Today I was invited along to cache with the logan gang of roddyc, hatzofff, imbunda and ring in, echocage1. The plan today was to drive out west ways and clean up a couple of caches for maintenance and collect a few caches as well. This cosmic challenge has gotten people out about and all for a couple of souveniers. It was a fun day and although I already had half the caches on the list today, I still had an enjoyable time and got in a few laughs. A good company group to cache with.We headed along a trail of caches and into the hills and some awesome views. There were a few along this trail and the Pharaoh's were watching out for us.The logs were signed and the caches were replaced as found, thanks for the caches in this area.
Today was a trip up in the Lockyer Valley with RoddyC, Hatzofff, chamad and Echocage1 to gain a few Smilies and also earn some points for Cosmic Quest.Soon had the cache, log signed before replacing as found. It sure was a beautiful day . This was a very cute cache. TFTC
With hatzofff, imbunda, echocage1 and chamad for a pleasant Sunday caching around the Lockyer Valley.Nice quick find in a nice quiet spot. Cute cache.Log signed and cache replaced as found at 1:27 PM on August 4, 2024. TFTC, soldier boys adopted by Wallaby Tim.

Had some free time today, so ventured out to do a spot of caching. Arrived at the GZ and commenced my search but no joy for me today. Hopefully its just a case of cache blindness. Next time Im in the area, Ill have another go and hopefully turn this DNF into a .
Out for a cache day with geodog while hubby plays cricket nearby. Found it but took me forever to extract the log from the tiny opening LOL! Cool cache container . Great views from up here. TFTC TNLNSL.
Tftc! Credit to Mrs M for this one. Struggle to get paper out, but signed in end. Tftc
Decided a trip to Egypt was in order today, as we were staying close by (Elphinstone) Downloaded 11 caches as I knew we would probably be out of range for most of the day. What a abeautiful drive through the hills, but I would not like to have been Gorman and his band of intrepid travellers....How cute, if I rub you the right way, can I have three wishes? Thanksw soldierboys and WallabyTim
Who said you needed tweezers to extract a geocache?! Jokes aside all in good order.

With Karicka. We made a quick find but there was no log. We left a replacement. Thanks for the fun soldier boys
I collected most of these several years back while doing a bike ride through the area, I'm actually ridden a loop through this area several times now and for some strange reason do not seem to have logged this cache, Notice i said logged, it is always possible i found it an forgot to log it, sometimes the ride clouds the judgement .
Today was a tad hot in in valleys but cool breezes were always pleasant in the higher country. Today stealth seeker was also in the ride group so a join find occurred under the watchful eyes of the muggle group.

After a rainy day yesterday it was time to get out and find a few caches. After the GPS settled down, found stamped log and replaced. Thanks to soldier boys. Great container
TFTC,
We have had a couple off rain days and it was great to get out. We decided to go for a drive and take in the valley views.
Don't know why, but it took so long to find it.
Rubbed and Rubbed but nothing happened.

Visiting Toowoomba and finding a few caches around the area. Day 2: a big loop south taking in Wyreema, Cambooya, Nobby, Clifton and Allora as well as other areas of interest along the way. Now there's a container you don't see every day!

I nearly walked past this one and had to be called back by Burdons5 to collect this very cool little container. I gave it a rub, but no genie today; just a log to be signed. Tftc Wallaby Tim

Heading to an event today, I figured it was a good day to take a detour and find some caches, including this one! Cute cache container! Thanks for placing it here.
No genies were released, only a log sheet. Another favourite point for this one. [^]
Heading home today via the Clifton-Gatton road and picking up a few caches along the way. Thanks to all the COs for placing these caches and enhancing our visit to the area.
Another FP given.
Another FP given.
After spending a few days in Toowoomba caching and attending a Event in Oakey, it was time to go home back to Brisbane. Not down the Range as most go by, but further south of Toowoomba then down thru Gatton. Found 14 caches of various shaped and sizes in some great locations. Thank you to all CO's for placing them in these locations. TFTC
Found the spot, found the cache, damn Genie had gone ?? nothing inside ??
So scratched around and soon found the log, signed and back in place

Out and about on an afternoon geocaching mission discovering more of the toowoomba area as I have only just moved here, my amazing Geo-Wife KaleidoscopeCass is a local so knows these areas well.. geocaching certainly is a good way to explore!
Whaaat? Another car going past...so much for a quiet country road. Might have to carry a roll of toilet paper next time I'm caching in the country so muggles just think I'm stopped for the call of nature haha! A fave point for an original container, love it! TFTC
That's a great cache! Good coords too tho' it took us a little while to spot.
Fav Point from us for the beaut cache. All is good and dry here.

Thanks for the cache! Another awesome cache container, all in good working order my wishes for awesome geocaches came true!
What a cute container for the cache, did you find the cache container first and then decide on the cache or the other way around? Great parking and good co-ords made this cache a pleasure.
After finding the other nearby cache I drove up to this one and it was pretty much a park and grab!
Another neat little container on this one too
Log signing duties completed, and cache replaced back as I'd found it in readiness for the next visiting geocacher to come find it for themselves.
Thanks for the cache soldier boys

Thanks for this one. All is good back waiting for the next finder to release the genie log
I needed a traditional cache today so with time to spare I headed down the hill to save the ones in town. I love my Nuvi but some days I hate it!!! Glad I have been down this road before so I knew to ignore where she was taking me initially or according to her ETA I would have "enjoyed" another half hour scenic drive. Straightforward find of this cute container. TFTC soldier boys.
Out and about today for a long drive to find 7 caches.
A special container here which is always good to see.
A fav pt for the container.
Thanks for the cache.

When I saw an event in Toowoomba for the 20th of May 2018 I hatched a plan to tackle the outstanding hides I needed to convert to a yellow smiley. Followed GPSr to area around GZ and parked safe roadside. Made my way to indicated GZ and soon had the container in hand. Favourite point for the thought of this one and the container. Managed to roll the log up small enough to fit in the lid then in the container thus making the seal a little better. Replaced where found . Signed log YOF as that is what I use on small and micro logs to save space on the paper. TFTC soldier boys.
Out today with Geopartner from the back of Ipswich to back of Toowoomba.
A nice sunny day, great day for caching and enjoyed our visits to these caches.
A quick hunt revealed the cache and we signed the log and returned to where we found it.
A piccy taken. Tucked into its hide it should stay dry.

*FTF* @ 752am - Early morning drive to grab these couple. It has been a long while since I grabbed the other caches along this road. We missed the turn off and ended up 5kms the wrong way but once we had ourselves in the right spot it was a quick find. The seal on the container wasn't to tight but we returned everything as found. Great hide and TFTC soldier boys
