Out for a scenic little road trip with the geo kid and geo pup. With the geo kid prepped with her geo bag filled with swappables we were good to go! Having so much fun. Found this one today log signed as CS43 to save room with SCAHPA - TFTC
Thanks I gave up the other half thought about it and asked the question I picked it up and said yep
Yet another cache by Glam78, makes number 5 for today, another quick find, had to add a log sheet here, all is in good condition
Having tidied up the "Can you Spell April" caches requirements, geowife browsing Facebook came up with the idea of visiting a gallery. Which gallery, Mathema at Ocean View. This as a Mathematics gallery displaying many ancient wonders. Two hours later, gallery visit over, sustenance was required so rolled down the hill to the winery which had just completed lunch service, but, heaven forbid, could provide wine paddles an charcuterie boards. Ninety minutes later with a take away bottle, looked at the geocache app, and visited this cache at the entrance to aforementioned establishments. Clearly wine goggles aid in identifying caches and the find was quickly made. Thanks for the cache and
Thanks for the placement and smiley. The cache was not the primary reason for our visit but rounded out our afternoon. A pleasant two hours at Mathema Gallery chatting with Calvin and Rosemary followed by an enjoyable charcuterie board and tasting paddle at the Oceanview Winery. Always good to find a cache at a memorable spot.
Lunch nearby with Aussiemates and others. Found on the way out. Aussiemates already had the cache in hand, but did let me "find it" myself. haha. TFTC
Birthday celebrations at Ocean view. Visited many times but usually at night. Quick find on the way out.TFTC

My mum and dad are here on holiday, so today we went for a wander around Dayboro (and collect the required information for some multi-cache's). After a coffee and come cake we drove up to Mt Mee.
We had to wait for a huge digger to drive past GZ and explained to the driver a little about geocaching. Mum does caching in the UK, but hadn't seen a container like this one before. This was a nice quick find.
Thanks!!

A day trip was planned with our 4x4 club and TMZ59 and I are driving in a convoy of 4 vehicles. We had been in the D'Aguilar national park a few weeks before and found a few caches along A Break, so decided to come in another way.
After lunch at the Gantry and driving north out of the National Park, we are making our way home via Dayboro and finding a few caches along the way we hadn't found.
Parked nearby, checked one soldier but nothing there, so moved along further and located the cache. Signed log then returned as found. Was a great day out.

We started out doing some 4wd tracks around Mt Mee with our 4wd Club. On the way home we found some caches in the Dayboro area we didn’t have. So of course we stopped and signed the log. TFTC
Glam78 I found your cache Cabernet Tears on 2/9/2022, 1:55 pm. This is my find 4088 and find # 10 today. Found it after a brief search. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN

A tavern in Gleam Street, run by Mr. Cheese, The Bucket is unofficially a policemen's pub, because the owner and the clients suit each other very well. Nobody else wants to drink in The Bucket, so Ankh-Morpork Watchmen can drink there without seeing a bar fight where they might have to interfere. Ankh-Morpork Watchmen are silent and serious drinkers, but when they do talk, Mr. Cheese listens sympathetically. Mr. Cheese seldom gives his opinion or even a laugh, but sometimes he does smile because he finds descriptions of some homicide cases entertaining. Also, Watchmen all pay their tabs up on time, or else are given a lecture by Captain Carrot Ironfoundersson.
Day 15 of our Beachmere housesit.
Today, we were going on the Ferryman Cruise on the Pumistone Passage, but at the last minute, due to bad weather, it was cancelled. So, instead, muggle sister suggested a drive in the country. Of course, that meant finding a cache or ten.
The route we took from Caboolture, via Diagular to Mt Mee and Dayboro, before returning via Petrie.....
Obvious thing under a soldier!!! Thanks Glam78

Geocaching + Parkrun = fun. Couldn’t think of a better place than near a winery. TFTC
Today's plan was D'Aguilar National Park, with a planned Community Celebration Event at The Gantry in the afternoon. On route, I found a few more of the *Pacman* series near Dayboro, and then entered D'Aguilar National park via Mount Brisbane Road. The Jeep enjoyed the mountainous terrain, and a trip to Dianas Bath was quite scenic. Then, the Jeep's 4WD-ing was tested driving north up A Break, and it was a case of being committed, that I made my way through. A final loop around Western Escarpment Forest Drive was had, before a few last stops at Falls Lookout and Bulls Falls, and Mill Rainforest Walk. On my drive returning home, I managed to attack another cluster of Dayboro geocaches, until running out of daylight.
After parking and looking around GZ, I had a look at the hint which I thought was rather odd, but in the end, I spotted the cache immediately. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Kammo07 for the cache placement, and Glam78 for its ongoing maintenance.

I understood the clue and knew what I was looking for so a quick easy find. Visiting from cairns , done some of the horses series , now off to Kilkoy to pick up some Roses . Tftc
Came out here early this morning for the parkrun on this property. So you could say 'two birds, one stone'!
As others have also mentioned previously, I didn't understand the cryptic clue, I guess it was a case of being a bit more than the usual 'stumped'!
Thanks For The Cache! #295

My husband and I were on our way to check out a friends camping spot at neurum creek and we were picking up smileys along the way to Brisbane. This was our last find for today and I loved the hint and saw the familiar cache on approach. Thankyou for all the caches along here.
Catching up on a couple of caches I found a couple of weeks ago. we pulled over and spotted the cache.
TFTC. We have stayed behind in Dayboro for an extra couple of weeks. No reason to move when there are so many caches. Today we decided to head up to Mt Mee to do some exploring and seeing where we end up. We had been up this way previously but with school holidays the roads were busy and not always easy to pull up. No traffic today.
Pity this establishment was closed today.

After the Mega Event over the Easter Weekend, I thought it might be a wise idea to do a quick check on my caches to make sure there was enough room on the logs.
All good with this cache.

Dayboro trip. Day 12. With the Mega officially over, there was another day of caching to be done in the region. Today it was Fitzy_1965, MinnieK and SmittenGranny who joined me for a trip to Kilcoy. We spent the morning finding the Roses series that had been solved before the trip away. A fun collection of town and country caching, in the heavy rain at some times. Happily the heavy rain came after the walk was completed. I returned to Dayboro for my last night and the others headed north for more travel. It has been a great experience caching in the region and with so much more to do I will have to visit again. Bring on the next Brisbane Mega !
Having finished the Roses series I headed home via this twisty road and stopped a few times on the way home.
Thanks for the cache Glam78

Dick from Dickbev and me (Wesso) from Wesso Family ventured out to the Daboro Mega Event today.
It was Wesso & Dicko on the road again.
Prior to the event we had a few weeks solving a few puzzles and today it was time to turn a few of them into smilies.
We had a great day getting wet and dodging showers.
A big thank you to all the CO's for the great caches in this area.

#10959 - 15:25; Day seven of a road trip with Sol de lune as we head north for the CacheQLD - Dayboro Mega. After a second night in Esk, we packed up and headed off on our final leg to the Mega. High on the agenda for today was awaiting advice on the Brisbane lockdown and whether or not the Mega would actually go ahead, or whether we would be turning around and heading home early. While we waited, we set out to log the "65 Roses" geoart series in and around Kilcoy. The good news on the lockdown came between our fourth and fifth finds in the series. Now on the final leg of the trip into Dayboro, we stopped for a few finds along the Mount Mee Road. Last stop for the day and another quick find and sign. TFTC Glam78
Came around the corner and spotted GZ. After a short walk back to it the cache was soon in hand.
Thanks again Glam78...

Heading home form a day mountain bike riding in Mt Mee State Forest area including a visit to Rocky Hole.
Turned down the side road and decided it was safer to walk north towards the cache location.

Last morning caching with geo friends Roddyc and hatzofff before going our separate ways after a long weekend in Kilkivan and D'Aguilar.
Another nice stop along this road to find yet another nice cache.

Stopped in at this one with the hubby, on the way back from Woodford. Great hint made for a quick find at GZ.
Log is full but I managed to squeeze my name on sideways.
I wish we could have stayed for a few wines, but had to push through.

Thursday. After grabbing some caches in Dayboro, we got to this cache. Pulled up at a nearby spot and found a poor roo on the side. Sad sight, but we headed off to GZ and I thought Mr SP was going to make this one a T3 instead of a T1.5. Log signed and replaced. All well with this cache.
This was the 11th of 16 caches found on this outing.
Thanks ***Kammo07*** for showing us this place
