We looked high, we looked low, we looked in, we looked out, but today there was no way we could work this one out! Maybe we should have looked in the northern hemisphere!

Ahhhhh, archived the same day we visited. Sad

Thanks for the hunt anyway Freddo.

So we had a fairly leisurely start to the day with breakfast on the water's edge watching the pelicans. Needed a bit of R&R to start the Saturday morning.
We then headed out for a great day of caching, gin tasting and beer drinking. We had a super picnic lunch in the paddock and ended the day with epic Greek food from the Greek Food Truck.
The weather was superb and I was thankful not to encounter any slithering snakes. We did see a few emus and sleepy lizards.
Husband had only brought cold weather clothes so we had to go shopping for shorts and tshirt for him!
Geohound had a huge day and was shattered by the time we got back to camp, little did he know that he would also be up all night with a possum tormenting him right outside the tent but that is a story for tomorrow.
We thoroughly enjoyed all the caching around Renmark a great variety of hides meant for an excellent day out.
This was our first find of the morning and the cache was found quickly in a common froggy spot. TFTC Freddo Chokolade Froen.

We had headed off on an outback adventure but unfortunately it was cut short with Mrs Just a Trifle having to return home to attend to her elderly mother. We were quite rushed and only managed a few quick stops here and there to stretch the legs and search for a cache or two.

This was one of the caches we decided to stop at to try our luck. We had no difficulty in locating the cache and with our name added to the log book, we continued on our way.

Thank you Freddo for placing the cache and for maintaining it for everyone to enjoy Big Grin

*Found whilst on family holidays in Renmark*

A nice early start on a pleasant spring day in the Riverland. Out and about with Happy pants and Happy Feet. A great morning out with many laughs had and memories made. Big Grin Without Geocaching as my guide I would never have found so many interesting places on my travels.

A nice quick find here as we allowed our GPS to be our guide. Thanks for the history too.

Tak for at placere og vedligeholde denne cache for vores nydelse Freddo. Værdsat din indsats. Big Grin

In Renmark for a family holiday for the week. So us cachers, Happy pants and Snap Happy, where up early and grabbing a few finds before the planned activities of the day. It was quiet cool this morning but we still managed to discover some good hides and had no DNF's. There was plenty of laughs and fun had, along the way.

Never been to Denmark, so I surpose this was a bit special event, even though it was a bit of a drive by.

I am currently writing detailed logs because of a challenge provided by Project-GC. "The Author" Badge challenges geocachers to average one hundred words or more in each log. As of the start of 2018 my average was only 47 words per log, which seems a long way from the 100 target. Given that I have found so many GC caches, I have to write many logs with well over 100 words for a long period of time to get my average to the target. Apologies to anyone who finds the logs tedious but it is the only way that I can strive to attain this challenge. After over 7000 plus caches (which includes all cache finds up and including yesterday), the average log length is just over 50 words. I am now entertaining the possibility that I might be able to achieve my task before the end of next year. It's surprising how much is has increase since doing this.

Thanks Freddo for placing the cache for us to find and doing the maintenance to keep it in play.

Found this hide this morning with Snap Happy and Happy Feet while grabbing a few caches around town. I have never been to Denmark before but am very partial to some tasty Danish pasty. Fundet denne uden for mange problemer. Tak for Freddo til cachen.

After camping the night at the free camp at Bert Dix memorial Park we headed back in to Renmark to grab a few more caches before leaving.
Mr Beetle jumped out and grabbed this one which was found very quickly.
Speaking of Denmark, there's a Denmark in Western Australia which is a must visit for any geocacher. There's a cacher there named roymerc who designs the most brilliant caches.
Check them out if you're ever over that way.
Thanks.

Denmark? I was sure we were in Renmark. No danished were harmed in the finding of this cache. TFTC

We said hi in Danish and moved on. What I did like at this location was the chopped 200 series with the trayon.

Found during an epic trip to 3 of SA state's corners - Haddon, Cameron and MacCabe. There was dust, eagles, a flat, video and lots of photography, mud and mostly more dust. An event in Innamincka broke up the dust and quenched the thirst.

Thanks to Freddo and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet! [:o)]

###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###

----------

I've noticed this cache is carrying a maintenance log which really does need to be addressed by the cache owner.

The guidelines indicated that periodic visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.

**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) by 16th August,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?

You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:

- Repair and/or Replace your cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.

- If you don't plan on fixing it up then please [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.

- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (by 16th August). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it.

You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache, it is likely that I will unfortunately have to Archive it on the basis that it has been abandoned. Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then.

Please don't send me an email but instead follow the advice/instructions posted above.
