Checked here today & it's missing again in this very high muggle area. This one has used up all it's chances now, after 3 replacements already. So after 3yrs & 4mths, 62 Finds, 25 DNFs & 4 Favourite points, saying goodbye.
Thanks to all those who took an interest & visited. The artwork is still good for those passing by. ?????????

We found this cache and it gave us a smiley on Christmas Day! We needed one on this day for our grid. The hint was helpful. Thanks spiderwebbs4 for this one.
Well that is two down for this series this trip. Easy walk by and grab was made for this one
No luck ... and didn't like the idea of digging amongst all the cigarette butts.
Watawieh from Norfolk Island South Pacific.
Today’s geo adventures bring me to the Sunshine Coast. After completing the nearby Adventure Lab this was on the way back to the TFTC

Had lunch nearby at the golden arches for OCjr's birthday, then afterwards we couldn't pass this one up while being so close.
There were a few diners nearby so we needed to be stealthy. We made a good team with Mrs OC "needing something from deep within her handbag" while the kids and I looked around.
The birthday boy came up with the goods, and was rather chuffed about it.

Out for an early morning walk. At first I couldn’t see the cache but I bit more subtle searching and there it was. TFTC spiderwebbs4
Next cache for the afternoon. Once at GZ, I thought I had the cache in hand and instead, I pulled out an odd looking plastic spoon. Uhh, try again. Luckily after that mishap the cache was in hand. Thanks for the hide!
Thought this might just be a bit too far to walk this morning but seeing lunch wasn't for another 4 hours there should be enough time. Busy enough spot at 730am, would be nightmare-ish later in the day. Tftc
Out on a maintenance run today - sorry this one has taken a while to check on since has not been found for so long. This one is a serial disappearer, but the signal box is still a nice one to visit so worth a replacement.
Popped in #4 version - another tube type. Look under the left edge of the hedge in the raised garden, road side, green lid under mulch.
Happy hunting!!

Hatzofff and I are on the Sunny Coast for an Event at Alex. Heads.
This one had us scratching our heads (and a bit of GZ too!) before we found a cache. NOT the new one the CO put out as the last finders in the cache we found were kuhzzy and Shene2me. So we added out name to that log. Maybe there is another new one but we couldn't spot it today
Log signed and replaced on July 6, 2019 at 1.39pm. TFTC, spiderwebbs4.

Decìded to take the weekend off and attend an event up the coast. Picking up caches as we go.
Took some deciding as to where this cache may be. With dodging broken glass it was captured. Perhaps there are two caches around here ad the last finders are not in the log.

A very difficult cache to grab with the abundant foot traffic about but we did it SL, TFTC
We couldnt find it and we looked far and wide they must of re-mulched the gardan or something
A noice sunny day dawned.
Time for a stroll around the Dore,
to see how many cache finds I'll score
I started right here,
outside where I'm 'camped'
And this cache was found with no garden beds tramped
Love the camo [:X]
It works so well in this setting

Caching in and around Maroochydore and surrounds, we picked up a few caches with Whitewebbs and this was one of them.
An easy find at GZ, cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks spiderwebbs4 for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Out and about walking around Maroochydore with Tassie Trekkers and this was one cache we found. A very clever hide. Deserves a favourite. TFTC

Checked on the cache after recent DNFs - I can't find it either...not in the place I left it anyway.
Replaced with a new one - leafy vial type.
With your back to the street - left hand edge.

Seemed like we looked everywhere & dug everywhere in that bush but unfortunately couldn’t locate the cache
The cache seems to have been muggled or lost in the garden wilderness, so replaced with a new container today. Same location, test tube type now though so no real room for swaps. Happy hunting!!
Found 2 bicycle locks, 3 beerbottles, a srewdriver and empy waterbox. But NCF. Greetings from Holland.
Heading home small wombat and I stopped here. For a nice change, it was my 3rd find in a row. Usually smallwombat as the eagle eye. Tftc
After failing on an initial search, reading past logs didn't inspire much confidence, yet when we had a second going over of gz, sunshine58 soon squaked out in triumph.
Log signed and replaced we rode on into alex.
Cheers spiderwebbs4!

Not for me. Over from NZ for some great weather and staying right above this cache. Tried several times but without luck. Thanks anyway spiderwebbs4
Finding three caches today to complete the hidden creatures challenge. This was the first of the day. Not too many muggles around but they are able to watch you from the intersection so it was a challenge to look not suspicious digging around in the foliage!
In the area today so made a short stop to have a look for this one. Once at GZ it was a short search and the cache was soon in hand.

GPS coordinates wouldn’t work in my favour today. After contacting the cache owner and with their professional prompt reply, had me marking this one down as a “found it”

On a 14km walk up & down (or down & up) the coast. Stopped for this one & was about to give up as my gps initially had me in a spot that was unsearchable. On closer reflection I moved to another spot a short distance away & was rewarded with a quick find in a spot that was much less impacted by the muggle factor. TFTC.
Yep....cache blindness the first time. Back today after the recent find.
I researched my gz with no luck again. So expanded my search area, and I'm sure I looked there last time.
Once the cache was found, I signed the log and then cache was replaced exactly as I found it.

After a PAF to confirm I was looking under the correct piece of foliage... I still had no luck today....Cache blindness maybe!
Followed the hint and the cache was soon in hand - retrieved Geo Coin to continue its journey. TFTC spiderwebbs4
Parked up the road and walked back to this spot a quick look here and there a read of the hint another look and there it was .

Log is wet but signable! A sneaky little hide but raining today so not many pedestrians around. Found with HRH54 TFTC
Had four sets of caching eyes and even with the rain and muggles Mr HRH spotted it Log is very wet but signed okay Out caching with Juju54 TFTC
This one took us ages to find. There weren't too many people around so we were able to have a good look. It turned out to be on the opposite side of the garden to where we thought it would be. TFTC.
Thankfully no mugglers walking but ohhh the traffic. Pretending to hug geohubby. Cache in hand signed and replaced. Thank goodness ppl look away when ppl get lovey dovey in public. Lol. Tftc
Out with Team Benders we managed to locate this joint {*FTF*}, easy to hunt in the evening under the full moon, enjoying the signal boxes and the mini caches, Tftc
***FTF*** @ 7.10pm. with Miss Direction.
Found somewhere to park and headed to GZ.
All quiet this time of night.
That smell of soy is making me hungry.
We soon had the cache in hand and the blank log signed.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks spiderwebbs4 All good with this cache
A favourite from me

It is a pity there is not a log for "could not really look" as opposed to did not find as again I felt there was too much muggle traffic to even have a perfunctory look.
