Been looking after my parents for the past few weeks decided I needed a sanity saver. So escaped for a few hours to unwind. Thanks to COs for placing and maintaining.

This is indeed a lonely path! A quick find once at GZ. Happy Easter to the CO. Tftc

Children had woken up, so we all went for a short walk. Looked one side of the tree and then another side of the tree. It wasn't on the ground anymore.

This one took us a while and extended our morning walk a bit Nice camouflage and great idea for a container.

Searched a few trees then I spotted the cache. A nice secluded area.

With a Community Celebration event planned for this morning in Yanchep it was a great opportunity to make a day of it and try to clear as many caches from the area as possible, including a large number of solved jigsaw puzzles Some were found before the event and some afterwards, and by the time I drove home I had a haul of 36 caches + a completed adventure lab The map of Yanchep is looking much more yellow now!

Left the car parked down by the Mary Lindsay homestead and got some exercise walking up the stairs and along the path to GZ As expected on this lonely path there was no-one around - so no problems ducking into the bush briefly to make the find. Easier to reach than expected too All ok here - TFTC

Headed out today with AlliedOz for a bit of geocaching fun. With our passports in hand and all inoculations completed we headed up towards Yanchep, to clear out as many trads and the lab series that is up that way.

It was a perfect day for it. A cool start, but nice and fine. Haven’t been up to Yanchep for ages.

The call was put out early in the week for a caching catch up, alas the rest of the gang had silly thinks like work getting in the way, so just the two of us hit the road early to nab a few caches today.

Out for the company and smileys with SVKR_WA who was doing all the driving and directing.

Checked on this one on my way to the beach this morning and found the base that Toffeepops mentioned, maybe that was from the previous cache? Not sure but the replacement is there all good to be found and signed for.

Bottom of cache found dumped on ground. Could not find the lid or log. Left it beside the path with the big chink in concrete under a piece of bark.

Not so lonely path - came across two bob tails as I headed to gz. Quick find thanks megawat60

I didnt have a teammate to help me reach this one today so sadly couldn't sign the log but ill come back with help another time. Meanwhile ill send a pic to prove my find, thanks for the cache

We were on a bit of a push to hit a neat milestone this weekend and a trip to this area made sure that we got some decent numbers of cache finds! There was the added bonus of catching up with a few geo friends at an event in Yanchep before making the long haul south towards home. Thanks to all the CO’s, we had an absolute blast today. Headed up to Yanchep for an event but decided to leave super early and team up with Barnzy12 and cravo10 to find a pile of caches on the way and clean up some more in the Yanchep area. We managed to find all that we were looking for and also nab 5 FTFS. Thanks to all the CO,S for placing these caches

A huge day caching North of the river on our way to Megawat60’s event “welcome to the northern beaches” in Yanchep.

Teamed up with Cravo10 and OOH YEH and with an early start to grab some FTFs and cache out all of the green dots that have eluded us for some time north of the river.

Had a great morning out and thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ lunch at the event and a quick dash for a large group FTF near the event.

Thanks for a great day out, just need another excuse to get back here - more caches and another event.
