Like the Multi cache, ongoing rail network upgrades threaten the viability of/access to this cache so sadly it must go.

*The "Got My Butt On A Bike 'Cos I Couldn't Stand Being In My House Any Longer" Adventure #14*
I'm out for an afternoon of exercise and caches. Most of my visits today are looking for the info required to kick off a puzzle or multi.
I nearly sighed in contentment, thinking that that was another series down. Damn! I still have the multi to go. So close, yet I have to head in the home direction now!
This was the last find of the day, although I did visit more multis on the way home. It was wise of me to turn back at this one, as I had thigh cramps by the time I got to Belmont.
Final scoreboard: 6 finds, 2 DNFs, 9 non-find visits, 52 km in 6 hours.
Thanks heaps, BFMC!

Another visit to the Big Green Shed. We wish the one in Leopold had the stock we need, but it gets us out in this general area.

We need to drive a fair distance now to find a cache a day. So we try to make sure we have another reason. Mr Dromaniax would say that if the Leopold Big Green Shed didn't have a sausage sizzle, that would be enough.

We grabbed the one this end today as we didn't have a great deal of spare time.

The cache is in great nick. Thank you for this cache, BFMC.

OMG… We thought it was gone and the boy that I was with had actually picked the cache up and thrown it over the fence because of the uniqueness of the canister… We went to another one and found the same piece of “trash” and had to circle back to put the canister back.. thank God we didn’t ruin it for everyone else… Will not be throwing away any trash or anything near geocache locations again!

Whoops. Missed this one. Currently trawling through 1000's of photos in deleted items to find the co-ords. Will update shortly.

01-Jun-22
Coordinates changed from:
S 38° 12.766 E 144° 20.324

Coordinates changed to:
S 38° 12.768 E 144° 20.314

Distance from original: 49.1 feet or 15.0 meters.

Updated due to container change and slightly less muggle risk at new location 15m West of original hide. New co-ords averaged from multiple reads via GPSDiagnostic.

01-Jun-22
Enabled with new coordinates updated. Due to slight location change I have removed the wheelchair attribute, increased the terrain rating to T1.5, lowered the difficulty rating as retrieval now has less muggle exposure and updated the hint to reflect the new location approximately 15m West of the original hide.

### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED?** ###

----------

Even though this cache is findable I am wondering if it is Guideline compliant?

A recent log indicates the cache was moved and "new co-ord reads taken and will be updated", but there is no Update Coordinates log as yet.

**Could you please update the listing with accurate coordinates?**

Please respond to this situation by **18th May** to prevent the cache from being archived for not being Guideline compliant If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and indicating a date when you believe the situation will be resolved.

03-May-22
Had a decent look, and couldn’t turn it up. Wasn’t in the most obvious spot based on the hint.

27-Feb-22
Cache replaced didnt have the same type of container and nothing suitable for stealth mode on the original host so relocated slightly east of original placement, new co-ord reads taken and will be updated

### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

----------

Hi BFMC,

This cache has been listed as possibly needing owner intervention. You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ recently which explained what you needed to do.

The cache is being temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.

Whilst it is recognized that as a result of the current COVID19 situation, it might not be possible for a Cache Owner to just pop out and check on a cache, we still need to know that you are on top of the issue.

CO's of caches disabled during the current COVID19 crisis will be given some extra time to react. Caches where the cache owner does not currently feel it is safe to maintain will not be archived in the normal time frame, **as long as there is some indication from the CO. Don't let a lack of communication kill this cache.**

#What should you do:-#
- Should the Regional Health and State Government requirements allow it **AND** you feel it safe for you to maintain this cache now, please feel free to do so.

- **Alternatively,** what you need to do is place a Write Note log indicating a date when you expect/hope you might be able to attend to the issue/s.

#Please Note#
When the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, **or there is no acknowledgment from the CO as requested above,** it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.

We hadn't put the bikes on this morning due to the weather forecast, but its not all that reliable Anyway we drove the length, stopping as we went to grab this little series. Most were straightforward finds that didn't give us any grief. Thanks _BFMC_ for your work.

We haven't spent much time in Geelong size we were married in 1978, but Mrs Ski spent many school holidays here visiting her grandparents and extended family. Gran was part of Geelong royalty being a Hickey and cousin to Reg, so her family is passionate Cats supporters. During our time here this week apart from all the caches we have found we have caught up with family, revisited lots of sites dear to her memory, and marvelled at all the changes. Her last visit to the Waurn Ponds Hotel was when it was in a paddock, her aunties house now has 4 modern units on the site instead, and the tiny little farmhouse on South Valley Road where her grandparents lived in the 1960's is now an extensively renovated large family home with inbuilt swimming pool and granny flat over the new garage. Its still on a double block on the corner of Nelson Ave, (mum's maiden name) with Cobden Rd on the other edge of the family land.

With The ring of Swiss cheese coming down we could now catch up with our Metro Mates, so once again I teamed up with Omegaman1971 and headed to the Geelong area to do some of the many labs and several caches in the area. We had a great time exploring the area. Today We started in Geelong but got a little frustrated with suburban caching so we headed to the Brisbane Ranges to do the Fun for kids trail.

This was one of the caches we found today. No bike riding for us just walk to them all, a few of the logs were a little wet.

Thanks BFMC for the cache.

So good to get out doing caches again. Glad we didn't attempt this in Summer. The grass was very high and we got wet feet. Dog got wet too. Thanks for this series that helped us getting virtual wonders souvenirs.

We traveled along this route today with ilook4geo and looked for all the caches along the way. We found and signed all except two, which we will have to DNF.
This one was a nice easy find and the log was soon signed with two more names, before we moved on to the next hide. Thank you to BFMC for this nice little series.

Although rather chilly this morning, it was pleasant walking along Baanip Boulevard walkway. Only three muggles were seen while we walked the trail. We were soon at GZ for this cache. Accurate coordinates and a familiar style of hide led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks _BFMC_ for the cache and the series.

After an early morning start SteMicMitSar, biggles1024, buhfuhguh and myself headed out on the road our first stop Beaufort and then Geelong. After a nearby birthday dinner event we decided to give this series ago before heading back home. This one was a relatively easy find. This one was too easy for Michael.

*17 Aug 2019, Found @ 11:00 pm, Find # 9656.*

Today I headed out on a bit of a road trip to Beaufort and then Geelong for a couple of events as well as the new musical note Wherigo caches with jascat, biggles1024 and buhfuhguh.
With the Wherigo series and both events under our belt, we decided to give this series a crack before heading for home.
All were fairly easy finds except one which had us going in circles for a little while.

**Thanks to _BFMC_ for placing this cache.**

Ah, what a day, after an early rise this morning I drove to meet up with Stemicmitsar, Biggles1024 and Jascat for a day of caching out west. With our main goal being 2 events and some musical wherigos. A rather big day nevertheless. With us finishing our hunt and me getting home from the trip at 2am this morning. Thanks for the cache and being a part of a great day out caching.

Find #3633**
**Traditional Cache Find #2460**

The day dawned fine and cool. SteMicMitSar, Jascat, Buhfuhgah and I headed over to the other side of the bay to attend two events and to find a number of new Wherigos at Beaufort. We were now on our way home but still looking for caches of interest. We looked at the map and spotted this series which looked like it would be a series of Park 'N Grabs. That's not quite how it is, but with a nice, wide and flat path, we decided that walking was the best way to do it, with Steve bringing up his car at various intervals.

No time to rest, clues to be found. Thanks BFMC.

12-Jul-19
After recently being upgraded to a detective to help solve a case of some missing jewels, I picked up detective DAB to start our case. It was a wild, wet and windy morning just the way we like it as it meant civilian muggles would not be about to damage the crime scene. Thankfully the very old detective mobile's heater was working. We put on our flashing lights and went off in search of a few caches this morning. For some strange reason only one of our finds today gave us a clue? I'm not sure what geocaching is doing about the others. At this rate I'll never solve the mystery...

A very busy spot indeed. We quickly found what we were wanting, taking a rest before the trip back to the car at the other end of this walking path.

We have been wanting to do this trail for awhile now but things just always got in the way. Today we thought the weather was going to be one of those 'things' that just stood between us and Baanip, but no, we were able to walk the trail with some afternoon sunshine, enjoying the various hides, rain free.
Well we made it to the end and another rest was definitely warranted before making our way back to the car.
Thanks BFMC for the series, nicely executed.

A mid-week day off work so I grabbed the deadly treadly and headed down to Geelong to do a few short trails.
Filled in some of the Version II of AB4C, the Bike trail Baanip, and around the park at the Ocean Grove Nature Reserve.
Not too hot for a ride today.

Just enough road left to hide one more.
This was the busiest spot, but a short rest helped.
Thanks for this nice series.
Back uphill into the head wind back to the car now (always the way!)

Sims_family mum and the older kids were off doing some community service helping wrap Christmas pressies for the salvos leaving Dad at home with the two smallest Sims_family members. They both enjoy caching but need to be finding regularly or they get bored so I thought this series would be just the trick for them.
I didn't even have to walk all the way to GZ for this one with Mr6 and Miss 8 running ahead, making the find and bringing me the log to be signed. With the log book all signed and the cache re-hidden Ausfox; tried to convince Mr 6 that he had to walk all the way back to the car instead of cacthing a ride back. Mr 6 was having none of that and was heading straight back to Ausfox;'s car saying you can't trick me [:p]
Thank you BFMC for an entertaining afternoon
