairly quickly. Extracting it was harder but we managed it in due course. Thanks for making me think a great deal LAXA. Have a favourite point.

Checked and found the cache happy and snug in its hiddey hole. We have taken another reading and added updated coordinates to the checker.

We did like the theme of this one having often watched so this time when in town and close by we detoured over. Thankfully no muggles about and we soon spotted the hide but took an age to to extract it. Almost went back to the car to look for some tools. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC

This was a fun puzzle to solve as I was a fan way back when. After having no luck seeking out the cache some time back I was very kindly given help by the CO as to how it was hidden - but even so it was some time before we could spot the little blighter and then even longer before we were able to extract it from it's hiding spot. But all's well that ends well, and the log was signed and then replaced as found.
Many thanks for both the puzzle, the cache, and your help LAXA.

Now that urch is back in the state, we thought we better get in another day of caching in the southern suburbs, trying to make inroads on the spate of puzzle caches that have popped up recently. We got a little side-tracked to begin with, wanting to convert a trio of previosly DNF'd puzzles into happier smiley faces. Thankfully one of us had been in touch with the CO and got a hint on it's location, cos I doubt that I would ever have found it on my own. Happy to report that all is good with the cache - names added, cache replaced as found, then off we headed to the next one. Thanks for placing and maintaining this one for the rest of us to come and find LAXA
Following a recent DNF we drove by today to check. We can report all was good, however we have re[laced the cache with one that is hopefully easier to retrieve.
We have taken photos to assist with the finding should you require it. Please let us know.

Every year I swear I will keep up with my logging and not let myself fall behind, yet I have done it yet again.
It has been considerably more than a month now since my last puzzle cache hunt with geobuddy urch. We compiled a list of puzzles that we had both solved but not yet found, and made a start on finding them last weekend. Back up again today, with more that a few in this area on our list to try find and earn our smileys on. This puzzle had me scratching my head for a while, but I cracked it in the end. Shame we couldn't find the cache though. Oh well, another time maybe. Thanks for the puzzle and for placing and maintaining this cache for the rest of us to come and find LAXA

Had this one solved ages ago and looking forward to collecting a smiley today, but it wasn't to be.
Only now have I had enough time to seriously look at this puzzle as the the first time I read it ages ago, I decided it looked very involved. Picked it up again last night and once a few manipulations revealed the subject matter, the solution almost revealed itself. Pleased as punch to get this one solved. TFTC, i learnt much for someone who should have been an expert in the subject matter. Love holidays!
Aimlessly wandering around putting my fingers where I shouldn’t. After a 15min search found something, just had to get it out. After some success I SL. TFTH
In Perth for a couple of days to attend appointment. Wandered around a bit searching for this illusive hide. Eventually spotted it about 12 mts from where gps directed me. Thanks LAXA
A sneaky little hide here!
After dropping our son at Curtin for an event we cached our way home. What better way to fill in some time than hopping from suburb to suburb grabbing some of the smileys on offer in the area, cheers and TFTC.
G’day there LAXA, I was in this area today and found your cache Dark Cabled GC7KCK0. I added my name to the log book at 12:36 pm on 28 April 2018. A huge thanks to you for placing this cache here for us (and others) to find!

Talk about fiddly, easily located, very tricky to retrieve. Good puzzle, thoroughly enjoyed. TFTC LAXA
Thanks to step dad ooh yeh for solving the puzzle for us! Out caching with mommy ooh yeh on this public holiday Monday. Extremely tricky to find and even trickier to get the cache out. Log signed and cache replaced as found. Tftc
Out with Redlipsandunicorns for a morning of caching. Hubby solved this one at work so we headed off to find it. Well that was a mission to try and get the cache out. I think we spent about 5 minutes trying to get it out its hidey hole. TFTC LAXA
Left home very early this morning as the weather was perfect, well I think 10 degrees is perfect! .
Had solved quiet a few puzzles around Thornlie/Gosnells over the past few months so attemped them today. Perfect success rate with 16 finds (14 mystery and 2 traditionals), so a great morning.
Had this one quickly solved soon after publication but being a NoR person didn't worry about a FTF attempt.
Fav point for this one, love the subject matter ... could pretty much recite it all word for word! TFTC

Decided to join Barnzy12 and cravo10 on their now traditional Sunday evening caching run.
After chatting with the CO about this one, Barnzy12, cravo10 and I headed here to grab this one.
LAXA SVKR_WA found your cache on 25 Mar 2018 at 20:16:05.

After grabbing the night cache Sun Makes Light by Lyn Pat and Nathan behind Kelmscott we decided to grab the two puzzles nearby with SVKR.
Both were nice quick finds, although If you add the time spent on the puzzle it wasn’t so quick. Thanks for another neat puzzle.

Solved this cache whilst taking a day off work with DangerMouse09 who was struck down with a tummy bug... The subject matter was quickly worked out but I had to do a little digging to come up with the correct numbers I happily got the green light on my third try of the checker!
Whilst spending a couple of hours with the kids finding a few caches, this was another one on our list to find... Joined KB again to find this one & it did take a while to discover the lair! Turns out we were concentrating on the wrong area, but thankfully we did not give up & we found the teeny tiny thing

Janine found this one. We both had gz 10m away so spent time searching there first. Thanks for the hide.
Thought we knew where to start when we first looked at this but came to a wrong conclusion that took us off on tangent for a while.
Finally got ourselves back on track with the correct subject matter and everything then fell into place.
One of the advantages of caching as a team is the choice of finger size when retrieving tricky hides
Another fun puzzle, another fave.
TFTC LAXA this is find # 4425 for us.

Woohoo!!! FTF @ 5:00pm
Had a look at this one when it first came out last night but put it to one side when an easier puzzle was released by the same CO nearby. Ended up with the FTF on that one and was a happy man, my monthly FTF streak was still intact. Before work today I tried something on this one and discovered what the subject matter must be, no time to investigate further so off to work I went.
As luck would have it I had a bit of downtime so dragged out the phone to see if I could rustle up some numbers. As always it was a bit clunky but in the end I managed to get the thumbs up from the checker. Put a plan in place to grab the smiley on the way home.
Parked up about 30 meters away and wandered over to GZ where the GPSr was a bit jumpy. Eventually spotted the hide but that's where the fun started. All I can say is that the CO must have skinny fingers, it took me an age to wrestle the container from its hidey hole, I could touch it easy enough but seemed to be pushing it further away. Ended up extracting it with the blind use of some nice long tweezers.
All worth it though when I unrolled the log to reveal a blank first line. So that's two days in a row that I've had a FTF, is there another streak in the making? NOT!.
LAXA I found your cache at 5:00pm, this was the 1st of 1 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 4703. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.
