i feel stupid. yeah. didn’t find it. and my dog got out of his leash and some idiot hit him. and now he’s in puppy heaven. i love you so much sparky. rip. but yes did not find
Feeling very dumb - only so many options in this spot! Will have to come back with brain switched on
Heading through Upper Hutt this morning and was going past this cache, so of course stopped to take a look. Replaced the log with a new piece of waterproof paper, TFTC
Log paper shot. Wet and mushy. Couldn’t sign. Only had a small slip to add. It won’t last.
Thanks
Thanks
Mycro Man had the cache in hand before Ezratar was even out the car. The log sheet was pretty damp. Did with Mycro Man and Ezratar on way to Maidstone Max today
Nice park n find. Log very wet, barely able to sign. No replacements on me today, sorry.
I had travelled down to Wellington last night to attend a geo-event on Mt Vic, set up around the Blood Supermoon Lunar Eclipse that was happening. That meant that I had a chance to sort out one of my last remaining Dot Days with a couple of hours of caching in a target-rich environment. In fact I haven't been caching in Upper Hutt since attending WENZ back in 2018.
I spent a couple of hours visiting a client in Montgomery Cres, so naturally once I had finished that I looked to see if there was a cache nearby? The obvious answer was Yes, and I was able to park right by it. No issues found with the container or log, which was signed before the whole lot was replaced back as found.
Thanks for the cache.

#1304. Heading to Kaitoke for the weekend, and after a DNF a few minutes ago, decided this should be easier. So it proved. I must tally up how many of this series I have now - certainly in double figures I think.
The log is very very wet and almost full, so I added a new log and a plastic bag.

Had just finished a meeting in Upper Hutt and decided to look for a cache before heading home. Found this one very quickly which was fortunate because it was drizzling at the time and I didn’t have a raincoat! #3302. TFTC.
This was our first attempt at finding the hidden cache. Had to use the hint. Then read a comment about not being for the vertically challenged then found it. Helpful if you have a stick close to you too. But was great fun. Can’t wait for the next find
Out and about today
One log said something about the vertical challenged so we went and looked again and found it we had to get a tool to help us

Not for vertically challenged..Had to keep stopping to avoid potential mugglers lol
No worries here, havent' seen one quite like that before in that position but obviously it works! Cheers
A quick find and my last one today, filled the wagon at Waitomo and I was off home.
Many thanks GLAD-NZ for the cache and the series.
Many thanks GLAD-NZ for the cache and the series.
All good. Lucky it was quiet at the time of my visit with no traffic or muggles passing. T.F.T.C.
I scored some cheap flights to Wellington for the weekend! I had a great time exploring and finding caches!! TFTC!
Found on a trip up north hopefully will get to the top sometime within the month
I think this is my first GROET cache. We don't normally look for drive-bys, but today I needed to make a short trip and as it was a dot day I decided to look for a quick and easy cache on my way. As this was very close to my route I decided to stop by and look for the cache given how quiet this road is on a Sunday. It was indeed an easy find and the cache and log were nice and dry too. Thanks for the cache GLAD_NZ, and I'm sure it won't be my last GROET either
(# 5041). Up in the area to grab a few caches. A quick find. Everything in order. TFTC
I remember reading that this was a cache better suited to a weekend visit but then I proceeded to forget about it. I was passing close by this afternoon and re-remembered. Taking the correct approach, I was able to park extremely close to the cache site and make an instant find.
I was passing this way this evening and stopped here to have a quick look for this cache. It was more about quickly finding a cache and getting on my way home, rather than having an adventure. This one was perfect!
There were some people nearby dropping off clothes at the recycling bins and I had to wait for a few minutes before retrieving the container. I took it back to the car to complete the formalities before putting it back where I found it.
The cache is in good condition. All nice and dry.
Thank you

Nice quick find later in the evening, a good time to sneak this one! Thanks for the hide
Staying with family for Christmas so grabbed a few caches on the evening walk with the dogs. Easy find tftc
# 1223 Out and about today on the last day of work for 2018. I braved the mall, it wasn't too bad. Seems alot if the workers at the industrial workplaces got an early knock off today too as there weren't too many people about so it wasn't such a tense time trying to time the search. Cache easily found and was able to park right nearby. Thanks GLAD-NZ for my smilie today. With the bigger log book in this cache I left a stamp on the page
Quick park and grab while out and about in the area. In fact, so quick I pretty much parked right next to it! TFTC.
Down for the Wellington Mega with KirsTim & yorkshirekiwi83 and vistra for the weekend, picking up caches in the area along the way. Lots of fun had and some cool sights to see. Many thanks to all the cache owners for the great maintenance and their caches!
Our journey south to the Mega in Wellington, a great day for travel caching.
Thanks to all the CO's who placed the caches

Out and about with Vamber, yorkshirekiwi83 & vistra gathering caches in Upper Hutt whilst in town for the Mega. Signed the log as KKKTST. Nice easy find here, thanks
Spent the long weekend down in Wellington and the surrounding region with Vamber, KirsTim and vistra, we were there for the Mega event and we picked up some caches along the way. Thanks to all caches owners. TFTC
I flew down to Wellington just for the day today to attend the WENZ Mega Event and I joined up with Yorkshirekiwi83, Vamber and KirsTim for a day's caching, which was focussed primarily on caches in the Hutt Valley area - signing all logs as KKKTTS. This was found while driving around the area. TFTC!
Another Mega and the inevitable list of cache finds to log. Not really a chore, just time consuming for this old geriatric. My apologies for the repetitive logs but I will attempt to add a few additional comments as I go. Had a great two days. Catching up with other cachers is always great. Day one was mainly a solved puzzle collection with little blue hen and Kiwicouple. We also squeezed in a few adjacent traditionals and a couple of multis while participating in the CITO event in Trentham Memorial Park. Quiz night was a fun event after a very tasty roast dinner and we were happy to finish only 4 points behind the eventual winners. Day two little blue hen and I gathered a few more traditionals that we hadn't done close to the Mega centre. A few coffees, a favourite point or two, some frustrating searching at one or two and then off home for a rest. Thanks to all the COs for making it another fun weekend. Now to prepare for the Melbourne Mega in November. TFTCSL
A quick and easy find. Thanks
Found on a day spent driving up and down the Hutt Valley, finding a cache or two.
Thanks to all CO's for placing and maintaining their caches. Cheers

Found while attending the MEGA with Flowerydaze. Nobody around in this area on a Sunday afternoon so it was nice and quiet and no muggles. QEF TFTC
Attending the Mega and just getting my last gew caches from nearby as it comes to an end. Thanks for the cache.

Another quick find while out and about with Talla64 during the WENZ Mega in Upper Hutt. Thanks for all the placements.
