Reperio 19:13Day 3 of my little escapade down to Albury, and it was up early this morning to tackle some caches along Nail Can before the sunand the snakes were up. Once back to the car, I spent most of the day enjoying some nice roadside caches before turning to head towards Wagga Wagga for the night. I took the little detour off to grab this series, and having experienced mostly micros for the past couple of days, this series was a treat.Gratias Thewins5As a well spent day brings happy sleep, a well spent life brings happy death - LDV

We were traveling to Wagga Wagga with Geoturtle37 & Papi4506 and decided to take the road less travelled to pick up these caches on coach Road. We've been meaning to have a look at these but somehow time just gets away and we haven't got around to it so we made sure that today we made time.We enjoyed travelling along the old Coach Rd and reading the informative cache pages about each of the areas we visited. To make it even better all of the caches were located where the GPSr said and to save room in the logs we signed as GTTCP for Geoturtle37, Team Crackers & Papi4506.We will have to return another day to do some more in this fun series.

Suscoe headed out early today to explore the area up around Culcairn.
We had heard that there were some interesting caches to find.
The day was going to be warm and the car temperature got to 33 degrees as we wandered the roads of this area.
Skies were blue, a bit of wind to go with that and generally quiet roads to navigate.

Thanks to Thewins5 for this hide, a bit of dust up this way.

Out and about on a sunny winters afternoon cache run with the Ez boys cleaning up a few on the back roads. Junior Ez bounded out for this one and all I heard was “this one isn’t covered either!” So another easy find here. We applied some camo and headed off for the next.
So green out this way!

27-Apr-19
We were on a day out with Coruze caching around the area, and there was a bit of speculation going on the soccer mum car from everyone as to what could have possibly gone on here to warrant this sort of ca he name.....then we read the cache page......
Thank goodness the road was all quiet today so we didn't have to explain why Rinny and dad were wandering off into the trees together.......it was to write our names on a piece of paper of course......

We tried not to Panic and managed to succeed and find the cache ok.

We enjoyed a day of caching from Culcairn thru' Morven & Gerogery to Walla Walla & return. It felt as if every DR and TR was covered at some point, so many creative, sneaky or just plain bold hides. Dedicated CO's have placed for geocachers to find or sometimes walk away from in frustration.
We loved the caches on the Greater Hume Back Roads Series, which we found today.

Thanks to 'Thewins5' for placing and maintaining this cache.

On a travelling day today with goingplaces2 and just doing a bit of caching as well. This was a nice find but we only had time for a few in the series. Cache found, log signed, job done! Time to move on. TFTC.

13-Apr-19
There were not many caches on the program today as we had to cover quite a few kilometres, along with ilook4geo.
We made a start on these caches, but had very limited time, as still had quite a way to go to get to camp for the night. Each found log was noted with two more names and we then moved on quickly. Thanks go to Thewins5 for placing this cache.

There was a pile up of panic in the corner of the paddock at GZ today [:o]
I wasn't panicking and calmly found the cache nearby Big Grin

I found a geocache out Greenthorpe way a couple of years back,
and the lane way to GZ was six foot deep in these fluffy seed heads [:o]
What a laugh that was !!

Nice quick find ️

11-Dec-18
No panic today, wrong time of the year.

This is a terrible grass to have around you
It seams to cover whatever is around
It will invade the streets and roads
The verandahs all the ways up to the celling's
you can not do anything with it
It can cause terrible fires and burn everything to the ground
glad it is not around today

An easy find, no panic in find, signed of, replaced it, on our way

Thanks again Thewins5, Lil Donna

Murray River December 2018. I headed away with Fitzy_1965 for a weekend caching towards the Murray River near Corowa. We targeted a few series and as many DNFs from previous trips as possible. We did of course generate even more this time, but overall had a great time despite a sharp thunderstorm on Sunday morning.

Thanks.

After camping at the Henty Showgrounds overnight, we had an early breakfast, packed up, and hit the road for our days caching. This was the next stop for the day. We were looking forward to this mini series. Quick find at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the cache, then headed off to the next one.

Thanks Thewins5 !!

Found by Mary & David at 1432. All those sheep. Thinking lamb roast tonight. Wish we could take some sheep manure for our garden, but no room. Anyway, after 6 weeks away, the smell would be a bit much. No tumbling tumbleweeds about today. Our thanks to Thewins5.

#3377 Luckily our place near Wangaratta never gets impacted by hairy panic grass but there certainly has been some amazing images of homes nearby buried up to the roof in the stuff!!! TFTC Thewins5, we even remembered to collect the clue from this one! Smile.

It is a beautiful sunny, winters day which allow us to make good use of the day out, as OZREG and myself took a drive upto The Rock for the day, grabbing some caches along the way. We discovered many great and clever hides and only had 1 DNF for the whole day. A very successful day, with some laughters and good company.
We set out to complete this series, as one of our priorities. Taking us down what appears to be a fairly new smooth road, with afew cars for company.
A quick find, sign and replaced it. Today there were heaps of sheep watching us, so I hope they don't tell or muggle it.
Thanks Thewins5 for placing the cache for us to find.

Didn’t see of the tumbleweed around today, may have been wrong time of year to being seeing it, don’t know.
Had to park up the nearby lane out of view of some woodcutters I had just passed so I wouldn’t arouse any suspicion.

With a forecast of a sunny day, BettyBoo3747 and I decided to head north and have a look at the GHBR series.
We dropped my car off for a service, then a bit of maintenance on a cache, then up to the Olympic Highway.
At the end of that series we nipped across to Holbrook for some lunch, then back around to finish with a few Yamutha puzzles on the way home.
A lovely round trip, and a gorgeous sunny day after all the rain and snow.

Some animal felt that the hide was really theirs and had dug it out a bit. The container was just lying out in the open. We rehid it without disturbing the dig.
Piles of those grass-heads were heaped along the fences.
Thanks, Robmc.

#14538. It was such a joy to awake to a bright blue sky with sunshine after the first blast of winter over the weekend. I was thankful as travelling up the highway and over the border was what we had planned for the day anyhow. Mind you, our first cache or two were in foggy conditions before it lifted so that we could enjoy the rest of the day. We signed off on the first one at 11.00am and the last at 12.30pm.

We didn't see any panic here today but we did see some a few stops further on. Fascinating stuff, fortunately I don't get it at home but I remember the Wangaratta outbreak. Another one done and dusted and away we go.

Thanks Thewins5

11-Jun-18
What a lovely farming area with the amazing hills in the background. There was plenty of tumbleweed around. The road is certainly busy today but fortunately no one around when it came to finding the caches. We parked near GZ and made our way to the cache. We quickly discovered the cache and signed the log. TFTC. Another great hide along the road.

We pass some of these back roads quite often in our travels and often say we should take a detour and explore them some time. Well, now we don't have to.
We woke this morning feeling the need to do some caching but not sure where we should go, while navigating the map towards Wagga i noticed this cluster of caches and a puzzle to boot. It was decided this would, at the very least, be the start to our day. We had fun exploring this part of the world and found all the caches where the GPSr said they would be and all in good condition.
