Had a look in the obvious spot near GZ but couldn't spot it. Hard as the GPS was very jumpy. Found a faded, ripped piece of paper that may have one been part of a log so think I'm in the right area. No cache found today
Was taking photos right next to it and didnt see it then looked again and spotted it straight away
Spending the Easter long weekend down on the Bellarine Peninsula. Doing some geocaching, some tourist stuff, and family time. The plan was Queenscliff this afternoon, but the tides seemed wrong for the planned cache. So we thought better of going there with the wind picking up and hearing thunder in the distance. As we came to the Ocean Grove Nature Reserve instead. We probably should have started heading back to the car when we felt the first few drops, but we thought we could finish the Banksia Trail. We were wrong. Two-thirds of the way around, the rain started, and then it bucketed down. By the time we got back to the car, we were all drowned. Didn't stop us collecting 2 mire geocaches in the storm. 999HK also got her 1,000th geocache find here, when she logs them.Thanks for the cache, Blast 4 Music.Hunter

A nice day to be out and about today. A beautiful nature reserve that I hadnt been to yet. Thanks for bringing me here. TFTC.
I had a little adventure with my nephew the day before in this nature reserve, and he was pretty stoked that he was able to catch a little skink in his hands to have a look at. However, for the next 24 hours he wouldn't quit asking to come back here, so he could look for more. So, that is what we did the following day. Didn't spot any lizards, but we did find and sign the log on this cache. Many thanks.
The park reserve here is a great peaceful walk for those wanting to get away from all the loud noises of all. It was an added bonus to find this one on small trail.

This months challenge isn’t a favourite of mine anymore but with some strategy it should be achievable.
Today is day 4 of 28
I have looked at the map many times when visiting my dad in Leopold and have wanted to get to this reserve to find the clutch of caches. The kids have gotten to an age where we can go for good walks so today we decided we’d head here for some pre lunch exercise. Apart from the haul of caches we also spotted wallabies, a (dead) possum, several bird species and a bunch of flora that we don’t have up in the north east of Vic. The girls had a great time and we couldn’t have asked for better weather.
All caches were in good nic and found relatively easily.

A beautiful walk, and on a weekday it seems very quiet here. We have come to explore the trails while we are staying in this area for a few days.
It was a quick find for us at GZ, where all is safe, and we have added our name to the log.

Just what I needed for the afternoon a stroll amongst nature. The gaiters went on so did the mozzie spray.
A variety of caches by a variety of CO some easier than others but all eventually found. a pleasant caching experience thanks to all the CO for this series
Worked out the sounds I was hearing were wallaby, as i saw 2 hop away in the distance.

A wedding had us staying in Barwon Heads this weekend. We had some spare time this morning so though we'd take the opportunity to grab a couple of caches. This was part of the loop we chose.
A really enjoyable morning was had.

It certainly is a beautiful walk. Butterflies and dragonflies, lizards scurrying. Thank you so much for bringing me here

Having a house in Ocean Grove for a couple of days, I decided to head out early to this reserve to find a few caches before the rest of the crew rose.
This was my last find before the better half messaged requesting coffee.

Visiting from Canberra and found this cache on a caching tour of Ocean Grove with our dear friends suss vulture. Nice quick find at this one, an easy and nicely sized cache in a beautiful area and on a beautiful walk. Can't ask for much better than that. TNLNSL. TFTC blast4music!
