Sorry. My Muggle pal who does maintenance on my Quorn caches is leaving town so I'm archiving them.
Camping in Quorn we took the opportunity to venture out this way to grab a few of the 'out of the way' caches. On our way back into town after looping from Quorn to Bruce and back, we stopped past this one for a quick find. TFTC
Found with richlink as part of our 2022 South Australian Adventure.
Today we toured from PA to Quorn and Hawker and back to PA.
Thanks for the cache Benjamin Screamer.

Left PA early morning with iluvtrekking for a day trip to Quorn and Hawker. Found on our return from Hawker. Thanks Benjamin Screamer
Travelling from Murray Town to Port Augusta, we decided to do a loop around to Quorn. This cache was found along the way.
After traipsing around Western Queensland for 4 1/2 weeks then having to head to Northern Territory then SA to try and get back home that way due to border closures.
After escaping from NT to SA I was spending a few days in SA before heading back to lockdown in Victoria.
Staying at Quorn for a couple of nights and after ditching the van in the caravan park it was time to try and find all of the caches around here and also the ones on the way back to Stirling North.
A lot easier to pull over with out a van.
Forget to log these last few caches when I got home so here I go.
Thanks Benjamin Screamer TFTC.

Full time nomads exploring SA. We are now heading north to Darwin, but diverted to Quorn to see the Silo Light show last night. Leaving today but decided to attempt some more caches here in Quorn before leaving.

A nice easy find but the container has disintegrated and did not have another container with me. It may not last much longer. Thanks.
Found while staying in the Quorn area. for a few days sight seeing and geocaching with Jac Jam. This was a quick find. THe container is cracked with hole in it and the log book has had water through it but is still useable. TFTC
The S.A. government has lifted travel restriction throughout the state. Happy geocaching!
This geocache is currently disabled because I support the government's non-essential activities restrictions that have been introduced because of the COVID-19 virus crisis. I encourage you all to suspend your geocaching activities ASAP. We must all work together to stop the virus spreading. The cache will be enabled in the future.
Thanks for the cache. Good thing it wasn’t hot today with all the long grass there could have been some unwanted visitors!
Really weary about doing this as we needed to cross the wide, weedy area towards gz.
It was 25-30C degrees & hoping that no snakes were baking in & around gz.
The snake whisperer was in front which made me less uncomfortable,
but was grateful to find the cache not where I thought it might be & more accessible.
In true caching spirit we found an easier way out after finding & signing the log.

We seemed to take the hardest route into this and then saw the easy way out!!! Quick find with clare007!!
Last day in Quorn and decided to explore the plain and hills east of town. First find today. Tftc
It was the final day of the Quorn Quondam Quest (QQQ) weekend event, and it was a day of some local geocaching around Quorn, geocaching to the Pichi Richi Railway Woolshed Flat Train Station CITO event, a climb with Laighside Legends to Mount Brown, and then traveling back to Adelaide in the evening.
An interesting sight that was certainly worthy of a geocache. Upon approach, I noted that the cache container was sticking out a bit, so tried to camouflage it better when I hid it again. Thanks Benjamin Screamer, a good sized container! Cheers.

Out with sir_spectre and BratKat in preparation for the JLWE. But of course you don't just come to an area for an event you also cache the local district. We may not have got big numbers but we did find some great caches and saw some amazing locations.

We are in Quorn for the June Long Weekend. We are pseudo JLWE eventers as whilst we are here we are not doing the game day on Sunday. But with so many cachers around and so much going on couldn't resist making the journey up.
Camping at the Quorn Campsite so the hound doesn't upset anyone, what a lovely campsite it is too.
Had an terrific day of caching, today was about quality over quantity. It was a wonderful day to be alive, the scenery was spectacular, we loved seeing the Pichi Richi train. Quorn is a lovely place, we found the people to be so welcoming. We couldn't do as much as we wanted with the dog in tow but we still had a brilliant weekend.
Without a doubt we will be back up here sometime to head a bit deeper into the Flinders Ranges and see a bit more of the lovely scenery.
We still had plenty of time before the flash mob so we continued on to find this one. Another very nice find. TFTC Benjamin Screamer, we loved seeing all these old railway bridges. The hound enjoyed sniffing around here too.

In Quorn for the weekend on official 'Hogwarts' business, decided to grab some caches inbetween times..Nice to find a decent sized container! A quick find, TFTC
All good at GZ. Plenty of space in the log. Replaced missing pen and pencil.
We have been travelling since January when we left Geelong and travelled up the centre to Alice then Darwin. We crossed the border into WA at the start of May and completed the Gibbs river road which has been one of the highlights so far
From Broome we travelled to cape leveque to find the best beach ever
From Broome we have then zig zagged from coast to inland to make sure we saw as much as we could
We are travelling along at our own pace and so will cache and see as much of the area as we can
Honestly it’s thank to caching that we get to see so much
TFTC
We have decided to stop in port Augusta for a few days as it seems to always be a place we drive straight through on our way back and forth up and down the centre

Not only is this a railway bridge - it's a gate to the paddock . Who would have thought this culvert would have so many uses [?].

I saw these caches pop up earlier in the week and started watching for any activity. Come Thursday night and the plan was hatched to head home via Quorn and some potential FTF. The working week over, the car packed and the GPS units loaded and it's time to hit the road. But first job was dialing in one of these caches on the GPS but the unit wasn't having a bar of it. Closer to Quorn and the realisation dawned that the caches didn't load to the GPS. A quick stop in Quorn for a switch of GPS adn a check of c:geo and I was on the right track again.
After a walk along main street capturing ingress portals I headed out of town for my third and last to find for the day at 12:12.
Thanks for the cache Benjamin Screamer. I awarding a favourite point for the well presented caches and the series.
