After attending a friends memorial in Geraldton we are heading back to Perth to drop CrackerGirl off at the airport. We still had a bit of time to fill in so we are chasing lga's and challenge caches to fill in the day before she has to leave.After it could not look at the logistics cache not far away we headed off to this one for this lga and happily there was no one around when we pulled up. Happily the cache was located right where ithe GPSr said and we added our name to the logbook which is very full.Many thanks for showing us this great little area and also replacing the archived cache for our fun.> > >

WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 67 - Swan Valley Perth Day 12. My last county for th Perth region. The traffic was not difficult and I was soon off the main roads and collecting caches. The main section of the day was an eScooter section from Mills Park along a highway bike path. I extended it a bit to some other nearby parks as well. I saw a bit of the work on the new railway as I moved around today. I went into Gosnells for lunch and did some Labs while I was there. My afternoon was mostly a walk along a creek line behind an industrial estate bit it was surprisingly peaceful. One more set of Labs on th Canning River before heading home to cook dinner. Find 4 of 35 with three DNFs on a 40km mountain bike ride from Beckenham, through Thornlie and Maddington and out to Huntingdale, then back again. Perfect temperatures and lots of sunshine, good paths along the river to get away from the traffic and an excellent refuelling lunch stop at one of our new favourite places, The Roastery.Mrs O did the walk round to make the find here.TFTC SmplyR3dd!

Out and about picking up some caches in the Kenwick/Maddington area this morning. This one was not were I first thought it would be, but still had the cache in hand relatively quickly TFTC

Having caching withdrawal symptoms as overgrown garden has been huge timeconsumer of late. Garden still looks like a jungle in parts but this was closest unfound so it rocketed to top of the list. Nice warm day and wetlands not a match made in heaven in my book so donned the wellys when though path to cache looked pretty clear. Nice quick find with no unfriendly encounters. Tftc.

Getting ready to head down to WAGB18 this morning and a cache 2k's from home hits the inbox. Needed to duck out and get some ice so I thought why not. Arrived at GZ and rummaged around for a bit before I spotted it. Blank log yippee!
