We are on our way to the Capital Geobash Canberra 2024. We decided to continue caching in Warialda yesterday morning and were lucky to have finished before the rain. And then the next few caches were found in between rainy spells. We stopped in Gunnedah overnight and repotted our route to Coolah from there. And so happy we did as we went past the locality of the original BLACK STUMP! Theres a rest area there commemorating it. Anything west was beyond the black stump. Australian folklore and no cache YET . Coolah was a lovely little town.Arent we lucky in Australia to have these Rest Stops! Thanks Now_To_Morrow for placing and maintaining this cache.
A little rest and walk to a cache. Nice big area and found in the first place I looked! Found on the Mega Capital Geobash coastal loop via Adelaide - Barrington - coast to Mexico City loop. DAY 3
After much planning, saving and extra mods to the 4WD we are finally on our way to Longreach to take part in the QOGM festivities. We have just over a week to get there, so a route was planned to encompass uncharted LGA’s as we zig zag our way through NSW, as well as a slight detour to Coffs Harbour to visit family. Will we make it in time? Who knows, but we are going to give it a good shot.
A slight detour just to grab the LGA. What a great rest stop, set up well with clean amenities and plenty of picnic tables , a great little spot to camp on your journey.
It does look like a bush bash but we were able to follow a kangaroo track all the way to the cache. The cache was found in good condition.
Thanks Now_To_Morrow for the placement.

Reasonably quick find, would have been much quicker if our GPS wasn't going haywire! Cache in excellent condition. TNLN, TFTC.
Quick find today, thought it might've been hard to get to after yesterday's rain. Log slightly damp, placed it in the plastic bag that was in there. New growth this time of year, please watch where you step, a geocacher should not be stomping on young trees!
Dropped TB that I hope will go towards the coast as it's already been to Dubbo

A much needed stretch of the legs to find this geocache, did get a weird look from a truckie as I walked out of the bush.TFTC
Found at 3:58 PM GAFF1.
We aimed to stay the night here while on our way to Mildura to meet up with our daughter and her family. A very nice rest stop - lots of space and even impressive bush in the background. This is what we like and with hardly anyone else around we really enjoyed our stay.
Worked out the most difficult way in of course by following the GPSr (we were camped just 75 metres away, but there were huge piles of dirt bulldozed up along the edge, so we circumvented that lot to then go bush bashing)
Located the cache in a good spot (the lid was oddly only half screwed on!) and then I could see our caravan just over there! What! We are camped just over there and we went around all over this ground to get here [B)]
To get out we found an open area which then turned out to be an old track and - oh boy - there was the easy way out alright
Thanks No_Tomorrow

On making our way back home from Broken Hill to Newcastle, we stopped in Dubbo for the night, and this was the final leg of our journey. Along the way we stopped by a few select caches, including this one.
This was another nice scenic place to stretch the legs, but with limited time to get home, we moved on as soon as the cache was found.

A nice stop on our journey across the country from Adelaide to Brisbane with Davidwazza! TFTC!
Moving from Adelaide to Brisbane, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I decided to drive the long distance to make the opportunity a holiday, taking 12 days and passing through Victoria, New South Wales, and then finally arriving in Queensland. We spent the first few days in SA's Riverland, visiting Morgan, Berri and Renmark; and then drove through Mildura in Victoria. In NSW, we stopped at Hay, Parkes, Merriwa, Tamworth, Port Macquarie, and Coffs Harbour, and then entered Qld to stop for a night in Robina in the Gold Coast.
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I travelled from Parkes to Merriwa. We travelled north-east via Baldry, Yeoval, to Wellington, where we visited the Wellington Caves, and stopped for lunch. We then continued the drive north-east through Spicers Creek, Two Mile Flat, Gulgong, Ulan, arriving in Merriwa in the evening in time for a pizza dinner. Afternoon highlights were walks to The Drip Gorge and Hands On The Rock (Ulan Aboriginal Rock Art), and several of NSW's LGAs were visited during our travels today.
This was our final cache find of the day as we approached Merriwa. We stopped in at this rest stop, and unfortunately I took the hard approach in, bush bashing and going up/down hills. Once we were at GZ, we made the quick find, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. I do love these container types, as they are simple and keep the water out. We then returned to the car the "easy way". Thanks No_Tomorrow for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

On our way to Coolah Tops NP, and needing a second for the day. Great view, and should return one day, to have a look at the other interests here. We were running a little late to stop for any amount of time, just enough for a quick find, and off we go again. TFTC.
First find for 2021! Hope this year is a good one for everyone, and lots of caching can be done! Thank you for this cache! : ) Happy New Year!
We called in here on our way home from Dubbo. The area was deserted and very hot, and I had soon made my way through the low scrub to GZ without being attacked by any fauna. A quick log had me shortly back in the A/C, thanks for a good roadside cache.
nice and easy this love the area and our travels around , heading from Gilgandra to home so had to take the detour to pick up these along the way, many thanks for placing the cache
Met Kingfisher after he found the GC, downloaded app & here I am excited on finding my first GC.
Compass refused to settle and took us around the world. Fortunately all was resolved in the end and cache was found in good condition. Tftc.
Stopped by here with MummyPenny as we meandered around the area this morning. Thanks No_Tomorrow.
