On our way from Sydney to Melbourne we stopped also here in Morwell. Though it was such a rainy day, we made a little tour in this park. And got some caches as well. Tftc! Greetings from Finland!
Time for an afternoon walk with a purpose. I managed to find a collection of caches in the area. Thank you for creating a great set of hides. This cache was in good condition.
That one was a cracker! Very well camouflaged. We looked there before, then was about to call it quits and it was there! So cool
There is a burn off in the area so have taken offline until can get in and inspect.CJJAHC
We were just about standing in this one and still missed it until Mr Riddell turned around and looked where we both had missed .TFTC
After breaking a months slump, we went in a caching rampage. This was one of the caches we came to find.A lovely walk in the Crinigan bush reserve, first time in a long time.TFTC Team Loesch#148
Grabbing some caches on a the trip to High country. An early morning walk through Crinigan Bushland ReserveThanks Team Loesch
Day two of a short trip into Gippsland with the deadly treadly for some caches. This morning I started in Morwell at the Crinigan Bushland Reserve.I seemed to have most of the park to myself. A nice ride around the parkThe last in this Reserve. Thanks for this interesting series. Thanks, Robmc.
10:49Based in Traralgon for a couple of days gave us the opportunity to explore the local area instead of just driving past heading for Bairnsdale. Crinigan Bushland Reserve was a great opportunity for walking and caching. The detailed cache notes gave us the feeling of being in an aviary with the birds - magic! Thanks to Team Loesch for creating this fabulous series. 35761

This was a great find. Not as obvious as one would think. Took a treasure left some treasure. Thank You for the Cache. So pleasurable.
Walked all the tracks here and collected caches along the way, beautiful place and could here the black cockatoos today and kookaburras!
Made HARD work of this cache, from dropping pen just after previous hide, to the return of cache-blindness.
Eventually cache was spotted. TFTC and adventure

This is a gorgeous little clearing. Took us way longer than it should have. Evaded us. It just so happened that I went for a stomp in the bush and as I was coming back I went for a lovely trip. Face first in the dirt. And then looked to the side and went FOUND IT. good laugh of the day Tftc
So excited to find this one as there was a tracker, our very first one!!
It was a lovely little clearing and well worth pursuing

Out and about with Au.fait with the aim to collect the Crinigan reserve caches this one almost had us beat until Au.fait spied it from a different angle.
Having a wonderful day caching in the delightful company of Tiz13. We targeted the caches in the Crinigan Reserve and a few others as we do. I really enjoyed walking in this lovely resurrected bushland area and so pleased there is a friends group caring for it. This led us to a lovely little clearing and took a bit longer to find. Eventually spotted . TFTC Team Loesch
GPS was very definite where it wanted to take me but nothing to find in this very worked over area
This was our first visit to this reserve and this our first cache here too. Thanks Team Lösch for introducing us to a new location to walk the geodog!
Out for a new year caching session, despite the heat it was a good day. Good day to be out as there was no else here. Another enjoyable cache that was not too hard to find

Had to bring my bike to Morwell to get fixed and thought it would be nice to do a little geocaching while I wait. What a gorgeous spot this is. A lovely walk. Thank you for bringing me here. This cache was found in a lovely little glade fit for blue wrens. Tftc
We returned to the reserve today for some fresh air, dog walking, flower picking and tadpole spotting! I tried to find this cache over two years ago with a much smaller version of my now 5 year old, and I was definitely hunting in the wrong spot The track was clear and the cache was found and signed quickly.. finally! Thank you Team Loesch!!
Cache in place and log dry

Tftc Team Loesch.
4 picked, 4 sought, 4 found. So a good 45 mins of hunting. Most ti.e spent was moving on between each. Only needed my phone (it's the only device I ever need) and pen, and a trusty little geohound came for the stroll. Fortunately I've experienced hours of bashing through Tasmanian scrub so the little required here was a doddle.

This took me way too long! I nearly gave up; glad I sat down for a rest first. Thank you for the cache!
Finally found this one with geobae, both of us had a man's look last time , we looked in this place several times and our eyes went over it a few times before locating this one.
After bush bashing to find Red Wattle Bird I thought I would give this one another try after seeing it was found recently, unfortunately I was once again unsuccessful and was biten by a blue ant in the process.
I looked at the comments and saw the maintenance recently done. Tftc nice hidden spot
With restrictions in the regional areas lifted a little we were able to get out enjoy the sunshine and perform some well needed maintenance on our caches. We found this missing so have replaced the container.

Must be missing. You cannot not find something this large without it being missing. Or GZ isn't GZ
We came up to Morwell for the Hawthorn/St Kilda match this afternoon and after eating our lunch at the picnic shelter, we headed off to find the caches in this park before the match.
After no luck on the previous 2 caches we headed to this one hoping our luck would change here. GMelb headed in and saw the cache fully exposed from a few metres away. Replaced with a bit more camo

While spending the day caching in this area, I was driving past this one and had to stop. Took a little while to find, but I got to it in the end.
Currently writing this log already drowned about a kilometer walk from my car, waiting and hoping for the rain to stop, so I can either keep caching or dash back to the car. Not looking hopeful.
Raining hard on me, bikes riding past at speed and from the path I could see a bright red wren from a distance. Lots happening here.
Thanks for the cache Team Loesch

Headed to Morwell today for an enjoyable walk around this reserve finding caches, I saw quiet a few birds in the area. I was a little puzzled as to what the photo location points were.
Thanks Team Loesch for the cache.

TFTC. We had had lunch in Morwell as we explored some of the area. While having coffee we spied this series of caches in the park. We parked at the entrance and then walked around the park, collecting caches as we went. Some bush bashing but not no bad. Found them all without too much difficulty. Thanks for putting these out and maintaining them to enhance our experiences in the area.
Quick find. Well kept track. GPS froze and trial and error to find direction. The set up of the homeless person at the beginning of the track is impressive. Wish I'd thought of that when I was in that situation. Cache is in good condition. Tftc
After deciding not to do the last ca he due to the distance of bush bashing required we could let this one go too, so it was leave the dog and injured geoD and go in bravely. Thankfully cache found quickly. Tftc
Today with nice spring weather is time to go out and about, geocaching is just the right incentive.
I was not in this park for a long time at least 10 years ago we planted trees with the Strzelecki dustrict Cubs and Scouts.
Last one today, I am running out of time, hope I will be back soon.

Will have to return for another look, definitely took the path less travelled on my way out with the 3 year old, making my way back to the track with half a national forest in my hair.. I will return!
I saw these caches in town last night, knowing we'd be in town today, so not knowing the area at all well, we found a park at the hospital and off we went.
What a great series these turned out to be, as parking where we did, we had no hill to contend with and enjoyed our walk around the park.
Thanks Team Loesch for the placement.

Marshall’s Geelong found this cache today with LCASS on our Gippsland adventure,
After a second attempt to find this one because a gardener was in the area,
Cache was soon in hand.

A fairly quick pick up in comparison to some of the other caches in the area. Glad to have this one in hand. TFTC
We decided to cache the Crinigan Road Bushland Reserve today - we are so glad we did as during our 4.7 kilometre walk we found all the caches searched for and we also got to see 17 different species of birds and a possum, but sadly no Koala. This one was a nice quick find once at Ground Zero. We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for the cache and for having bought us to this lovely Nature Reserve. Greetings from Zimbabwe
