Unfortunately it appears this spot is no longer accessible to the public. Seems like they might be extending the suburb, construction fencing is blocking all access points.

We had a most enjoyable day of caching from our base at Bungendore. The weather just perfect and the scenery so green and beautiful. Yours was one of the caches we targetted and found. Thanks to ACTBigfoot for arranging this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
# 5906 CBRChic and I decided to head out to Braidwood and beyond to gather a few stray caches and provide some much needed custom to the local businesses. It got progressively damper the further east we traveled which was great to see. Lots of swollen streams and farm dams. In the end we made it as far as Nelligen before we turned home. A very pleasant day's caching.
Thanks ACTBigfoot
Thanks ACTBigfoot
Despite a thorough search and expanding the area, this one was not to be found.
A pleasant stroll round from the Back Alley Irish and a quick find at GZ. Cache in good condition and TFTC ACTBigfoot
I ducked out to Bungendore this afternoon to make a few more finds. This was the third find. A quick find, thanks ACTBigfoot.
Thanks for the cache. Decided to find all the caches in the area. Didn't have a pen.
You know you're a cacher when you're willing to drive for hours to find a few small containers, just to leave your name within.
It was 10°C outside, and felt colder with the sun fully up. I know it's going to get colder soon. Yet I'm prepared to sleep in the car to find some long caching trails this weekend.

Haven't been out to Bungendore for a long time, but this afternoon a family get together called us. I really wanted to find something while I was here, and this was a 30 second walk from where we had parked. Were I on my own I would have spent more time cleaning the place out.....

Attending the Clear Water 2019 mega this Easter in Queanbeyan. Apologies for the generic log but we have found too many to compose individual logs. Many thanks to all the cache owners for their caches, which have been exceptional in their maintenance I have had only 1 dnf and that was only because I was not going to make a tree climb without seeing where the cache was. The vast majority of caches have had very good coordinates. Along with useful hints. TFTC
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.

Stopped enroute for Easter travels and decided to make a decent walk of it. Parked at the BMX track and then took the rest of the back alley and a little further to fully stretch the legs. Most found quickly.
Another great day out with woolwood9 hunting containers.

Teamed up with The Rats to primarily find some of the power trails in ans around the ACT whilst also attending the Mega Event in Queanbeyan. In a couple of days we managed a few hundred finds. The landscape wasn't too bad and we enjoyed the various series placed out. TFTC!
Headed down to Queanbeyan for the Clear Waters Mega event over Easter with steeba. We set ourselves a goal of bolstering our find count by doing some of the numerous powertrails that dot the surrounding area.
Grabbed a few early morning caches around Bungendore and great breakfast before hitting the powertrails again. Thanks to the CO's for placing the caches we found.

Riding around the towne this morning,
and I disturbed a mob of sheep that were on the other side of the fence
Off they ran !!
And of course the dogs on the other side of the fence started up !!
Good job the owners aren't at home !!
As the lonesome mutts continued their chorus,
they were joined by other mutts a few doors down !!
Why would you want to live in this towne !!??
Cache found I hightailed it down the hill !!

This was a nice quick find although it was quite precarious. We tried to put a platform for the cache to sit on as it had disappeared down the hole when we found it. Thanks for the cache.
Day 3 of my road trip to the Queanbeyan Mega Event with hatzofff, RoddyC and Bluewattle. Early morning start to a very busy day and enjoyed the nice countryside whilst doing the beaut powertrail. This one was a nice quick find for us today.

A trip out to Braidwood to visit the Dancing Man artwork and collect a few caches along the way. TFTC.
We're camping at some quiet locations and great little towns that should lead us to the Mega at Queanbeyan.
It's a credit to all the cache owners down here, just about all the finds have been well maintained and with excellent coords.
Camped at the Gundaroo Oval to see if we can find some of the trails around here.
Thanks for placing this cache ACTBigfoot . We visited this cache at 2:19 p.m. and it's #4101 for us.

Another nicely placed cache on a "track" around Bungendore. We cycled 14km this afternoon finding 10 out of 12 caches. TFTC
With dty73 we were out this way with a little business that was needing to be attended too! Sounds intriguing...? Well perhaps it may be, we will see! Although it took some time, happy all was well and some time left to the day, with a few caches in the area we followed along and ended up in Bungendore.
We both had a little collection of caches we could both find so spent the last of what was left of the afternoon driving about, a few short walks and a magnificent sunset over the distant hills and clouds, was a very nice way to end the day!
Drove out just on dusk, the sun well set and a little town full of smiles! Thanks for the cache ACTBigfoot, this one had me searching a little longer but found with a prompt to try somewhere a little bit from where I was.

Bonus extra picked up on the way home after completing the Tarago Series PT. All I can say is trust the co-ords here and avoid the barbed wire. Cache took a while to spot and remove from where it had been jammed in tight.
IamCoust and I were out clearing some of the near by power trails and thought while in the area we could also pick up a few odd caches I still outstanding around town.
We only got a few as it started to rain a little and it was also very very late? early? well time for bed anyway.
The rain kept starting and stopping, luckily though it was at ease when we were looking for this cache. It took a little searching and we were getting worried until finally we spied it. Nice to have this one ticked off.
Thanks IamCoust for a great night and of course TFTC ACTBigfoot!!!

Another great night on the power trail hunt with the ever delightful dty73. Plans again hatched earlier in the week to head out Bungendore way for the remainder of the recently published caches (and a few others here and there). Best done after dark, less traffic around and a bit safer when pulling over to the side. That being said, the 'establishment' was never too far away. Most were simple park and grabs, but the occasional one had us looking a little more carefully, with dty73's keen eye usually saving the day (night). Some issues with cobwebs (walking through them), one flattened and suntanned wiggle stick and a few curious sheep and horses, wrapping up the evening about 4.5 hours after we started. 57 additional smileys and most of the world's problems discussed and solved.
As always, thanks dty73, you're still the best, and to all CO's for placing and maintaining the hides.

This was a surprisingly tricky one! It took us a few minutes, but we got there eventually. A good hiding spot. TFTC - Adam & Kahlia.

A big day of caching in Canberra today together with J+J.AU. Most puzzles, and some were quite hard, were solved a while ago in preparation for this trip. I left home at 4 am and tne weatner gods were with us today. Lots of walking in partially hard terrain and lots of different difficulty and terrain ratings mafe today very interesting for the statistics. Also made a detour via Bungendore on tbe way home.

I'm out today to rack up numbers. My bf says I can't catch him. Well we'll see. Before heading to the new Tarago series I thought I'd grab a few new ones in Bungendore.
Following to the corner I started my search. It took looking in the same place twice before coming up with the goods. Shame construction is allowed in this area. It's beautiful farming land. Cache found in good condition

Tftc. Pretty clever hide. Searching in the cold and rain made the few minutes I looked seem a lot longer.
A long overdue caching adventure with the lovely ladies from FurfacesLL ! A rare occasion to have them both out on a geo adventure Its been a while since we have been out for a big day and I had a wonderful time We had set our plans on tackling the Tarago series, we encountered a number of obstacles but we ended up winners by getting all the caches we had initially targeted and a few more along the way. Apologies for the generic logs however that does not distract from the fun day we all had together
Thanks for the cache hide ACTBigfoot was a lovely day out and about today and again fun times with the FFLL ladies

It's been a while since the FFLL team have been able to do an assault together, we had a break in our calendar so we decided to arrange a geomission with Rapidlywild and do the new Tarago series and other older ones near and around them. We left Canberra at a decent hour and headed to Bungendore. What a great day with the weather, and as usual had a few giggles. Apologies for the generic log, thanks to all the cache owners for their placements, we found them all to be in good condition.

I was joined by Sol de Lune and LuckyL10n on a trip out to Goulburn and back to Bungendore via Tarago to collect the recently place ALL7 series out here. We finished with a few bonus caches in Bungendore and headed home. I was happy we found all of them and we had a great day that did not take all day !

#8659 - 13:20; I got word that a mission to collect the new 'Tarago' series was in the offing, so I jumped on board with Sol de lune and albida33 for the mission. We enjoyed a nice spring day and a trip along a much busier road than I'd expected. No doubt the start of school holidays, markets in Tarago and a carshow in Bungendore at the other end of the trail all added to the traffic we encountered. We had a 99% success rate for the trail, plus a couple of bonus caches and after reaching Bungendore, did a bit of a circuit to collect the new caches which have appeared since we were all last in the area. Parked the geomobile in the cul de sac and headed off for GZ. After a bit of poking around, the cache revealed itself to our intrepid team. Log signed 'SAL' to save time and space. TFTC ACTBigfoot
After completing the new nearby Tarago Series, Albida, LuckyL10n and I headed into town to grab a few more before heading home. No problems making the find here and the log was soon signed.

Saw a whole heap of caches come out, but was only just getting out of bed! Got ready in 15 mins, assessed my options and decided that I would have the best chance at Bungendore caches, the ones down southside would probably be gone in the first 15 mins! Drove over and arrived at the first one around 9:15am
---
My third and final FTF for the day, very happy to snag three out here!
Drove down to the opposite end of the road and parked near the culdesac to approach this last cache. A short walk brought me to the corner of GZ where I commenced my search. Took a few minutes to find this one despite the very little places it could be hidden. It was very well covered!
Thanks again! appreciate all the effort you have gone into expanding the caches around Bungendore. Bringing me to new places I haven't visited
