This *Listening/Loudspeaker* series geocache was previously solved back in 2021. Patience and frequent rewinds were required in order to transcribe and work through.I had planned to be home earlier for an afternoon outing, but as I was much later, it meant that I could take even more time to be home (does that make sense?). This was a cache that I was expecting to be a quick find in a usual spot, but after no sign of the cache, and a few mixed messages from recent finders, I then followed another route, and found the cache on my fourth path through, after realising its only plausible hiding spots. The cache container and logbook were in good shape, and the logbook indicated another visitor earlier today. An awesome hiding spot that I didn't expect, although its Terrain rating could have been bumped up a little more. Thanks [georode](https://coord.info/PR2211736) for the cache placement, and [Willis007](https://coord.info/PR70EP3) for its ongoing maintenance.----------Today, baby Cottontail and I walked the upper tracks of Brookfield targeting the *Pickaxe/Mining* geoart. It was a late start, and we returned in the mid-afternoon. During our homeward return, we then stopped at a couple of *Listening/Loudspeaker* series geocaches.
I solved this a few months ago but I still remember how difficult it was to transcribe all the numbers correctly. Thankfully it didn't take quite as long to get from the numbers to the coordinates. I decided to leave off finding this cache until June because the Dangerous Area attribute is needed for a monthly challenge. Today I happened to be passing by so it was finally time to come and have a look. There was no sign of it in the first place I looked and, when I thought about it a bit more, I realised where I actually needed to be. The easy option was inaccessible because there was so much water after the rain. But I figured there must be another way to access it so I went looking and after a bit of a wade through some long grass I found another way in. There weren't too many places it could be after that and I soon had my hand on the cache. Thanks Georode and Willis007, this was a great puzzle and a very cool hiding spot for the cache!
Out with RoddyC and Hatzofff to turn some coloured spots into Smilies. Had these caches solved for a long time and today was the time to convert to a Smilie.I thought my co- ords were out quite a bit but then there was a lot of coverage around the area. I spied it by process of elimination and then by accident.Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC

Still a bit rib-sore from last week, so out after a rest day yesterday. With hatzofff and imbunda. Hmm. Which one?Log signed and cache replaced as found at 3:11 PM on November 12, 2023. TFTC, georode
Thanks, Willis007 for adopting this series and looking after the maintenance! Georode
I must admit i needed help with this puzzle and had it on my solved list for ages waiting for June to find as i need it for the June challenge GC9TJZ6 and today was the day i had time. I came prepared with old clothes and shoes and a torch thinking i knew where to go and the torch was really handy but i did not need the old clothes . I started my search slowly working my way and happily found the cache after only a short time. This was fun and thank you for all the fun
With a little bit of time before work, I thought there was time for one or two more of this Geoart…
Arriving at GZ I was concerned… dressed for work and all… turns out there’s two ways to access this cache (it’s obvious now)
One or two passes and I spied the container…
Tftc…

This is the second in the series of cleared out of my solved folder today. On arriving at GZ and reading a few logs I had a good idea where it might be. Luckily the gods were on my side today and I had the prize in hand quiet quickly.
Cheers

###Mini Milestone Cache 10300###
Accio 18:56:51
A prevening run around the area picking up what I think are the last speakers in The Gap area (except one that was missing). Took a cursory look around, the coords weren't quite making sense ... until they did make sense. After all the rain I was a bit worried, but no major issues getting to this spt. a FP for the placement, that's awesome.
Thanks georode for entertaining me at this location.

With another of the speaker series solved and ready to be collected, I headed out in the early morning before a crazy day at work.
Arriving at gz I checked a couple of places and came up empty-handed. I the read through some previous logs and changed my focus to a different spot. I checked quite a few areas before the penny dropped and before too long had the cache in hand. Very clever!
I am getting closer to having the speaker put back together and thoroughly enjoying the series.
Thanks georode for the puzzle and fun cache. A fav from me.

With my dodgy knee, I was a bit slower getting to GZ and The Marble sent the 'found it' call up just as I was about to start searching the second option. Nice and easy for me! TFTC georode
We waited for a dry spell before attempting this one which was just as well. Cache was found safe and dry. TFTC
Having been thwarted by the weather last time we attempted this one, we decided to have another go today and were far more successful. The Marble explored the first of the options, with DisSister ready to head into the second and me plucking up the courage for the third when the blessed sound of “I found it” rang out. Its condition was fine.

Out with chamad and Liz and Bruce today to grab as many caches as we could in the short time frame we had.
I have managed to claw my way through quite a few of these puzzles over the last few months in the hope of gaining a few more Smilies on my screen. Today was the day to make a start.
Thanks Georode. You've put in a massive amount of time and effort in making both this series and a few others to keep us cachers happy.

I have been working on this series for some time, slowly ticking off the ones I can and struggling with the ones I haven’t, lol.
Today it was a team effort with Team Tyrrell and Liz and Bruce as we joined forces to get a few of what we have solved. We also had a limited time frame so it was fast work and organised caching, checking data as we drove from cache to cache. We replaced one cache along the way with the permission of the CO.
While this series is scattered around the area it was good to see some new parts that I would not normally visit. Thanks for the ones completed by us so far Georode, I appreciate the work that must have gone into this series, well done. With 30 caches completed today I’m sorry for the generic post, but the others of the team have posted cache specific details.

Solved this series a while ago. Was out this way with KerriMG. We searched here and there until we finally found it. Definitely not at our first point of interest. TFTC.
Out on a caching adventure with BrisLions and Grannysmith1947. I have had this series sorted for quite a while, but never had the time to find them. Today was time to remedy that with a few finds. With our names added to the log, we were soon off to the next one. TFTC
Was out today with Grannysmith1947, Selva Girls and Miss Millie. Chasing some caches to fill two more challenge caches.

I had a fantastic day today collecting a bunch of caches that have been on my to-do list for a while, and this was one of them! I loved the uniqueness of the puzzle series and appreciate the effort that must have gone into them. Also great to get to sit down and have lunch with the CO recently to chat all things puzzles! Thanks for the fun! Can’t wait to see what’s next!

A very early morning start on this beaut geoart series with geo friends E_Smiley and EatSleepCacheRepeat_ (ESCR). Our drive around the various locations and streets admiring the scenery and places of interest was quite rewarding. The huge amount of tree climbs slowed us down a little but we all shared in doing them with E_Smiley volunteering to tackle the very high ones.
All caches were found in very good condition and I applaud the CO for all the time and effort that has gone into placing this series of good puzzles for everyone to enjoy.

Thursday. We managed to finally find this one – after perusing all possibly options. Despite all the recent rain and water around the area here, we managed to keep our shoes dry and we avoided all the sloshy spots. Found this one nicely tucked in its spot, albeit a bit loose.
This was the 5th of 7 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***georode***, for showing us this place.

A change of plans brought me back here for the fourth and final caching run on the audio puzzle series. Some 8 trees were scaled today incl a few scary climbs. The help of a fellow cacher and a handy piece of hardware was much appreciated. But I did my own dirty work, er, climbing Glad to see these caches converted to smileys
Unlike Woody’s geo-conspirators, mine stated clearly she was “Not doing that again!” Words that did not inspire me as I clambered down to GZ. There was also talk about wet feet so I employed a sumo squat position in seeking the cache to keep the footwear dry. Good thing I work out Even the dog was not keen I worked across as the smartiphone refused to play fair with the coords, and used the in-built torch. I counted five passes before I spotted the wee beastie. The moral of the story is take a torch! Whew

This was my third audio find for the day and I was thankful that 4ando had dropped me at a couple of puzzles I had solved. Thankfully I have a week off work to solve the rest this coming week.
However, you would think that a couple of old mates would give you a hint on where the cache is. Even as our geo-Jedis they are still handing out the caching lessons. In my mind the reason they didn’t get out to help was not because they don’t love their geo-padawn, but more the fact they both really needed to fart. I hope they love me.
I couldn’t let my mentors down but I was struggling a bit with the hide. That was when a force ghost of Mrs 4ando appeared and gave me some wise words “Use the force woodyrothwell, you loser”. It was just the right amount of encouragement I needed and no swear words to boot. When I got back their car smelt funny. tftc

Today we were back to pick up a few more of the sound geo-art and we were in a way fitter state than yesterday, amazing how a good night’s sleep and no alcohol can make you feel much better in the morning. We had spent the morning out at Ipswich and had stopped for some lunch where we decided that we should grab some more of these caches.
We weaved around the place grabbing more to try and put this geo-art back together again. We managed to pick up another 5 of them today before we headed off back home.

It took me a minute to get my head around what I was looking at: not overthinking it is always a good idea.
This morning I woke up early and decided to go grab it since it is quite close to home. Early morning is probably a good time to visit and boy, was I happy not to be wearing office clothes here: it is definitely not a ‘suit-cache’!
Although I tried to be mentally prepared, it is not my favourite choice of GZ for a bunch of reasons. Anyway, today it turns out I stopped just too soon in my initial searching and ended up therefore finding the cache as one of the very last possible options.
TFTC where all is fine and it is always good to see a variety of hides and GZs!

I was getting all excited at about this point at the prospect of our map looking like it had a nice little geoart on it once again...but his expedition ended in some wet shoes before we made the find! Tftc georode
It is new year's day and there is a souvenir up for grabs and I am in a moon boot which makes caching difficult. Bristracker helped to chauffeur me around and we stuck to low terrain hides. So we were actually at GZ on a prior occasion and didn't find the cache. I did think of the correct idea, but it was hot and Bristracker didn't want to hang around too long. Today we tried that method and I found the cache immediately. TFTC
We had spent quite a bit of time here a week ago with no result. But as they say when you go back a second time you find it instantly. That was the result today, and not from any PAF, just reading the logs really. Glad it was a quick find because that sun was pretty hot today.
This afternoon I spent a few minutes nutting through this one, and was a little tricked by the twist but eventually got the order sorted. I took a look at Google maps and realised why that odd attribute is there. Could be interesting... A short drive later and I was heading in towards GZ. Having done similar caches I knew what to look for, and made a quick find. Nicely done. TFTC, georode.
The geowife and I were heading to the Kenmore Film Festival event and decided to pick up a few caches along the way. I solved this one when it was first published and have visited GZ once before, unsuccessfully. But, after reading logs and having a think about it, I cam up with a theory for where the cache could be.
Today, I ignored the most obvious hide which I had already searched on my previous visit and headed in to try out my theory. The first attempt was a bust. But, on the second, I hit paydirt and found the cache.
Thanks for the cache georode. This was find #3619. Please discover my trackable: MMGJ6B and mention where you saw it.

The search for this one went on and on and on and on, with the rain falling like it had been for the previous week we had searched all of the obvious spots before messaging the CO. With confirmation we were completely in the wrong spot Eskies5 and I beelined it back to the car to grab another day, no way we were doing that. Scratches on the other hand was a little more determined, there was more distance for to cover to search for this one again. Realising she had everything she need to get it, she was off. With the mentioned of a spider dropping I was more than glad to not be on signing duties as the squeak she made would have been a roar from me. Very happy to have this one signed and logged after such a long search. Great hide and TFTC georode
The addition of one little attribute would have saved us a whole lot of time here. In all the caches I have found with said attribute, I have never had to use it but it was employed here. Well... technically *I* still haven't cause even though Kestal & I live over 1.5hrs away we were ready to walk when we finally realised where it was. Scratches on the other hand had more at stake residing over 9hrs from the cache and she was not leaving...so we stood back and watched her brave the elements and documented her little escapade. #35 - 14:38pm
On a very rainy day after spending a lot of time searching in all the wrong places Kestal, Eskies5 and I were ready to walk away when we realised where the cache might be. Surely not. My caching companions instantly decided they were out, I was ready to consider giving it a go but did not have the right equipment. Back in the car about to leave I found out Kestal did in fact have the right equipment and while not willing to use it herself was happy to lend it to me. Back out of the car and off to where we needed to be. The others bravely watched me from afar as I encountered various aspects of nature and finally had cache in hand. I was very careful not to drop it ....

Out for the morning with TeamARF primarily to pick up a few more of the audio series we have recently solved. This was the last for our morning, and thankfully I had a previous finder with me to narrow down the search options, as it looked like a muggle neighbour was starting to become interested in the goings-on here. Clever use of an available nook, adding an FP

They say that the third time's a charm, then again, "they" say never poke a pig with a burnt waffle, so make of their wisdom what you want...
Returned today with some extra knowledge and found this elusive blighter. Nice hide concept, one that I've seen in an American cacher's blog but not in RL. Kudos. A favorite point from me for the hide.
Now, I oddly hanker for waffles and bacon.

SOlving the puzzle was not problem, once all the numbers were in the correct order. With some manipulation had a twisted set of coordinates that worked out ok. This was the last cache collected in the Gap area before heading to Samford Forest for a CITO.
Parking nearby and with one of the attributes knew exactly where I was headed. It was the third barrel tried before spotting the goods. Snug fit! I was conscious not to come across any slumbering reptiles in the walk. Thanks for another interesting series Georode.

Saw that this one had been found this week so had another dig. Still no luck. Not too sure where I'm going wrong here.
Back in the area today for a few quick grabs. The area seemed quite deserted today - until about 14:30. Then apparently every car in this little estate was moved. School pickup time? Just before the run started I found the cache. It was a little challenge for an arachnophobic like me. Had to check several places and poked carefully with my pen... Luckily, it was in almost the last option I could think of. Lol.
Thanks a lot for the series, georode.

Had a good search of the area early this morning with no luck for the stated level. Can imagine that this area would have many eyes on it during the day.
Muggle out day - Cache 6
The puzzle was straight forward but it might be that two numbers are twisted. What can I say... Again lots of activity here with someone cleaning a driveway with a high pressure cleaner. I guess he is paid by the hour... Had a quick look anyway but left when another person appeared and stared at me from behind her rubbish bin.

Found @12.32pm
Having just been successful at a nearby FTF hunt we were a little surprised to find this cache was also, as yet, unlogged as found.
Here's hoping! LOL …
Another cache that I missed the notification.
Mrs VC hadn't & was quickly on the job.
I walked inside to be told "New Georode cache, I have all the numbers but not sure where to go with them. I've tried this but I can't work it out. "
Pass the parcel …
My turn.
Following the same line of thought I soon had a great set of coordinates which the checker liked as well so we were good to go.
Well done to Mrs VC for doing all the 'legwork' & then giving me the credit for the solve.
TEAMWORK!
After looking the location up on Google maps I was fairly sure what we would be looking for at GZ & once there I was pleased to find that our line of thought was accurate indeed.
The cache was quickly found, great location & hiding spot.
Now for the reveal ...
... YES!
I couldn't believe this one would still have a clean log but it did until about 30 seconds later when our scrawl adorned the leading page! LOL ...
Something about the combination of puzzle, the trip here, the find, the cache & the bonus FTF demands a favourite point & who are we to disagree?
Nicely done!
Made our mark & replaced as found.
