TFTC. I parked nearby and walked over to the geozone. I have found lots of these cache containers before so it stood out to me. I then retrieved and stamped the log and replaced it as found as what felt like hundreds of mozzies decided to take free blood samples from me.
another attempt here
this is becoming a real nemesis
no one around but still couldn't make a find

Coongoola & Geodog are on an adventure after attending the Townsville Mega event in Qld. We found your cache today 12 May 2022 12:40 pm , while enjoying another day out adding to our tally. TFTC D.K.P
Relogging this one, app decided to remove all our finds . Scroll down through the activity for proof.
Went for my afternoon walk, saw a geocache was close so pushed myself to walk that bit further. Lucky I had a pen on me, cause you never know what you might find. Was a quick and easy find for me.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Looking for a find after a few DNF’s, and we came up trumps here.
Our second full day out and about in Mackay with Temingi. Yesterday we broke 13,000 finds and in the next few days Temingi is hoping to crack 14,000. Not too sure why we’re helping him when our eventual goal is to reach and then pass him! Still, it’s always good to go out caching with like minded mates. If nothing else, the stories are always good to share.
We want to say thanks to all the local cache owners for placing these caches for us to find. Without you this wonderful pastime wouldn’t exist. We certainly appreciate your efforts in developing, placing and maintaining all the caches. We have lots of fun and plenty of exercise thanks to you.

On Our TL21 Caching Adventure Tour we headed out early to start our expedition. Lovely little busy park for so early in the morning. TFTC
Today we started the day by searching for a cache we suspected we could grab a FTF, then we commenced a (sort of) "next closest" caching run until it was time to catch up wit some friends for morning tea.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache pretty close to where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards

Sneaky little fella, tried a couple days ago but came back with a little more geocaching wisdom, amazing how your mindset changes. Can confirm the cache is in position and we’ll maintained.
T4T$ easy find. When in the right position, recognised container immediately.
Well today I finished a perfect 6 for 6 on caches in Mackay. Not much drama here. TFTC
MacKay Day 3 Caching with the Snakepitters
Mr. DiMorgan & the Snakepitters decided to have a day on their bikes caching, They signed the log as DIS. They started their ride with the Twitchers Trail, saying how good it was to be out & riding their bikes. Lots of micro caches, had to have keen eyes to be able to find them.
After lunch it was time to continue the ride locating caches in & around the city area.
Thanks for placing this amazing series D.K.P

We returned from the Twitchers trail for luch at the caravan, and decided to head out again into town and along the foreshore for those that we had yet to find. We woke up Bill from DiMorgan from his afternoon nap to tag along with us.

Found with greencordial,
Had to go back to this one due to muggles. But once we got back no muggles in sight and grabbed the cache!

Surprised that I didn’t go bottoms up for a change. We were able to do this one before heading to the snake charmer cache.
We were travelling from Moreton Bay to Townsville for a short holiday. Spent a nice time up here. Now we are in our way back home, stopping for caches suitable for a car with caravan behind.

18/6/20 850am Arrived at Gz and this time looked at terrain difficulty and tried areas appropriate. Soon had cache in hand. Areas has been cleaned up and long grass gone but realised this time no need to go down slope to search. TFTC SL
Caching in and around Mackay and surrounds we picked up a few caches and this was one of them.
Found this surprisingly quick. Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Had a day off so I thought I would take a look to see if the grass had been cut back.
Arrived a GZ and was happy to see the grass was gone.
New where I wabted to start the search and had the prize in my hand within 10 seconds.
How did I not find this before.
Added my name and replaced.

Looked at the surrounds and thought so many hiding places but it really only took a few mins. H strikes again. TFTC
Another find to add to the list! A nicely hidden cache! I wasn't sure I'd find this one after reading about the terrain that was stated by previous cachers but after a 400 meter walk to the cache I decided that I wasn't going home empty handed. But found relatively quickly, it took longer to take all the prickles and burs out of my clothing......! Thanks for the cool cache and experience!
It was a DNF from us I'm afraid. Grass, prickles and maybe snakes kept us from getting too close. Did look in all the obvious places but came up with nought. Thanks anyway. DNF from last Sunday but forgot to log.
Looked on the app and still some ftf out there. Yes! Nice and easy! Poonkiana laid eyes on it first, so she claimed ftf. Tftc.
Hmmmm. Not much to go on and came up empty handed. Surprised not more attempts have been made on this one.
Went down for a look but to no avail.
So many hidey holes and sooooo much direct sunlight and heat.
Next time.
