We did date today, with this being on my ‘to-do’ list for a few years, today was the time to tackle it.
Spotted by AM94, and retrieved by myself. Teamwork makes the dream work.

Found it but unable to log as the little man freaked out half way up and this Mumma doesn’t climb trees lol
Knowing the CO, I knew immediately this one was going to be out of my league. Pretty sure we had the cache in sight but with no way to verify it, let alone sign the log, this post will have to. Where is a tree climber when you need one!!
Haven't climbed a tree in ages so that was fun. Found the cache but the log is soaked. TFTC!
Once I figured out how to get up the first part of tree, the rest was all good. Height and agility weren’t on my side for the first leg up, lucky for me weight was and for the back way in for the light weight. Log was wet but managed to sign. Tftc
You have to climb higher then you actually think! Climbed stupidly high and saw it but it was still out of reach! Still a win in my books as I spent AGES scouting the trees for it! Was really cool.
Couldn't climb at all so no smiley. Out geocaching today with Magpie Cottage. Thanks for hiding this cache for our enjoyment Rusty85

Left Grafton this morning to head a little further north, and stopped by this lovely little park. I looked at the map and saw this cache not too far away, so we wandered over to check it out. Being listed as a small, we tried spotting the cache from the ground, but to no avail, so I made the climb up to look around.
Once I was up a bit, I soon spotted a micro sized cache, and signed the log. Nice tree climb.

Heading out to Kyogle today, as we are travelling this way with the caravan, and luckilymwe did, as there was not always enough room to get off the road.
with this one you need to commit to the climb without possinly sighting the cache, luckily I was not too far off on the first attempt.

A challenge for sure! Don't wear your good jeans and only if you are a fit and capable climber. High risk of serious injury if you fail!
TFTC smile 7608 out and about with Hatzoff and miss Millie geo dog having a great time
Thank you, Rusty85, for placing this cache for our enjoyment.

Nice day for a cache. Thanks for the climb... and nice spot for the kids to have a little play. Cheers
Found at 2:51 PM GAFF1.
Spotted the green container from the ground and noticed that it was in an awkward spot - is this really just a T of 3.0
Managed to get up there and found it to be as difficult as some other climbs that are rated T4.0
Thanks Rusty85 for the challenge.

Found it but was unable to climb the tree as I have broken wrist, will come back at a later date to log!
I do love this type of hide so when I saw what was involved well we definitely had to have a look.
Up I went, it took a while before I finally found the container.
Finally I did, you just need to be systematic and search very carefully.
TFTC and for the fun.

Wow was that high!!!! Was not looking that far up until we saw it, soon to be in hand
It is there and it is not a simple flat find that is why it has a tree climb attribute.
Had a look, tried & slipped. I am too old for climbing trees. This is not for this old fella. TFTC anyway.
As I rolled into kyogle this arvo I checked what local caches were on offer and this one looked fun. Unfortunately I wasn't dressed in the best scrambling gear. Tight jeans meant I couldn't lift my legs as high as I normally could so I needed to get creative to get myself to the first rung. With the aid of a nearby tree I got there and made my way up till i came face to face with the cache.
Balancing while extracting signing and rerolling the log was a hairy endeavour but I took my time with it wondering why all the passing cars couldn't see the strange man acting like a bird.
Thanks go to the CO for the fun on this one, I do enjoy a climb. Cheers Rusty85.

not sure why this has not been logged but today is the day for it. TFTC great spot.
Out here to get my car serviced and went and checked on this one. All good and waiting for the next finder ️
Dared to climb the tree and even went a little higher but better half decided I've had enough geocaching related injuries for this week. Maybe another time
Out on a maintenance run, I headed into town. I stopped by this cache. On reaching GZ, I realised that I would need a ToTT. I knew some other cachers were in the general rea and they had the required tool. A quick call and they were on their way. I had a bite to eat while I waited. When they arrived, we all headed over to GZ. They soon agreed with me and went back to the car for the ToTT. Once deployed, the cache was ssoon located and our names added to the log. TFTC
Maintenance run this weekend, visiting our Northern NSW caches to check them out, and of course to find some new caches in the vicinity.
Your cache, Rusty85, was one of the ones we found, having successfully completed the maintenance run.
Yep, we dared. Not an easy T3 tree climb. Such a very, very hot day - now for a pit stop and refreshment - perhaps at some Info for All?

Out today on a weekend caching run in the area with RoddyC, Hatzofff & Snickersallan.
Stopped here to find this cache.
Couldn't see it from the ground but luckily we have a TOTT with us and RoddyC when up to look for this one.
Managed to locate it so we then SL and returned it back to its hide.

Travelling around this lovely countryside with geo friends when we stopped here for a quick snack before heading over to look for this one. Noting the terrain rating we figured a TOT would be required after unsuccessful searching up and around three sections of the tree. My goodness this is a beaut well hidden one but RoddyC's eagle eyes finally spotted it and then we worked out the safest way to extract & sign the log.

Saw it, found it, got it.
I climbed up the 3 different tree sections at GZ thinking I will see it when I’m up there. Nah.
Then spent 20 min searching into the sky (tree) & eventually saw what looked like string. Darn, I was up there!
So I dragged this fat 60 year old body up again & gotcha!
Alas, my reading glasses had dropped from my pocket on the ascent so I scratched what may appear like PMoorey2 but I wasn’t going back for my glasses. TFTC. A good one.

Yes we dared, A couple of false starts then up we went, enjoyed this one TFTC and a fav
It's hard to be stealth on this one as it's pretty open to the traffic passing by.
Spotted it quickly but getting to it took a bit longer.

Well, we thought we would dare but sadly this is a DNF for us today. We came prepared for the challenge but couldn't lock eyes on it's location at all. The time of day didn't help as we were looking into the sun for half of our eye exploration. If we're here at a different time of day again we'll take another look. Never mind. This might be one for a future day.
Found @8:58:00 AM.
What a way to start a Sunday morning. This cache was discussed at our last event about a week ago and it wasn't until I was standing under did I realise what I had gotten myself into.
The first step is the big one and then I proceeded to climb higher until I could spot the cache. Then with a bit more of a climb I was withing reaching distance. Very enjoyable with a realistic D/T rating.
Thanks

Ohh yeah, now your making caching interesting, this is what I love, actually took a while to spot it,don't like going up without a target, but once spotted there was no holding me back,as is often the case the first step was the hardest actually went up from the water side.I would love to be watching a few other cachers claiming this one ,well done ,will give it a fav.point,oh,and happy to claim FTF.TFTC.
