A quick easy find on our way from Te Anau to Manapouri. The cache remains fine, only slightly damp. TFTC
A drive along the back road to pick up the observation point caches. Quick park and grabs as the weather closes in. tftc
Leap Day 2020. With daughter 1 arriving unexpectedly for the weekend we decided to take a road trip towards Te Anau with hubby and daughter 2 (Saethwr). The ones along this road were some I hadn't found.
Not sure how I missed the first two. We pulled over to let a slower vehicle get ahead near Blackmount so suspect the limited coverage only showed a few and I chose the wro g one to get Google to send me to.
Nice and quiet here, saw a hawk circling above.
Nice rock art on the other side of the road.
Thanks for the smilie KiwiGS.

A quick and easy find. Cheers
Easter holidays, and a road trip to Milford Sound. Time to start the trek home, via the West Coast. Off to Wanaka today, and again the weather is superb.
Thanks to all CO's for placing and maintaining their caches. Cheers

For my personal challenge of working towards getting my calendar on GC.COM to be at least the same shade of green or darker I need to sign off at least 12 caches today. I won't grumble if I find one or two more[^]. Today I decided to go a drive to the south down Manapouri way from Te Anau today.
I went to the OP yesterday.
Cheers for the cache.

Making our way to Te Anau, we saw this little trail and decided on a slight detour. All caches easily found and in good condition.

Doing this wee series as part of our wee trip to Manapouri. Another brown pencil and the steers were staring from across across the fence. Tftc, and now, off to Manapouri
After finishing the Kepler Track yesterday, I found this cache on a drive from Te Anau to Lake Manapouri. TFTC! (Apologies for my log being over 4 months late!)
**This was 1 of 18 caches that was found by me on the 7th of 19 days in New Zealand.**
**Which also was the 60th of 75 days that my travels thru southeast Asia and Oceania would last.**
Exactly why I stopped at this cache have I totally forgotten now that I write this log 5 months later. But I probably had an reason to do it.
*During 19 days I traveled from Christchurch to Auckland in an SUV, that i also slept in during most of the nights. 5.956 km of driving did it take to visit the 351 caches that I have marked as found in c:geo.*
*Earthcaches was my main focus during the stay. And I manage to visit 106 of them. So New Zealand is right now the only country where earthcaches are my most found cache type .*

On a 10 Day holiday of the South Island, we are visiting from Australia. Quick find Sl thanks for the cache.
Turned the corner & saw all these rocks on posts. Once cache was found couldn't help my self & had to do it as well. Quick easy find. TFTC
Found with Tuitigger and searchwisely Mrs Hazzer A quick find thanks. Nearly to the observation point
An interesting sight with the rocks on top of the fence posts nearby, I added my own to the collection. TFTC
Quickly noted the rocks upon the posts. Mrs H added to the collection, and as did GV, SW and myself. Mine was bigger though!!!
On a quick holiday in Te Anau, haven't been this way for many years. Thanks for the caches and I look forward to coming back again soon. Apologies for the generic logging.
We are making our way to Te Anau today. Picking up plenty of caches, as we go, trying to log them all, thanks to all the placers

TFTC - quick find today - have been up this way before but good to have another to come this way - but wet out today for any good views unfortunately
**On safari - tracking down hidden creature trophy heads to hang in the hunting lodge gallery.**
Not had reason to drive up this gravel rd before. Although I've been to the Observation point from the other end, 10km away; they are finally sealing the road up to there. Hard stony ground to deal with in this countryside. Thanks for leading us here for some new caches KiwiGeoswami.
