The weather today is blustery and not very nice to be outdoors in the park so we thought it would be the perfect time to visit this cache. And it was ... the park was empty. We strolled to GZ and after quite a bit of searching we spotted the cache nicely tucked away.

After a lovely walk around the lake Manchester area today, we took a long detour before we decided to head back to Brisbane. On our way out of town, we stopped at this park, which we have seen on the map but never visited before. The nearby river was flowing beautifully and there were many families enjoying a quiet afternoon together. What a lovely location.
We found the Geocache safe and dry.
All good here and log signed.

Heading to Ipswich to visit my Dad. Nearly 12 mths now since he moved to a care facility and I try to knock over a cache or 2 on the way to or from visiting him. This was a lovely spot to start the morning as i don't recall visiting this area since the rebuilding after the floods.

After a long day out stopped off on the way home to enjoy the view and thought I would get one more cache under my belt! This was a quick and easy find! TFTC! Cache find no. 132!

My dad remembers swimming here as a child, but it was my first visit today. Lovely area. TFTC

Found this one after 4 attempts. The cache is not hard to find, its getting in and out with no one seeing you that is the challenge. TFTC

I've been meaning to come back to this cache for a long time. Today I finally got to stop and without a muggle in sight, I easily found the cache, not bad for a 4 month break.

Geocaching is at the root of enjoyment

After disappointment at a possible FTF race in Ebbwvale, I came home past here and decided to drop in.
A stunning afternoon here. I used to commute past every day but haven’t seen it in a while. Pelicans and ducks everywhere and all very green.
TFTC which was found in a usual spot. Great to be brought here once again.

This was our first stop for today & what a scenic spot it is.
Really nice down by the river, lots of birdlife & even though it is fairly close to quite a bust road it was quite peaceful & relaxing.
A nice quick find here.
Made our mark & replaced as found.
Liberated a resident TB which we found out later wasn't listed as being in here.
Possibly because the second last digit on the tag has been abraded & is no longer legible?
It also means we can't log it either.
Checked recent logs since the cache was replaced but no TBs are logged as left here?
Any ideas???
