A couple of hours spare time on an astronomy weekend, so I went into Bendigo and had a go at the Alphabet Series.
Seems to be only 22 letters left in this alphabet, and I missed finding only one.
Parked the car and downloaded the deadly treadly and it made a really nice ride to all the caches.
Thanks for this series.
Thanks, Robmc.

A fabulous day of caching with Posums around Bendigo saw us at this cache. Nice to tick off this series. Lots of Bush tracks but easy enough finds. Thanks for the cache and the effort in placing.
Staying up at Castlemaine for the weekend and I mentioned to GemmaSistema that I would be staying up this way, so Gemma made a trip up to here and we met up in the morning and then spent a fantastic day around the outer suburbs of Bendigo.
Plenty of laughs, Bush tracks, a couple of Lab caches thrown in and of course lots of other caches found along the way, ending with a couple of pizzas for tea in the Castlemaine Botanical Gardens
A great day out was had.
My copilot and navigator suggested that we should have a look at the alphabet series around here so off we went.
Letter C was soon located so 3 off the list.
Thanks msbergz TFTC.

### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there bushaa88,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).

Another lockdown lifted and it was great to be back exploring again. We had a few caches to tick off from the series and around the area, we had a geo-vehicle back and this road was a good test due to the recent weather.
So we found this Cache, bet it was laying in the middle of the ground under some natural laying foliage, assuming that it's blown out at some point.
We've put it back where we think it was originally meant to be hid, fairly obvious location, hopefully it doesn't travel too much further.

Found this in a really obvious location but not where it was supposed to be, as it was laying in the middle of the ground. We have now put it back to where an appropriate location find would be.
My gps was not a friend today and my cache senses were letting me down too. Some other day!
Like Karinaki, but not with Karinaki, I couldn't find it. Almost certainly found where it should be because it looked likely and also not many places to hide things in, on or under at gz. Checked other nearby possibilities but gps always brought me back to the one spot.
Out for a day's caching with my muggle friend who's showing me up all day by finding the caches first.
This was a great series for us as we both love walking through the bush, and actually observing the wildlife around us. Plenty of roos and a couple of hawks kept us entertained between searching for some very creative and clever hides.
Thanks for a great series msberg, this one was a quick find for us

With an hour to spare it was time to leap into the Geo-mobile and grab a few caches. This is a great series, in a top location.
Thanks **msbergz**

A nice easy find while cachinig in the area, although I first tried in the wrong place.
Decided to escape town for a few days to do some exploring and get off the couch after a lazy weekend. Packed the car and headed north!
Could it be that I’m catching on to these crafty hides even though the gps wants to send me around in circles?
Thanks msbergz for the cache.

Day 2 of our Bendigo trip bought us into the area to wander around doing the Alphabet series. A quick find. TFTC.
Found with Kellmik while in Bendigo for our Central Victorian Mythmas Caching holiday.

A short walk on to find this one - the gps was jumping around a bit but eventually settled and I found it
Our 15th find in the series. Three words that start with the letter C car candle and crucifix.
Not the biggest fan of putting my hand in holes but I got it. Replaced it a bit closer for the next person. Tftc.
Cute little geocache not too difficult but there is a residence nearby so watch out for muggles
Great spot. Geo boyfriend and I made it back to the car just before the rain. ️
Clever little find. Was very cautious to not let any muggles who live close by to the location see us log this one.
Headed off today to get a touch north, to get a little bit more winter sun and warmth. (With very little success). We managed to get in a few of this series between showers. Many thanks for these fun caches.
C is for Cassie that’s me! Quick park & grab. Log is full. Left a micro log inside for next finder. TFTC!
Found at 2:33 PM GAFF1.
We had lunch here and nearly didn't find this little cache as there was a "popper" in the hiding spot that put us off. We had to go back and really look inside to find the little container
Thanks msbergz.

Today was a bit different as I had to drop the rig off for warranty work and this series was nearby Highlights included getting locked out of the car (Hello RACV), snagging a heap of caches , exploring some rough dirt tracks, discovering the Eaglehawk Bakery (mentioned in another cacher’s log) ️ and having a Yes I can! moment later in the day as a new skill came to fruition. Surprised there are no hints but all of the coords were bang on GZ Didn’t stop me spinning around sometimes

Not sure why we did not get these during our last trip here but maybe we ran out of time. Was a nice easy find
