DNF lots of rubbish

TftcFound after reading a couple of previous logs.

Spotted this boat ramp on my way out this way. A bit of search until I found the prize. Dropped TB to move on. Tftc.

Pretty spot near the river. Spent quite a while here looking with the BOT hint, and was about to give up when I noticed something suspicious higher up in a tree. Obviously hadnt read previous logs which say it was replaced!

Came down to Macksville for the event today and finding a few caches while down this way.Found cache, in good condition.TFTC

Here for the event today and tidying up some caches around Macksville. My job was to go get in close as I was first out of the car. Not very boggy today but still a tricky entrance to spot on the first pass by. Tftc

We were looking with the hint but then remembered the additional hint in the previous posts gave us enough to quickly find the hide. TFTC

Could not find it

Having contacted the owner it was clear this cache had likely disappeared when the last flood came through, fortunately I had a replacement container and log with me. This cache is now good to go but a little higher than ground level

Sadly this spot seems to be frequented more by MacTrashers,
illegal rubbish dumpers,
and druggies than fisherfolk !!

We thought that we were going to be here for a while as it was going to be well hidden from fishermen doing their business in the bushes, but after just a few moments, c-pprass spots a likely location and pulls the cache out.
No one around today, so we could search at our leisure.

Have made camp at Macksville rest stop. After this mornings run & a lunch time rest we headed out to find the caches that had come out a couple of weeks ago. This us through the country side around Macksville to Bowra & return. A nice selection of hides & caches found.

The boatramp here is quite hidden. I guess the locals know where it is. Well, we found it too today and also found the cache hidden nearby. Thanks Nudge74 for showing us some different locations in your neck of the woods. There are plenty more geocaches to find in this area and I will have to return.

Well, at least we finished the day on a good note! Decided to stop for this one on the way back due to A. missing it the first time and B. lack of places to pull over. fortunately we had better luck on the return journey and a short search soon had the cache in hand. Thanks Nudge

On our way out to do a day of geocaching in Grafton, I spot this new cache - nudge said he'd been out placing some new caches this week - so I make him stop - he sits in the car laughing at me while I get my freshly plaited hair caught up in a tangle.... thanks for the freaking cache my beloved fiancé xxxxx

We had downloaded all our data we needed for our caching in the Scotts Head area before we left Wauchope near Port Macquarie. Or we though we had!
A chance look again online in our preparations before moving north gain spotted 2 new caches in Macksville we had not seen before. Then Mrs SKI spotted a further one again. A quick check revealed that unbelievably they had not yet been found despite being out for a few days.
So with data loaded and our needed shopping expedition brought forward we headed out this morning for the search.
After success at 'Twin Towers', it was off to look for this one. It could have been easy to miss the turn to GZ but Mrs SKI was watching the GPSr and dutifully counting down.
A well-hidden little area, but a good place to park.
Mrs SKI was out of the car and had made the find before I even had thongs on and the car door open!
Another clear log! Woohoo! More celebrations!
