We searched for a few caches on our afternoon tour today. Thanks to all owners says Team sissifalke
It took me three attempts to find the correct route to get to the cache. It didn't take long to locate the cache when I was on the right path. I expected to hear banjo music coming from the swamp.TFTC LizzySparkle_Dazza
Das Logbuch ist nass, so dass wir keinen Eintrag vornehmen konnten. google-translate:The logbook is wet so we couldn't make an entry.
Easy find. Can't believe that this hasnt been located since June 2023. Watch for the mossies. They're everywhere. Couldn't sign the logbook as it was so wet, so enclosed a photo instead.
I took the cross country route but made a quick find. Thanks for the fun LizzySparkle_Dazza
We needed to be in the area this morning so added a little caching run in while here. A short walk through the park to GZ where the cache was spotted. Log signed and replaced as found. All good here. Thanks for the cache LizzySparkle.
TFTC. Still in good condition. Was fun trying to keep the dog out of the duck pool
LizzySparkle_Dazza I found your cache Shannara - Wing Hove II on 4/10/2022, 3:55 pm. This is my find 4323 and find # 13 today. Found it after a brief search. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Geosenses kicked in and I spotted a suspiciously likely hiding spot before we had even decided which way we should be going. A quick check thankfully revealed the cache. Thanks LizzySparkle_Dazza
2281 - This afternoon after lunch I headed off to grab some caches in the Mango Hill area and this is the sixth one I found. I left the car in a central spot for the three caches found in this area and I went for a wander. I found this one easily in it's hiding spot at 3.42pm. Thanks for placing this one here LizzySparkle and Dazza, this one is still in good condition.
Out and about on the north side cleaning up the north lakes caches. Had a bad early run with my finds but I’m starting to find my groove.
Out and about today grabbing a few caches in the northlakes area. Just needing a few to keep my little personal challenge going along. It was a nice drive around and some fun caches.
This was an easy one to find, though getting to it was a little mission as there were trees down along the path to it. There was no one around to here today so it was easy to move stuff out of the way. I located the cache and signed the log, returned the cache as found and made my way back out to the car and onto the next one in the area. Thanks for the cache and the hide, a nice area.

I took this week off, but it's been quiet as I hurt my back on Monday. Determined to get out today, I headed over to Mango Hill to pick up a few caches.
I found the container in the second cranny I tried. The slipway certainly lived up to it's name (which didn't help my poorly back).
Thanks!!

Dropped a TB.
What a beautiful area. We were out and about for couple of 2nd attempts on caches in Mango Hill, and looked on the map for others. This was one of those lucky 1st visits.

As it is the last day of 2020 and I was sitting on 135 finds I thought I needed to get this to 140 by the end of the day. My initial target was 100 for this year- so well done me! I surpassed my goal.
First cache of the day trying to complete this small loop near home that I had neglected until now, I parked close by and was concerned about going into the bush so early in the morning after all the rain. So, armed with repellant I avoided the obvious path and took the path less travelled. Soon, I realised that was the wrong decision and headed to the more obvious pathway. Being swarmed by mosquitoes I quickly found the cache, signed the log and replaced it.

After initially being a bit wary of the cache location - Peppa dove straight in for the find. 2manytrailers and I checked out the funny looking water thing - fishies and tadpoles to be spotted.
Into the 5000s we go...
I parked near this funny little spot, and wandered down. For once in this series, the coords in my phone left me wondering about the options, but I chose correctly.
The cache has been hidden away very nicely and all was good inside so TFTC!

All quiet on the western front at this time of day. Heading towards GZ I had two options, of course I started down the wrong path. Did not get very far before the numbers told me that I had chosen poorly grasshopper.
A quick find once I was on the right track - not hiding at all. Left it a bit less exposed.

FOUND! Great hiding spot. No pencil in cache so will come back with one to write on log.
Aah! Christmas Day. The one day I needed a cache for stats and giggles, but the one day that seemed impossible to achieve. As soon as the clock ticks passed 10:00am the beer begins and all thought of caching goes out the window. I’ve been known to turn the clock forward so the 10am deadline comes earlier.
Today I resolved myself to finding a cache so I set about eyeing the designated driver in the family and I stuck to them like a cranky fart that stays in your pants. I knew my elderly mother-in-outlaw would want to go home after lunch and so I stalked my Christmas prey until I saw them grab their keys. A few kilograms of prawns and ham wasn’t going to stop me, although I knew it would play havoc with the plumbing later.
The time came and the cuddles and kisses started. I could have maybe given my mother-in-law a cuddle goodbye but I was too focused on making sure I had a pen clipped to my shirt, an empty bladder, and a few beers and a bottle opener ready for the short drive. Some people spend all year getting ready for Christmas, and some even like cuddling their in-laws but I had been saving and dreaming about this cache all year ( I gave the old battleaxe a cuddle when we dropped her off and then checked my pen was still attached to my shirt).
The ruse of my coming for a drive was quickly seen through when out of nowhere the Google lady that lives in my phone started barking out directions. A cache for Christmas, what a present. Now home for more beer and prawns. tftc

Out and about with swearah for some caching adventures today. While both our gps' were giving us meters all over the place our geosenses kicked in and we grabbed this one with only a few mozzies around. Tftc
Entered the area sideways due to our super accurate gps . Quick find once we got there though. TFTC
A little time to spare, so grabbed a few caches.
Great location, and well hidden.
Many thanks for placing this cache, LizzySparkle_Dazza, for us and others to find.

A day-long run around Pine Rivers shire today - this was my next stop. A quick find once I found the right entrance. Not sure about this being high enough for a Roc. May need a few more levels.
Thanks LizzySparkle_Dazza for entertaining me at this location.

**# 24709** Found on our 2019 trip to Qld for winter.
A fine Winter day for a drive around the suburbs again.
Not many muggles around today and a few good safe hides.

Cache a day to keep the doctor away or to keep me sane TFTC LizzySparkle_Dazza #1132
After finding the 2 caches on the main road I noticed this one wasn’t too far off. So I took to the street after walking up the alley way. Quick and easy find once there. TFTC
Found by Princess Buttercup75 Left a surprise for the next little princess who finds.
After my encounter, I had a look at the logs and reinterpreted the hint. No, they are not my favourite! Anyhow, a quick find in the end. TFTC
Out for a little spin and up to Redcliffe and back today so it was time to cross off a few trackside caches on the way

Took the concrete path down to GZ and soon spotted the cache. TFTC LizzySparkle_Dazza
Although the description reads that when one enters the path one must take the grass path to the right, we found that the concrete path led directly to the cache. The grass path takes one off to another area. Thanks for this series LizzySparkle.Dazza, enjoyed doing them.
Out and about getting ready for Christmas I thought it was time to claim a smilie at this one close to home. It took longer to navigate the streets to get to the cache than to actually find it, but not long after I finally had my name in the log and was off on more errands. Tftc
I took my grandson to visit Osprey House to see the the osprey chicks. Last time we went there, we found the geocache that is there. Today, when it was time to go home, he told me that he wanted to go geocaching. So, instead of heading home, we headed to this cache. I parked the geomobile and we wandered to GZ. Once there, it didnt take long for him to spot the cache. While I signed the logbook, he rummaged around looking for a good swap. Then he happily returned to the geomobile and we headed home. TFTC
I took the "long" walk to GZ from Mercury St (all of 120 metres ), but it was very green and shady and leisurely [^] A bit of a drop down at the end, then began the mozzie dance! There seemed to be a cloud of them today A wander around searching and I soon had the cache in hand. TFTC, LizzySparkle_Dazza.
Was in the area last week but missed this one.
We visited the firs one.
A nice quick find and the mossies were buzzing after the rain in the last week.
Signed the log and returned to where we found it.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks LizzySparkle_Dazza All good with this cache

1Minniemoo and I were out for a lazier then normal wacky Wednesday, after a big weekend away.
After joining Nf for lunch the 3 of us headed to this cache that none of us had found, a bit of dejavu and there it is. I managed to scratch myself sliding down the rock wall.

Wombles&Co and I having met up with NyssaFlutterby for lunch, the three of us headed here to grab this relatively new cache that none of us had yet done. The familiarity of this spot soon came back to us, which is possibly why we approached this one the harder way. Doh!
A short leap from me, a scramble from Wombles, and a longer walk back around from Nyssa and we were soon all at GZ with a cache in hand. Bird life was having a lovely time at the water today, although we did wonder what was the story behind the burnt/melted clothing nearby.
Thanks for the cache LizzySparkle_Dazza.

I like this spot a little better than the last, nice sized container too, it should have some longevity here hopefully. No mossies today thankfully though I recall getting massacred last time here. The kids did some swaps and I dropped a TB which I grabbed in Central Qld.

Joint FTF. Picked my phone that had been charging to go and do last minute shopping before leaving for Baccy. A new cache! Just published, 12 miles away or 19 k. Said to Waz, "A drive? For a possible ftf". Off we went. Omg so many roads in that end as a deadend. I plotted the way only to be foiled by licked gates, back we went again and came in at a different way. Pulled up 70 m away and walking to a path, we heard voices. Muggles or Cachers? As they also had their phones out, cachers. Yep geocachers favourite as the hint said, not! But there was something that looked a little different, moved it and hah, there was the cache. Thanks for the cache and the chase. Fav pt given as we rarely get a ftf, joint or not.
