Located at 8:04am. #1643.Full log to follow.??????? ???????! Baruch Hashem! TFTC! Much obliged for the placement JayDee2403!Kindest Regards, - Alephroom.
Tftc - nice to see one of these in surburbia, usually reserved for the mountains. Found easily. Log is rather damp and just usable.
A cool cache, quite big. My partner was already here before so he said nothing while I hunted for the hose. Thanks JayDee2403
An early afternoon stroll somewhere over here. After 15 mins as GPS not quite spot on, we got CIH. With TBs Canadian Flag, Swiss Duck, Pittiplatsch and Corona Express Cruise Ship in tow
Having been assigned some off site work, I'll was able to go to different places than normal, so I got to check out a few different caches.
I didn't know MASH well, but I did the research, only to find it wasn't needed as the cache container has been damaged. The lock is missing and the latch doesn't close properly, so the inside was damp due to the poor seal.
But thanks for the cache.

Decided to look for this cache with ilook4geo while on our way home. The track to the cache is fairly overgrown but the container was a very quick and easy find. The opening was very quickly achieved and the book was stamped with both names. M*A*S*H is a well loved program for us and has been viewed many times. Thanks for placing this cache go to HubbyandMrs.
It was a fun afternoon caching with goingplaces2 and we enjoyed the caches we found. This cache was found, the log was signed and all was replaced as found. Job done! TFTC.
A very surprising find indeed. Greta to find such a large container in this environment.
The container and log sheet were all in good order.

Out and about this morning travelling to the extremities of the Penrith LGA in search of the latest batch of suburban caches ... and a few others that, for one reason or the other, I hadn't previously found. A relatively straightforward find here (certainly more straightforward than the 2 nearby caches) on my way from Wallacia to Erskine Park and other nearby suburbs in Penrith's domain.
Thanks for this rare cache type, at least in urban areas, HubbyandMrs ... but note that the lock is missing, possibly cut off.

Tftc easy find. Did look in the obvious spot first but was not there then expanded then found.
This is our 500 found (yay)

Great find. Took a while to find the right way as gates surround so much and didn’t at first realise it was in a different area. Trinket bag is sealed but had a baby cockroach inside and a spider in its web on the bag. Couldn’t get the box to seal properly but kept as found which was yesterday, and is hopefully watertight. Don’t worry about the clue’s numbers and watching or needing to know the show now, the lock has rusted off.
Out in the area so passing by. Went fit the small walk and got to the feature, a check on the cache size and a change to what to look for filled and the ammo can was soon found cal ways nice to find an ammo can. We completed the signing duties and re hid TFTC
Had to be in St Mary's for an appointment and left early so I could pick up a few caches along the way. A few dodgy items close to the cache!

Cache was found but the code that was checked as correct from creator did not open lock.
Came past while in the area. MASH is my all time fav show. I parked, walked up and found the cache easy enough. But It was let open by someone. all contents were inside though. I SL and replaced and fixed up again how it was meant to be. TFTC.
Padlock no longer attached or functional. Still a fun cache. A quick find with the geo kids.
Liked this one. Took a while to find this one in the dark. Was frustrating when logs said it was an ammo sized cache, and I could not find it. Very pleased when it was found. Signed and replaced. Cache all good, but pad lock does not lock. Fav point. Tftc
I tried to fix the issue with the padlock but like the previous person I wasn’t able to get it open.

Looked through the rocks multiple times with lots of spiders but turned out it was in the other direction.. found it so big and so cool, best one yet but the lock wouldn’t open up to lock it after we opened it up so we had to leave the lock open, it’s around it but not locked so whoever finds it next please try to lock it. we tried for half an hour and tried the best we could, sorry.
Thought I'd try for a couple on the way home and so detoured via the industrial estate which was pretty much deserted.
I've lived in the area for a long, long time and when I moved in this was farm land. I was involved in part of the lobbying action which lasted over 10 years !!!
Great cache - I hadn't looked at the previous logs - so hearing this strange growl and bushes moving gave me a real fright ...thinking now it may have been a feral cat
Found quite easy and with Google's help opened the lock (don't think I've ever seen a full episode of the show).
Thanks for the great cache

Our family are great MASH fans. We own the entire set of MASH DVDs, and knew the answer from memory. So headed to GZ with WaywardWoman while on our way home caching at Rookwood Cemetery. After chatting to Bushfire yesterday I asked WW to do a detour to check this off my list. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC
Having internet problems as we are trying to get connected to the NBN but I think we are starting to win.
Well I mucked this guy up as I wandered down along the wrong side of the creek bed with the 2m high reeds so back to the starting point, crossed the bridge and what do you know there is a track that I could have driven along but made for easy walking.
OK where is the container in the stone wall or somewhere else.
Ah there you are, now to try and work out the combo.
I had some help here and bingo all is good.
Removed the traveler and will take up to the Event up the blues on the 31st December.

TFTC, believe it or not I haven't seen a single episode of this show but as suggested, little bit of web search did the trick for me.
Looked in the wrong place at first, then turned around to recheck the GPS and there it was.
Now home from our big trip to the 17th National Caravan Rally in Albany.
Dropping off a couple of travel bugs we found just after crossing the Nullarbor. We gave them a good tour around over in WA, then brought them home. Now giving them a chance to tour around here in the Eastern states.
Thank you

Having grown up watching MASH and still being a fan i knew the answer as soon as i read the question. How could i pass up a cache based on the show?
After parking on Quarry Rd i headed along to the GZ and was immediately distracted by the wrong hiding spot.
After about 10 mins of searching i circled around and finally spotted where the cache was.
I got in fine and soon had all the signing duties done.
The container is in good condition and the log is dry.
Thanks.

Out for another epic days caching with marj01; this time around Erskine Park, Orchard Hills, Kingswood, St Marys and Ropes Creek, suburbs that I would never have visited if I wasn't for geocaching. We found lots of caches; mainly nanos, minties and a few small sistemas plus a good old ammo can.
A big thank you to all the CO's who placed and maintain these caches.

Had the same problem as the last cacher.
Found the container (after looking in the wrong spot) but couldn't open the lock. Had checked my answer, pretty sure it was right.

Armed with the required information I had time this afternoon to have a go finding this cache. There appears to be a range of animals living in this outer suburban bush land. Spotted no kangaroos, but some larger dropping’s appeared to be deer. As I approached GZ a huge feral cat broke cover and raced off in the opposite direction. Once the GPS settled, I knew from other logs I needed to extend my search area. I finally spotted something that required a prod from a stick to check that it was not alive. I then located the cache and with the required information I had it opened. I added some swaps and picked up the TB. I had no trouble in concealing the cache. Many thanks nice to find an ammo can in the bush. A FP
Co ords out for me. Direction from CO placed me in right direction.
Swap a spin top for a bit of swag boost supplies.
Discovered the TB
Watched a few episodes here and there of this show.
Container good condition.

#5612 (3 of 3 today)
Quick trip out west for a few calendar day finds before shopping with the Geowife. Nice round trip after dropping Geoson #2 at work.
I only need 2 finds today, but decided on three.
Two easy finds and one where the tree cover played havoc with the iPhone.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Yes! Parking - even if the truck in front of me has decided he wants to back disturbingly close to me...
Walked to GZ and then took the wrong route - which of course I only realised once I got there.
The iPhone was giving me 2 metres at a very logical area.
Checked it but nothing. Hmmm. Hopefully it hasn't gone AWOL.
So moved out from the tree cover to get my bearings again. Now it's pointing there... Didn't take long before I spotted something suss. CIH!
Knew the answer to the question - had checked it to make sure I was right. I was!
Signed log, discovered the trackable - but left it for the next cacher - and replaced with plenty of camo.
And time to head home!

We loved this TV program. Thanks for putting in a cache to highlight this wonderful series.
Heading to a family function, rather than take the M7 from the ‘Gong, took a detour via the Northern Road to grab a nemesis cache which then had me passing this way. Muggle free area on a Sunday other than the biggest Roo I have ever seen in suburbia! Noting the clue, had an idea of what I’d be looking for and once it was spotted, quickly opened, signed and returned as Skippy kept a constant watch on me.

Second find for the day. I saw this one when it was published, and noticed that some extra information would needed. So I looked it up then & noted it on the page to have ready for when we found it.
Nice to see an ammo can. I took one of the TBs.

#4704- Heading back to the mountains from lunch with my brother, I had time before picking up the youngest from work. A quick detour to a bit of bushland in the industrial area. A short 100m stroll- once I ruled out what seemed an obvious spot, I moved a bit further to find a well hidden ammo tin- only highlighted by the bright blue attached. With info collected, it was easy to do.
Picked up a few TB’s and left one. No roo’s here today. The spot of rain may have scared them away. Thanks

And bingo cracked the code.
We saw a nice wild roo nearby and even managed to get him in the background of our Episode of Good Times filmed live on location using Periscope.

Another episode of Good Times with Pete and Ris was recorded here on Periscope. On approach we noticed some animal droppings and I guessed it was a Kangaroo and Pete replied I know what did it and as I looked up ahead the largest cat I had ever seen ran away. I said I didn't think it was cat poop and Pete said to look past the fallen tree and there stood the biggest roo ever!. He hung around the entire time we filmed, pity it was in fading light. Great cache BTW, fav awarded. SL #3690 on streak day #2245 TFTC
AN interesting little pocket of bushland, complete with a massive kangaroo not far from my GZ. But, no cache to show, a phone a friend sent me about 13 metres from my GZ, they had no trouble, where I made a quick find armed with the fruits of my research.
