I checked on this one earlier in the week and all was in place. Since then a new fence has been built and the hide has been compromised. Thanks to all that have found it.
We arrived just as a workman pulled up- and then a couple of ladies turned up to talk to him about a wedding being held in the reserve in the weekend!! Thought we were going to have to skip it- but there was so much chatter going on, that I managed to snaffle it without them even noticing! tftc
Went to this cache last after walking the walkway, got there and a muggle in a ute was in the driveway across from this, so I dawdled around back down the track for 10 minutes until they left. Found it no worries. TFTC.
Last find for the day, pleased we located it quickly. The three sheep we saw in the paddock near the cache were not pleased to see our dog, but he was intrigued! Now time for a visit to the cemetery. Tftc
Just the right length of walk to get us out and about on the lead up to Christmas. Tftc
A lovely walkway and caches to find as well.
A nice quick find here, signed the log and replaced as found
Thank you for bringing me here.

I tried to cross the bridge on the way here in a rather unusual way and misjudged the solidity of the ground so i got kinda muddy... thanks for inspiring us to come to this magical place. Tftc
I spotted the cache and got it just as a muggle turned up on his bike. Fun walk. Tftc
We had a great walk - never been here before. We tried to find an unsolved puzzle cache en route as we had plenty of time to explore. No luck but we did find a cache that was placed in 2016 (according to the clean logsheet) and not listed.
By this stage both kids were slowing down - it didn’t help that neither wore shoes. One left his shoes in the car that was now in hamilton, the other had a wee mishap (photo attached). Thanks for leading us on this fun adventure. Tftc

Now we have completed the trio. Thank you.
We walked back around the block on the road. Past the very busy strawberry farm, past the workmen on the new road, past the dead centre of Hamilton (my father's favourite Dad joke on car trips) and back to the car.
Thanks for the afternoon out in the fresh air.

The Freezer Mice strike again!
Out with the smaller members of TFM today, so a nice walk and a few caches were just what we were after.
A quick find, and the last of the 3 caches placed along this walkway.
TFTC.

Nice quick park n grab today. Have done this walk several times in the past though. Great place for dogs

Decided to drive round to this one as grandson was with us. Nice easy park and grab.
Some day there may be caches between 'Water height?' and here, but since they haven't been placed, I drove around to get this one. All was going well until two muggles approached from the trail. A few minutes later, I was back on the hunt and found the cache. TFTC.
We have been trying to get out and do the series of caches along this walkway for a month or two but winter sport always seemed to stuff things up. I had read the walk is great for young families so I was keen to take the whole family. We parked at this end and walked all the way to the end and back, our youngest (2) only used the stroller for about 200m which I thought was a great effort. The boys spotted some eels up the path from here and had great watching them and climbing over the trees at the grove further along. Nice easy find to start our walk.
A lovely spring morning for a wander along this walkway before the rain arrives tomorrow.
+ a marble, - nothing.

In Hamilton collecting a few puzzles with Philip.Perry that have been on our list for a while now in the rain today nice quick find here.

Out today clearing some areas and to turn into nice yellow smiles was nice to be accompanied by caching buddy NZ Flossy Many Thanks to all you cache owners for the placement. Cheers
On a road trip with McJandals over the hill to Hamilton. An early start to make the most of the day. We had lots of laughs and quite a bit of mud and took a few wrong turns. Thanks to all the CO’s for their caches TFTC
With a break in the weather the only thing I really had to do today was geocache. I had no plans so enlisted TNXPro and Squirrelnutcase to search for a worthy adventure. What no one knew at the time was this adventure would span 21 hours, cover 3 regions and we'd have Davidson clan join us at the half way point. A crazy day but there's no denying - it's a lot more fun with friends!
Too lazy to walk to this one so shot back to the car and drove around. From here the cache was found quickly and in good condition thanks to accurate coords and a straight forward placement. Cheers KayGeeDee, TFTC

With Philip.Perry and TNXPro...
A decision was made to visit Hamilton with the purpose of clearing a handful of caches on my 'To Do' list which includes Cambridge... Despite the nearness of this one to the entry/exit, this was not a quick retrieve. The cache is well placed and requires slim hands, not mitts for extraction. TFTC.

The weather was looking perfect for a caching trip, so myself, Philip.Perry and Squirrel.Nutcase joined forces and decided to hit the Waikato area to try clear Squirrels map.
No time to walk the length of the track. We drove around to this one and made a quick find here.
Thanks for showing me another unknown place.

Saw this was a park and grab but decided to walk the rest of the walkway instead and was glad I did. Magnificent eucalyptus and flooded forest. Wonderful. Cache was easily found but I did feel like a monkey with a hand in the cookie jar trying to extract it from its hiding place. All good though. TFTC.
4pm - Collected this cache as I returned back to my vehicle. I reckon area could fit a couple more caches in here. SLTFTC
Thought I'd better take the dog for a walk....okay, I wanted to get a few caches plus I didn't like my other option of jobs around the house. The weather wasn't fantastic but the rain held off just enough. As I just left the car park another car pulled up so I decided the best option was to walk to the end and pick up the caches on the way but. Had nearly got to the end, when I spotted the CO and FapandGap! Had a bit of a chat before continuing onto the last cache and then heading back to the car. All caches were quickly found and in great order. Thanks KDG for the hides.
Driving home from work this afternoon and I get a phonecall from Kiwis69. She only had to mention a few words and I knew the plan and my planned trip to Bunnings was put off till tomorrow.
I arrived a bit earlier than K69 so after thankfully finding some shoes in the boot of my car (glad I didn't have to walk in heels, even if it was only a short walk) I made my way to this first one to kill some time while I waited. Soon found the cache in the likely spot and showed K69 as she arrived.
A busy little walkway, even today on a midweek afternoon. Nice to see it being used. Thanks for the caches along here to inspired more people to use this track

Was mulling over whether to drive into town to do chores after work or drive out here for a spot of geocaching. Rang 11hpg11 to find out her plans for the afternoon. With a narrow window of time to do this together today, chores are immediately off my agenda and it’s a mad dash to get here ASAP. This one was really easy for me today coz 11hpg11 arrived before me & was standing smiling with the first find by the time I pulled up. Cache all good, TFTC
Had a bit of spare time this afternoon, parking was close by and it was an easy find
Decided to wander over and grab these caches. Been living in Hamilton city since I was 19, and have driven past here many many times, but had no idea this area was here! A quck grab, in between a couple of people who hit the end and then were walking back to the other entrance.
TFTC KayGeeDee, the cache was found in good order Signed, sealed and returned to GZ. 3 find(s) of 4 today, making this find #1798

We drove to this one as the day was getting on and a bit of a trip still to go. Thanks for the placement KayGeeDee
Noticed these pop up last night as i was heading to bed and had this sudden desire to go caching, but thought others would be closer so would just grab them today (as need a MAY find).
Was surprised to note that they still had not been logged when i awoke decided to have a look as i headed to work, hah still not logged.
So work could wait and hope against hope they were still there. Arriving at each in turn i still had the trepidation that the FTF would be gone but was very pleased to see a blank log and a {FTF} in the bag. Thanks for the early morning excursion and the bonus of 3 FTF's
