I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Have decided to delete this one and move this cache to another easier location that I can maintain more easily as the cache kept disappearing and is harder to get to. Have loaded a new one with the same title to replace this one.
Visiting the local caches while in town to attend a motorhome rally. No problem with the find TFTC.
Today we found a Geo cashe everyone was looking at it but they thought it was in it it's by a planted tree near the water.
So cool to find it easily this visit!
Plenty of room for toys to swap or donate!

It's much easier to find when it's actually there. Thanks for replacing. It's always good to turn a blue face yellow. TFTC.
Back in The Puke for a family get-together. Nice to see some new caches in the area. Bit of a mission in hunting this cache out. Found it in the end. I had worries about cache being washed away in a flood, so place it to higher ground away from muggles view. Cheers
Chasing Mythical Creatures points this afternoon. I need some quick finds, as time and weather are not on side...
I was hoping to rack up most of my required points with this new series of caches in Te Puke... Usually, these sorts of hides are a bit more challenging. One has to get down, get under, and get dirty... It's not often that one finds the cache peeking out from its hide... TFTC.

Tonight was only planned earlier in the week when the weather looked to be fantastic for a little detour to the BOP.
So in the company of kiwis69, HKCB & 11HPG11 we set off from home at approx 6pm and made it back home at 4am with only rain for about the first hours of the nights adventure.
There were quite a number of different caches collected in the progression acrodd the countryside as we were all working to collect some more caches all of course for the "Hidden creatures" challenge for the month.
Some of us had made great inroads to this and with only a few days to go I need all that I can as always a late starter.
Thanks to all the CO's for their caches and maintaining their caches

A few of us managed to get a leave pass for tonight, as the numbers for the Hidden Creatures souvenirs. So after a quick call around Kiwis69, 11HPG11, Cats&Dragons and myself decided another night assault in and around Tauranga was a good idea. The general plan was to start at the Southern end and work our way North, and hopefully be home in time to get at least a few hours sleep.
With the rain easing a few hours into the trip the night turned out to be rather successful with all caches attempted being found, for a grand total of 22 to add to the creatures tally. A big thanks to the CO for the hides.
First on the cards was to locate the new caches around Te Puke. Most were fairly quickly finds with the odd one or two that took a bit longer to find.

Out and about on a Friday night mission to collect some more caches and work our way closer to some more hidden creatures. Tonight our group consisted of Cats&Dragons, HKCB and kiwis69. Signed logs as HOAC or with our names where space permitted.
First of the night and once some muggles had past through we soon found the cache. Thanks for the hide.

Out on a nocturnal mission with 11hpg11, cats&dragons & HKCB to grab some caches towards the “hidden creatures’ challenge ... unlike our northern hemisphere counterparts, we’re contending with winter and long dark nights but, heh, that just adds to the challenge! We started early evening in fairly heavy rain, wondering about our sanity, but thankfully the weather improved and we had a lot of fun dashing about the BOP on a star-light night. A few logs were signed with the team name ‘HOAC’ to save space.
We decided to wait for some muggles to walk on by before we started to look for this one. Needn't have worried, it was a nice quick grab and no muddy acrobatics required thankfully, log signed & replaced, TFTC

And that was the end of the old old troll. Has been found by muggles but still in place. Mr S recognised the words and starting singing and now Mrs S has an ear worm.
Thanks, I think, Lagerwaards. Another smilie and another souvenir.

Out to Te Puke collecting this new series. This is always a popular park and has also had many caches. Cache all ok but has a interesting log - maybe a neighbour TFTC
This is going to get muggled as it is easy to spot and it already has going by the note found in the log. Hopefully people leave it alone so those on the know can enjoy finding it.
Lovely park that I usually just drive past on my way to and from work. I'm enjoying the series and will head out to grab what I hope is my last one when I go to work tomorrow.

A nice stroll in a well remembered area of Te Puke, found a cache here some years ago. Cache quickly located without any muggles being any the wiser. TFTC
Will have to pick up #1 when we next pass through - we commented that it was likely to be published the minute we left the area!

Took longer than it should have . You are making sure we travel around Te Puke. Well done. Tftc
This a well used park and popular for group barbeques in the summer. Cache was spotted very quickly so put it further in. Thanks for the cache Lagerwaards.
Great park this...had a quick look around before picking up the cache...found all good and tidy thanks for the placement ..you have done a grand job of your series thanks alot Largerwaard appreciate your efforts
Despite being a miserable day I needed to get outside & what better thing to than attempt to change 5 caches into smileys.Easy find so after replacing I put a few fronds of the tree in front.Hope you don't mind but it looked quite vunerable to muggles. Thanks Lagerwaards, well done.
#705- Came for a trip to Te Puke to pick up all the caches. Another one that had good camo, walked past a few times and hunted in other spots before we found this one. TFTC
My wife had sent me up the road to grab dinner when these alerts came through but the [FTF] race always comes first! I made my first stop figuring if I got it I'd keep going and I was welcomed with a blank log. Then I quickly had to call my wife... "Dinner will be about an hour late"... - she was understanding but not impressed
This cache was found quickly and in good condition thanks to accurate coords and a straight forward placement. This cache was a decent size considering the hide so I'm not positive how long it will last as I imagine this may get muggled in the months to come. Cheers Lagerwaards, TFTC.
