The super kids, after an attempting to fly like their dad in a nearby venue, found it.
We missed this one on our first scan of the logical place in the area, and then Mr SKI became distracted by a combination protected container nearby that turned out not to be the cache at all.Today we attended an International Geocaching Day Event in North Woollongong in a park on the ocean front on a warm, sunny day with light winds. A fabulous location. We met up with a number of local cachers from the surrounding areas that made us feel most welcome and included. On the way to and from the event we took the opportunity to collect a few caches that we passed. A highlight was the lighthouse area, beautiful in the sunlight. We could not search for a number of caches though as there were muggles everywhere. After lunch it was back on the bikes for a few more caches near where we are staying. The paths along the beach and surrounds are fantastic for bike riding.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache mizmaz.**SKI Pair****
Found nice and easy amongst the little flip outers and passed on a nice little trackable from the last cache I visited today CV1MD1
Mate found it so quick I didn't even get a chance to look. Total of 6 today. Good little find and even left gifts around the gong.
Back this way again today so grabbed the window of opportunity to find the cache and sign the Log BookSpecial thanks go to mizmaz for hiding and maintaining this GeocacheFP given
Had to get the torch out! Trackable came for a ‘dip’. Thanks for a fun find at the end of a hot day!
Nice quick find after flipping wearing the kids out for a few hours!! TFTC mizmaz.
Found 3:15pm came here yesterday for a birthday party, the only two problems I had was being a day early and not paying my premium geocache membership. Take two, day two and we are on target for the party and premium membership is paid. I never even considered there may be a cache nearby. Hanging out at the party and all of a sudden this cache was popped down in front of me. Hubz found it with no knowledge of a cache in this location. A welcome find for us. Signed the log TOC DJJ and LP. Thanks for the hide.
we are on a roll today, 3rd find and super easy, great for the kids, right outside of flip out!!!
Found It!
A quick find here before the nearby event. This was my first cache find in Wollongong.

(5 of 6 today - including 2 Adventure Labs)
Needed to be in Wollongong today, so might as well hit a few caches down there while I'm at it.
I should say I was disappointed in the number of caches in the rea I targeted that were AWOL (or at least had a number of recent DNFs. Was also disappointed in my ability to find all but the most obvious finds - two long DNFs were disappointing.
Still, found four and sprinkled in some ALs. Then off home so I could play with the Christmas tree.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Before finding this - and also before my two DNFs - I grabbed a second Adventure Lab location. This time I gobbled up:
# Brighton Beach
Would have done more ALs if the physical caches along the Blue Mile didn't have so many recent DNFs. But it is what it is.
###END OF ADVENTURE LAB SECTION###
Having just seen **The Bebes** at the recent GCNSW event, and wished her well for her upcoming trip / adventure, seeing this one close by made it a must find. Been a while since I've grabbed one in this series.
Parked close and a quick find at GZ.
Completed signing duties, replaced and away. Time for one more.

We came down here today for a caching day in this lovely weather. Thought this one was going to be what I was thinking and it was.

A quick find with WaywardWoman on a quiet street. Saturday morning a good time to look. Signed log and returned as found TFTC
After completing the Mother's Day Classic Walk for breast cancer this morning, I decided to spend the rest of my mother's day finding some caches
This was #12 of 12 today in the Wollongong area - a most enjoyable afternoon and a nice redemption after a somewhat unsuccessful caching day yesterday. Knowing sunset wasn't far away, and with almost an hour's drive home, I debated whether to squeeze this one in. As any good cacher will tell you 'there's always time for just one more!'. So a quick park and grab here to end the day. But as it often goes with the simpler ones, it's always in the last place you check! TFTC!

Cache check and replaced. Please return to position as currently placed as this is a high muggle area and the extra coverage will help it blend in.
TFTC! Quick find with Short_Tea while stopping in at the gong on our way back from a holiday in Batemans Bay!
Found it even with hundreds of muggles walking in and out of the nearby Flip Out they did not seem to mind what I was doing so is made for an easy find.
Had to walk along the creek which I wasn’t expecting but I found it and put it back
Haha mini ammo tin very inventive! Quick find with nearby place in full swing. Or bounce. TFTC
Thanks for this one. I walked all the way here to discover that I forgot to bring a pen or pencil. D'oh! Hopefully that's ok.
