Temporarily taking this one offline till I get a chance to check on it. Hopefully this will occur in the next couple of weeks.
Another one on our walk along the river. Did not read the description very well and it was only when I found the container that I realised I did not have a TOTT with me so I improvised. Appended my YOF sideways along the side of the log as the log sheet is definitely really full to overfull and does need to be replaced. TFTC powellbruce
Having a coffee break while driving north. Always time for a cache. Lovely spot here. Will come back and do a few more on the river.

Found with stairman1 and geopuppy. We are on our way to Hervey Bay and needed a break. Log book may need replacing shortly. TFTC
Staying in Gympie tonight and McDonald’s was for dinner, after a cache of course.TFTC
Almost a quick park and grab for me today while stopping here for lunch and enjoying nature. Tftc!
Love these caches thanks for showing us this place..cant wait to get back to get the kayaks in
A tricky hide but it did not fool me. Muggled by a little boy who called out "What is she doing". I had replaced the cache before his parents rounded the bend.
Staying in Gympie for a work course, and managed to leave early enough to fit in a few previously unfound caches along the way. Went for a walk along the river, it's a gorgeous spot. It was rather busy with dog walkers even in the hot windy middle part of the day. Managed to find all the hides after a short search.

Today I met up with csnmasn and we headed north out of Cooroy to grab a cache or two and then continue on to Gympie for a brew. As we were nearing our destination I mentioned that there were a few down along the river and my offsider asked who put them there;. I checked the description and told him who the perpetrator was and he got all excited and said, "we really can't leave without grabbing them, can we?"
So we were soon parking near GZ and without much ado managed to find the cache.
Once the log was signed all was returned as found.

We're new to geocaching and we loved this find! We found all the other caches along the river walk over the school holidays, but left this one until our log roller arrived in the mail. We were so excited to use our log roller for the first time! Thank you
This is the last of the caches in the series for me to get.
Found after a short search.

Had the opportunity to go caching with Wazza9 and NannaNel and took it. We had been wanting to do the river walk series for a while plus others around the hinterland of Gympie. Such pretty country side. We enjoyed our day of caching. Thanks to PB1973 for hiding this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.

TFTC,
A big day for me, 1-38 for the day. I joined with Nana nel & Liz and Bruce today to start my caching experience in this area.
Bruce found this one.
A great day spent with great people talking, walking, driving and looking into spots many people would not see.

A good morning for a stroll
So before setting off for me walk,
I ambled the short distance from the geomobile to find this cache first up
Ooh !! A good hide,
but easy to find [^]

Last one for the day. A quick find after waiting for muggles to walk past. M got this one by feel.
Managed to find it easy enough. But beware, the nearby business is really rude about how people park near this cache. We tried to get out of the way but that apparently wasn't good enough. Your best bet is to have a 4wd and drive right down near the track
We spent the night in Gympie on the way back from Bundaberg and took a stroll along the River Walk.
After waiting at the netball clubhouse for a shower to finish, I left my wife to head to Hungry Jacks to dry out while I headed to this cache and then walk back to the start to retrieve our car and then pick her up.
I found the cache easily and then had trouble opening it. A couple of hard taps on something hard was enough to loosen it.

Pulled up near the river to grab the couple of caches along the walk that we missed on our last visit. Just like last time, it started to rain when we arrived! Luckily, the rain was shortlived and having a good idea of where the cache might be, I headed straight to gz.
A quick bend and grab, I had the cache in hand. I have one in a similar spot and we have made a few of these same containers too. It took a bit of coaxing to retrieve the log - needed the help of some fine foliage.

Hi there PB1973.
We are currently staying at Standown Park, Standown Park. It was originally set up as a Veterans Retreat for ‘their mates and later opened to the public to enjoy. Over the years it has grown to become a "home away from home" for many Veterans of all ages and all conflicts plus their families.
Today's venture had us heading in to Gympie to bag a few caches. As today is Remembrance day, we just had to finish the day with "Remember".
>They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old;
>Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn;
>At the going down of the sun, and in the morning
>We will remember them.
All up we found 13 caches & DNF'd 0. Thanks for placing the cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places while we meander around Australia.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache about 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Nothing.
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Visiting from down South, I went out with my mate Madwizzard to locate a few caches around his superb area. This was one of them, and we enjoyed the walk along the river bank. tftc.
What a very clever hide but you didn't fool us cause we walked straight up to the cache.
Crustyvarmint found it first and then shared the find.

We have set up camp at Chatsworth Park. We then visited the town area finding caches listed since we were last here.
A good variety of locations & caches found.
Tricky little hide the terrain rating had us looking in a different location originally.

There were a few more muggles around at this point so wasn't as thorough as I would have liked so I'll be back.

Sunday morning seems a good time to have a go, Jim (jfindit) joined me for the trip into town, picked up some fuel and supplies while in town.
I thought I knew the walk, but Gympie Regional Council have done a great job on upgrading the whole river bank.
All with the cache

Woohoo FTF! While camped at the Widgee event, geohubby WallabyTim and I had to duck away late that night to where my Dad was at a nearby campsite. With too much energy to head to bed, we decided on a late night run to Gympie for some FTF's. Thinking the riverwalk was going to be a well-lit boardwalk style, I was surprised when Tim parked the car in a pitch black carpark and started to get ready to go. I was NOT HAPPY at all, thinking we were going to get mugged, but with Tim is his big hi-vis winter jacket, anyone up-to-no-good probably would have thought we were police or security on patrol and gone in the other direction (well that's what I kept telling myself anyway). Armed with trusty little LED pen light torches from Supercheap Auto and four layers of clothing to keep warm, we set off. This was definitely not what I had in mind. I soon perked up though when we had the cache and a blank log in hand! Yay, now I was excited to keep going... TFTC
