Nice easy find!Found by the Liddelow Joey Scout Group and some friends from Carlisle Joey Scout Group whilst our on an Adventurous Journey geocaching with a stop at the playground for lunch and a play.We dropped off a trackable, Klara the Kangaroo, to begin her Adventurous Journey as the first official Liddelow Joey Scout Group geocaching trackable. Our Joey Scouts look forward to tracking her journey as she adventures around.
Find #4 for us, I was going to comment that the summer and this extra dry spell has taken every last drop out of the lake but a little further along there is a tiny pool left. Ready for the rain TFTC
Today TaurusSix and I headed up to Metro to collect a few more Adventure Lab and while doing that we also picked up a couple of normal caches . We left quite early to avoid the heat of the day , however it turned out to be a lovely mild summers day. We zig zagged across southern metro collecting elements of Adventure Lab and exploring lots of places that we have not visited before. All in all a good day of geocaching.This was our second cache find of the of the day , along with nearby Adventure Labs. We really enjoyed this area and had a good walk around. We loved the bird life the park was full of them, and they were particularly active today. We waited for a few muggles to pass before honing in on this geocache. Thanks for this cache spot and patch .
2nd cache of 2024 and another great one, cache was located pretty quickly even with the area being muggle-territory! No-one at GZ and a gorgeous view across the lake!Love this area, always loads of families enjoying the amazing facilities they have here as well as plenty of joggers, walkers, cyclists enjoying the great pathways here. Headed up on New Years morning and were very surprised to get a park which made it super easy to get the treadlies off the back of the already long geo-mobile. Continued around collecting smileys throughout the day which made for a fun and enjoyable New Years Day!Thank you SpotandPatch for placing and maintaining HMS Bibra for us and others to find and enjoy!

First find for today with the neices, TFTC! Sneaky little hide that I spotted first, then Aliya saw it.
Visiting from Brisbane with T-Tech. Our daughter and son-in-law had done parkrun with the 2 older grandies this morning, and while they were recovering with coffee and cinnamon scrolls, and the kids made use of the playground, we took a wander to gather a couple more caches. I got to make the find this time. TFTC, Spotandpatch.

Out early with axell33 for a few caches in the area. Such a great spot for all to enjoy. I fell for a decoy spot before the true hidden spot was found. Great place for a hide here! Thanks for the cache.
We headed out for an early morning walk and to grab some caches. This was our first one, what a lovely spot. After a quick search we had the cache and soon had our names added to your log. We returned your cache as we found it. TFTC Spotandpatch.
Ullyssia and I teamed up for a trip South of the river on our quest for the "seeking smileys" third souvenir. We were both about half way at the start of the day and made really good progress. Fortunately we were prepared for wet weather! Lots of interesting caches in this area, we will definitely be coming back...

Swiss geocachers on a journey through Western Australia.
Today we visited Bibra Lake Reserve and Manning Park. In both places we could play an Adventure LAB adventure and look for a few Tradis and multis.

So much wildlife in this area. Its also orchid season which is nice. Great lite spot to rest, TFTC!
First to find the new log sheet . Be been meaning to bring the grandchildren here for a while; the playground looks like a lot of fun. Found, signed, replaced in good orderTFTC

Short stroll with our (sleeping) grandson towards Bibra Lake. Nice quiet spot even with a playground nearby. And very suitable for some gymnastic exercises

As I was sitting I was joined by some local wildlife and got distracted for far too long.
Walked around the area a bit and started looking in outside the box places.
As muggle presence increased I PAF and as I did I spotted the container, have no idea how I missed it.

Got to enjoy a staff meeting with a difference this afternoon, outside enjoying the sun at Bibra Lake.
Once everything was wrapped up I checked the map for available caches and started hunting.
Managed to grab 4 finds before making my way home.

While Mrs ILT and I cached elsewhere our Geo-hubby’s hit the tracks to grab the hides in this reserve. All good here. Thanks for the hide.
Bin chooks looked at us like we looked at them - sketchy lil buggers up to no good. At least we were only snooping around for a cache, not sticking our noses in bins and honking city traffic.

Was kind of looking for a fake tiger snake as the host the way I first interpreted the description. Thankfully no tiger snakes of any kind and geo-wife chose the right bench and got a quick find. TFTC!
Out for my 1 hour of exercise. Wandered around parts of Bibra Lake. Was very pleasant.
