14:06After spending the morning tidying up our collection of those "grapes" on the Barossa vines, we couldn't resist seeking out a few more smiley tokens before heading back to camp.A neat hide. Our thanks to 'OZGrumpy' for adding this cache to the geo-gameboard.37778*This log composed and published using Geocaching Swiss Army Knife (GSAK).*
We spent Saturday afternoon wandering around in North Adelaide with our good friends Phetlern. We found a good range of caches as we travelled the streets and parks. We were please to explore this area, the old homes and churches are delightful as is the parkland. Thanks to OZGrumpy for this interesting hide. Tennis Court looked good with a Winter trim.
Today out and about on 156 of 183 days to get my daily cacher Sapphire Using my Garmin Etrex 22X and MacBook Air!Thanks for the cacheTFTC
Had a couple of hours to spare before attending TAFE.Let's go caching I said to myself.TNLNSL TFTC Jeffjulie
Out for a stroll around North Adelaide and trying to find a few geocaches. No problems here.
Out for a walk in Adelaide with *frilk* after attending the "MEGA" in the morning with reminiscing on places previously visited, found this one very quickly....TFTC
We had spent the morning at the mega and then made our way here. A quick find. TFTC.
JAMS found this cache, some of us for the second or third time, after the Leap day Mega.
Very cool location. Loved the houses, the story and the cache. Our plan hatched months ago when we learned that the Ballarat Geotour would be ending in early March. From Sydney it was a no brainer to do both. A host of characters conspired to make plans. Including drobbonz kimmy533 Kiwisteve2 and tessa-bella. The trip morphed multiple times but Adelaide was the goal for Leap Day.I spent the last one in Las Vegas.Sydney, Ballarat, Great Ocean Road, Adelaide, Flinders Ranges, Mildura and back to Sydney. TFTC
6 months ago, during a frenzy, we said to ourselves "why not going to the mega in Adelaide for the leapday". From scratch we moved on to preparing an 18-day project in Australia. Our objectives are simple, visit a small part of this immense continent while validating a few caches. There are so many caches (impossible to do everything) that we will select. Our plan will allow us to visit Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Mount Gambier and finish in Adelaide for the famous Mega.During our stay we will log PestiHoot for Pestinette and Blackhoot.During our 5 days in Adlade, we visited the centre and around while following the caches and labs. We resolved some mysteries before our trip. We made some great discoveries and great experiences.Easy to find when we go ton the good spot. But the neighbor's dog barked a lot, fortunately no moggles in the area. Thanks to the caches we visited many sites evoking Australian culture and history. Thanks for the cache and the discovery of beautiful or original spots

Then depending on the time that we will have left at each of our stages, all caches allowing usto visit a nice new place. We only visited a tiny part of this beautiful country which makes us want to come back although it is not next door and I would also remember the warm welcome of Australians and their kindness.I sincerely thank all the poseurs without whom the exploration of all theseplaces known or much more discreet would not have been possible. Found it
With a morning job being cancelled, I had the morning free so decided to get two souvenirs.
First the traditional, parked up and dropped in to the first in the GSM series. Not what I was expecting after seeing in a maintenance log that it was a bison. Favourite point awarded
aka “the coloured mint tin by the sea people”
aka “Minty Man”

Cache log sheet was ok, but replaced to keep it fresh. Bison was in good condition. Container showing some age, it has been replaced with a fresh new one. Look for three rocks now
This is a micro, not a small! At least the actual cache is!
The outer log had become nothing but a sog, I’m afraid, but the one rolled up in the middle was salvageable and singable. TFTC!

Clocking up cache finds for the May Wheel of Challenges on this lovely Saturday afternoon!
As I pulled up and got out the car 2 muggles arrived to play tennis! However I kept to myself, followed the coordinates and very grateful to have sighted GZ before I even got there. Whilst the trees etc. likely kept me hidden from the tennis muggles, I sat down at GZ facing towards the golf course, so to them I was just 'taking in the scenery'.
Great cache hide! Very creative! Worth a !

Lovely houses around here, someone was making delicious smelling food in one of these houses. Could hear some kind of tournament going on in the distance but thankfully I had the place to myself. I've only ever seen private grass courts so this was a welcome surprise. TFTC!
I decided to stop slacking off and get some more caches in and around the city area.
A quick find here today. Well crafted container.

Awesome little creation. Thanks. So close to the CBD and so nice and peaceful. TFTC
Thanks OzGrumpy for this interesting and quick find. Last time I was in the area there were too many muggle golfers and workers to attempt the find. Today, after a nearby appointment, all was clear. I do like this area of North Adelaide.
TFTC
Any caches in this area are difficult to get because of the very high muggle activity. Tonight was a great opportunity though as the rain had been bucketing down, so in & out quickly was my go
Loved the hide do gets a favourite point from me

Out with Marlee126. A clever little hide, a larger stump almost led us astray. TFTC
Down in Adelaide today doing some caching and also to go to the Van Gogh Alive event with the family. 11 cache finds today and a couple DNFs due to muggles.
Quick find at GZ today, all in good condition. Like the camo, TFTC!

Doing a spot of night caching as I waited for a nearby pub quiz to get under way. I enjoyed the camo and may have been looking for quite a bit longer had it not been for the hint! TFTC
Great hide!
Thanks for the cache.
Very creative spot, have a favourite.

Thanks Grumpy, great cache! Love the camo and hiding spot.
Accurate coord’s and concise hints made for a quick and satisfying find, without attracting excess muggigular attention despite their significant presence.

The joys of being a teacher, the holidays and some time to just relax and go caching. I had some great company and managed to get a few off my map that have been there for a while.
Thanks to OZGrumpy from mogni

Golf is a bit like geocaching, forever looking for something
Such a beautiful day for a bike ride and finding some caches.

This was a sad day as I stopped at 10 cache hides and only found 7 caches and had 3 DNFs
Even worse was that I spent about an hour kneeling and laying on the ground, looking for a cache and all I got was a bad case of the itches from the fine needle like lining of seedpods at that cache GZ
That bothered me for the rest of the trip Considering that cache was the 2nd of the trip, that shows how long I was itchy and scratchy
Still Rex and I are intrepid and so we kept caching and made a loop from Prospect back through Modbury and back to home[^]
A nice drizzly wander in the parklands in the darkness meant that Rex had more fun playing than he did helping me geocache This took a while to spot and I had to fluke getting in the right position to find this cache

The Game Set and Match caches were very nicely crafted and worthy of favourite points - especially this one. Thanks OzGrumpy for the cache
Out and about with bektheraccoon getting some adventure lab caches (while we still can). TFTC
Found just after sunset, the perfect time for a middle aged man to look furtive and then disappear into the foliage.
Loved the cache. Worthy of the accolades, congrats OzGrumpy and thanks.
