Yay were delighted to find this after failing to find some other geocaches earlier. TFTC!

This was the the shortest detonation from our accommodation so knocked it off first thing the morning TFTC

Up early for our last full day of geocaching in the Dunedin area.We're going to attend the handover from the 2024 Mega to the 2025 NZ Block Party. But first a cache or two on the way, starting with this one directly across the park from our accommodation. And then on to one specific cache GCCCFB and others on the way there and nearby.TFTC

Had a long wait for someone at nearby Mercy Hospital so went for a walk and grabbed this cache. Beautiful sunny day and all was quiet at location so was a quick easy find. Plenty of room so left a little trinket . Tftc.

In Dunedin for a couple days for sons football tournament. Not a lot of time for caching but managed a couple along the way. Football all done with but staying another night before heading home to Chch tomorrow. Came out for an evening drive for something to do....Mr13 helped by being lookout, nothing like some dodgy dealings right on dusk. Nicely done. Thanks.

Cache 1038 Day 2 of my trip to Dunedin to fill in some of my “hidden dates” grid. with Wombats_4 still in tow we made our way around the back streets and hills of Dunedin, was a freezing cold morning after a decent frost last night but that wasn’t going to deter us on our hunt for the precious pieces of plastic treasure. Quick find on this one, swapped some swag, cache in good shape T4TC

Day 2 on a Dunners trip with Tania. She needed certain cache grabs with myself tagging along nabbing some which I hadn't found as yet. I previously was in the area on another trip but it was a big caching day so gave it a miss. Today a nice easy find tftc

Found today after having a lovely breakfast close by with a friend. Lovely story and great place to hide a cache. thank you so much for the cache and the log.

Found today at the beginning of my threefold solo mission: finish the Wonders, begin the Mountains, cache more on Tuesdays. I got to the spot, then read the description and cursed myself for being there a little too early - kids were still pouring into the school. I waited a little while a safe distance away, then after they all headed in I made my way to the cache site. A bit squelchy underfoot, but otherwise no issues with the cache - a nifty little hiding spot. Cheers!

While I was in the waiting room of a nearby clinic, I checked to see if there were any caches I could find on my way out. Happily this one was only a few streets away, so I did a slight detour to find it. With parking nearby, I had the cache in hand in a short space of time, fortunately out of the line of sight of the nearby digger driver. Cache looked brand new and the logbook must be a replacement, as mine was the first name in the pristine book. Such a shame that the daughter caches have gone missing as I'd love to know what they looked like. I'm glad I didn't have to pronounce the name of this cache. TFTC.

As too many of the nice little caches created by our Welsh friends, who own the mother cache in Wales, have gone missing, we are reluctant to put out any more of these, so the cache is now just a plain logbook in a container..

On a three week trip to the lower South Island with tmann421 hunting caches.
Enjoyed the trip around and the challenge of the finds.

Cache checked today and confirmed the (replacement) Welsh daughter cache was no longer in the container, so replaced it again. All good to go.

My Welsh is purrty bad but had enjoyed reading about the Siabod moles by William Horwood in Creative Lit. at school so some names did stick. Near the Ponderosa Wallacetown had some Welsh street names too. Missed the carpark entrance so once a spot to park and turn around the wagon soon had the zone walked down. GZ reached, hide spotted in disarray, a clear honey pot with green top not hidden. Just some cruddy swag no one deemed worth filching but no logbook. Tore a page from the journal and recorded just the cache code and owner name. No chance of spelling the cache title lol so 'sorry' about that Jen; someone cared enough to tell you the cache needs maintenance. Returned cache as best with wooden cover available to hide the pot after digging the hole clear of duff. TNLN SL TFTC

A cute container. Today's plan was to find the old cache on Flagstaff Hill. Now that we achieved that we're exploring Dunedin finding geocaches. Jude_E and I stayed in Dunedin last night. Thanks W.E.K.A. for creating this hide. It was find 8648 for me.

Easy find on a grey day. Can see how this would be difficult to get if there were more people around. Even with no one about today there are a few potential over-lookers

Cache # 4,861 - a nice easy find today, even though the nearby field was well in use by running dogs and joggers. No problem extracting the log - always harder to put these back! Log sheet could use a refresh as current one is torn, but otherwise all good, and lovely little cache container. TNLNSL. TFTC!
