I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, Nadz2006, requesting additional time.

An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.

Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.

The cache owner needs to:

* Take action to restore the cache or address any issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done, and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.

Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary, or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this, that is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.

Alternatively:

* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.

In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by Nadz2006 and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*

The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is there, and in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.

Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

And the rain came down harder just as we pulled up to this one.
This one was in the obvious spot but I spent too long searching in the wrong part.
This one could do with a smaller zip lock bag as it was very hard to get back in the container, but that wasn't helped by the fact that I was in a hurry to get back to the nice warm van.
Thanks.

Today was a rare family free day in the south of the state so we thought we'd have a go at some of the caches in the South Arm area. This one was a quick find with the aid of accurate coordinates and the hint. Thanks for the cache

A great summers day encouraged us to try and complete the rest of the caches in this Peninsula. We have covered many different walks and tracks in the area which have been scenic and spectacular as we did your cache along the way.

Cache and contents were in good condition.

Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

After just finding this one and then walking back to my car i said g'day to a curious resident. I mentioned to her about Geocaching and she warmed to it straight away with curiosity. We were talking for about 10 minutes on the seriously cool subject [^]
I think i might just have a convert here.... #Winning!

She won't have far to go to find her 1st Cache Big Grin

With most of our local caches now tracked down, we're beginning to have to travel further afield in order to find decent caching patches. We've been caching down South Arm a couple of times and always meant to head to Sandford, but hadn't managed to get there - until today. As an added bonus SonOfSteel was in town, so we had some extra company while out and about.

The plan was to start with from the southern end of Mortimer Bay and head north to Lauderdale. Naturally, we figured we'd take a crack at the "In The Circle" and "Hidden Away" series on the way back! For a variety of reasons, we only ended up tracking down two of the "In The Circle" and three of the "Hidden Away" caches.

Thanks for a series of interesting hides in a few places we definitely wouldn't have thought to explore otherwise!

April Fool's Day - what a great introduction to caching on Tasmania's South Arm.
This series felt a little like the Hokey Pokey! In and out, turn around, circle all around - that's what it's all about!!

**FEEDBACK TO CO:** The container we found today was 'Micro' in size (<100ml) - not 'Small'.

Thanks to 'Nadz2006' for placing these caches on the geo-gameboard.

My GPS certainly did not like this location. Even standing still it told me I was 5m, no 11m, no 3m, no standing right on it. In the end did it the old fashioned way and looked for it. Thanks for a testing easy cache. Smile

I had been saving these caches for when I was next down this way, with myself and goose having just done the new ones at fort direction we called for these on the way back.

Another quick find thanks Nadz2006

Just a couple more to find with stainless steel rat. We drove all the way around the circle while his phone tried to make up its mind where the cache was. Of course we parked at the other end but it's not a big journey back. We had a couple of head scratching moments aster searching the most obvious place, but we then had a proper look and found it. Thanks Nadz2006

Thanks for this series Nadz2006 and Dangerzone101. Out and about with RLD4963, hoping to get this series and a couple of other new caches in the area before dark. It would be really nice to do this whole series as a walk as the GeoGSP and I have walked along the connecting trails, however, today we were short on time. This was a much quicker find for us, cheers.

Well ok we went from highest to lowest in this series but we got there just before dark, found while caching with Lil Rafas for the Hidden Creatures series, TFTC TNLN log dry,

We had come south primarily to look for some GCA caches in the Channel and Huon areas. We managed to achieve our goals much earlier than expected and as we started to head home, we had time to detour to this part of South Arm to look for a number of caches in close proximity.

Again this was a quick find. It was pleasing to see the logbook protected in a plastic bag, but the bad was too big for the container and is being damaged in use. Otherwise the cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Nadz2006 and Dangerzone101 for the cache.

A bit more circle work and this cache was done.

Hi Nadz2006 & Dangerzone101, thanks for the cache.
Was out and about with AlbyDangles, with the primary goal to get a few smiley faces in and around Sandford. We finally got here, 4 hours after leaving Glenorchy, after dropping off geoTeenRef at KGV.
We made this one hard, but eventually AlbyDangles made the find in a place previously investigated.
Why is there always a dog barking!!!
All good in the end.
Thanks for the adventure.

**FTF** 9.40pm.
Got the notification and having been beaten to an earlier cache in the area decided to head straight out. Straight to the correct location. A bit of looking required and there was the cache. Great to find a clean sheet and grab the FTF.
