I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, Devlin- Brown, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

##Cache Maintenance Required please.##
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit, to address the issue described in the logs.
The cache owner needs to either fix the problem or archive the listing, after picking up any geo-litter. In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page.
See the maintenance section of the [Geocache Hiding Guidelines](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance).
If there is a good reason for a delay in enabling this cache, please post an update note log here on the cache page so that everyone will know what's going on.
When the maintenance is completed, you can re-enable the listing by entering an "Enable Listing" log, and then post an "Owner Maintenance" log to clear the "Needs Maintenance" attribute, if set.
I will check back in 30 days to be sure that the maintenance has been done, or that further information has been provided.
If there has been no action to repair the cache, or explain the situation, unfortunately I will need to Archive this cache. Caches archived because of lack of maintenance will not be unarchived.
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is out there to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Thank you

Found the cache's remains (a lanyard) within the first host I checked. Photo available on request.
Checked all other hosts for good measure and to avoid being fooled by a decoy.
Requires a new container and log sheet.

Only found a lanyard under the plastic cap... no cache was attached!
Hi there Devlin- Brown, I searched high, low, far and wide
But couldn’t find this hide!
The cache itself, wouldn’t show
I’ll have to come back to have another go.
I missed it, doesn’t mean it’s not there.
Maybe it’s somewhere very near.
It wasn’t where I thought it would be, so I guess thats a DNF for me!

No luck, looked all over and inside every host. That's 3 DNF's, perhaps CO could check it is still there
Reasonably easy find if you’ve come across something similar before. A head scratcher if you haven’t! Lovely stroll from Mt Lawley TFTC
Knew where I hoped it would be and there it was, in the 3rd or 4th checked. TFTC Devlin- Brown.
Cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked. Thanks for a fun cache guys. Love your work. We signed the logbook. Cache in pretty good condition.

Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun.

I found this one on my early morning bike ride. It wasn’t in the first place I looked; I think it was the third. None of the neighbours were up this early (6.00am) so that made looking even easier. Thanks for placing the cache here.
Nice quick park and grab on Xmas Day on the way home from work. Now to relax. Thanks Devlin-brown.
Out shopping for art supplies and needed a cache so stopped to get this one. Major muggle spot as there was a open house and garage sale nearby.

Finally found this one after a more through search I found the cache in a spot I had already looked. The neighbor was working in the garden watching and offering encouragement to keep looking.
YAY! After 2 attempts due to having to come back due to muggles, we finally found this one. We were looking in the wrong spot and after a visit from a friendly neighbourhood cat, we found the correct hiding spot. Clever hide. TFTC!
Yep. Definitely losing my geo senses. Once they had kicked in agains I was sprung by a neighbour who told me I was getting close. Very pleased to have also got an idea for places to recycle some office stuff I can’t bear to chuck away.
Our last cache of the day & the first rain. Good timing, heading back SOR for some sunshine. TFTC Devlin-Brown
That's a placement we have encountered before. A choice of up to 6 options but we found the right one straight away. A very exposed location but we still did it with stealth.
Found it with a little help from the neighbors, and by little i mean lots haha
Bike around Perth to put some smileys on the map. The weather was fantastic on this Easter Sunday and the search sometimes went faster or we needed a bit longer. In the city, the coords are often like the Easter bunnies and bounce back and forth.
Here we could find the great cache soon.
Many thanks and greetings from Germany send the Moorhelmi

Find 13 of 18 with one DNF on a pleasant bike ride around Yokine, Mount Hawthorn, Coolbinia and surrounds.
Had a few spots to check but think it was on the 3rd one when Mrs O hit the jackpot.

Out on the bicycle for a 13 hour long cycle around the Northern city fringe and Western suburbs to nab caches. Also stopped in at Kings Park for a GC event this evening! Started the day at 10am and didn't get home till just before 11pm. [xx(]
Found it in the last hiding spot I had left to check. Always the way! Cheers Devlin-Brown!

Just in the area this evening so taking the opportunity to grab a few caches Managed to park up pretty close to GZ so was just a few steps from the car to the target... but hmm which one. I had the right idea all along, but of course it was literally the last one I checked before finally making the find! A few pauses for passing cars but otherwise was fortunate on the muggle front No trouble here, everything as it should be - TFTC
GPS accuracy still questionable! A short search of the area soon had the container in hand !

Suscoe headed out this afternoon to catch up with some more Perth caches.
A delightful afternoon, reached 28 degrees according to the car's thermometer.
Bright sunshine and not much traffic.
We found a very interesting range of caches and explored some amazing suburbs with Edwardian houses of large and smaller dimensions as well as a collection of all types of architecture and garden health.

The weather wasn't looking the best this morning but we still decided to head out and find some caches. We were lucky it rained when we were driving and stopped when we were looking for the caches. Parked close to GZ and the cache was quickly found TFTC Delvin-Brown

Friday evening catch up with a mate who lives in Bedford, been a while between catchups so hasn’t had the chance to grab this cache. Makes me like team delvin brown more seeing that they’re supporters of western Australian cricketers!
Thanks for a nice quick find guys and keep up the great work.

Was finally able to return and turn this frown upsidedown. Thought I’d checked there when I first searched. Ah well. Tftc

Looked in all the hidey holes and of course it was the last one that had the cache. tftc
Checked all of the possible areas but completely missed the cache at first. Was about to leave and thought we would double check before leaving and ta da!! Cache found! Spent a while laughing so didn’t manage to sign the log. Thanks for the hide!
Always love finding these caches, had to check them all again before we located the cache. Almost gave up, so happy we didn't. TFTC

I was at work when this was published so I knew I would get the FTF so I save it for this morning's run. When I arrived at GZ I had a pretty good idea where it would be so I began checking and a couple and then moved onto other locations. I eventually resorted to the hint and knew that my initial assumption was correct so I check the ones I missed and there it was.

GZ had us in the middle of the street so checked out all the signs and trees nearby but didn’t turn up anything. As much as I hate to DNF we had to leave just in case in rains soon
