Logs
Bear & bee After a day of bull ants , swooping magpies and a couple of unfounded caches This one was great , nice and easy and put a smile on my face. The cache log is quite full. But thank you for a great cache
I was about to return without finding this cache. My last try made me to find this Cache. TFTCThe log sheet is full.Requesting the owner to replace a new sheet asap.
Glad to turn my frown into a smiley. Also glad that the farmers friends didnt quite reach where I needed to go. TFTC
Thank you for the really fun find! I came with my siblings for our first time and we had so much fun searching and exploring! We added a few fun little things in so hopefully the next finder has just as much fun as we had!
Nice find although log roll is full so I signed my tag on a tiny spot elsewhere out of date order. SLTNLN with TBs Canadian Flag, Swiss Duck, Pittiplatsc, Corona Express Cruise Ship and Bierkrug in tow.
Today we headed out to Kellyville, catching a 280 bus to Chatswood and a Metro train to Kellyville Metro Station, to do a circuit walk around a cluster of Traditional caches in the area. Walked through the backstreets and along the pedestrian & bicycle pathways, collecting the caches along the way, but also suffering a couple of DNFs as well. The circuit walk ended back at Kellyville Metro Station, where we caught a train back to Chatswood and then a bus back to home. This was the 6th of 9 finds, plus 2 DNFs, for the day.
After suffering a painful DNF at the nearby "Mind The Troll" we next came to this one, and thankfully it was a nice quick find on arrival at GZ. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. Looks to be a very similar container to the ones we have constructed for many (cache #1 to cache #15) of our "Pipeline" series of caches over on the Northern Beaches.
Have never played, or even heard of, "It Came From The Desert" Amiga game. Looked it up and was surprised that you can download a free PC version of the game, so we might give it a go. Back in the day we used to enjoy playing the "Kings Quest" PC adventure game series from this same era. TFTC Rheneas, and 73 to you

Find #5987
Found with wire_weaver, searched for 5 minutes. The creek does not smell very nice.
Hahaha! I didn’t know IKEA came from the desert Log in good order and dry. Loved it!
I've been surprised by some things that come out from under such places as this. I'd prefer they stayed in the desert, a red-belly most recently. However, this was one of the rare lucky finds where I thought "what if" and had CIH before getting too intimate with mud, dust and cobwebs. Thanks Rheneas.
Tftc. Soo be able to go more than 5k from home so this was a nice trip locally.
Looked everywhere on and under the bridge, even had to huddle like trolls under the bridge but still did not find. Hot tip, wear closed on shoes so that your son’s flip flop does not end up in the sludge. Also if your son wants to bring a basketball, say no! As this as well will end up in the sludge.
I didn't find it today but I'm not gonna give up! I'll go there in about a week or a couple days and try again.. well played!
Arvo bike ride with the family, found it after a short search. Thanks so much for placing this cache, great fun!
TFTC it was amazing I bumped into a hornets nest and ran for my life then my dad came across it
TFTC. rather warm today for winter. Quick find and sign of this for my 360th calendar day.

OCW marg+1 around Kellyville, Bella Vista, and King's Langley today.
We found trads and multis and had some dnf's but best of all we had a great day out and I would like to thank the various CO's for providing the caches.

I have tried this one before but must have forgotten to mark as DNF, anyway avenged today. Not sure how I missed it last time ??? TFTC
Have never heard of the game the title refers to, but we approached the cache with open minds. After some rummaging around, the cache was found and we could move on to the next.
Our 3rd and (sadly) last find of the day. We had a pretty poor find-dnf ratio today ... I really liked this cache, hidden creatively, a surprising container for the hiding spot and a decent location. My knees were a bit sore from kneeling on the bridge. TFTC!
#5350- I was heading to Castle Hill to meet one of my new exchange students. Left early due to the heavy rain in the mountains, but realised I had some time up my sleeve. No rain here atm, so I ducked off the road for this one. I had the right idea, just the wrong side at first. A nice quick and very dry cache. Thanks
Had a bit of time up my sleeve late today, so headed over to find this cache. Initially I had the wrong side of the structure, but quickly had CIH after switching sides. Love constructions like this. Foolproof
Cache and log are in excellent condition. TFTC Rheneas!!

Sorry for a late log. Found it and this is for the streak days. Thank you for bringing me here
Arrived at GZ and went to the wrong side at first but soon had the cache in hand. Lots of paper wasp nest hanging from structure , so be careful. Did the legals and replaced as found. TFTCM

With there being no rain for so long it was like being in the desert out here, the smokey desert.
I detoured here on the way home from Scheyville to the city. This used to be open fields and now.....the amount of development is unbelievable. Its changing so fast, so many new homes in the last 6 weeks.
I didn't like this location at all.
There's wasp nests all along the bridge side, under it and in the trees. I'm allergic to wasps so I had to move realllly carefully and couldn't put my fingers in all the places I wanted to, like I ususally do.
Wasp fear was starting to set in so I said one more minute, one more place and there it was.
Thank goodness, cache found, no stings!

Pretty much knew where to look once I got to the location, but hidden pleasantly different from usual caches of this nature. Like the hide. TFTC.
#6598 (1 of 2 today)
Dropped Geoson #2 at work at Castle Hill and so continued on a bit and picked up two caches this morning in Kellyville - one a previous DNF.
I'll take that.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Parked between this and my other target for the day.
Once here I had to wait for a few muggles to go past but then it was a matter of checking a few spots. Took me five minutes but I then spotted it.
Made the grab and took a short distance to complete signing duties. Then back for the replace, and onwards to my next target.

It wa a caching run today with ilookk4geo and this was one we found. No problems with finding the cache and recording two more names on the log and we were on the hunt again. Thanks go to Rheneas for placing and maintaining this cache.
Found this cache OK along with goingplaces2. Cache container and log in good order. Two names noted on the log and we were happily on our way. TFTC.
