The cache was hidden within the grill over the drain. The grill was replaced and the cache is gone. No place for the cache any more. Farewell!
Melbourne water has changed the grate system and there is no longer any openings on the previous cache location
A tip for new players: It's OK to turn over the log page and write on the back.
Searching around, a guy walking his dog asked what we are doing. I explained. He said "you'll never find it!" Watch me! Found it 5 seconds later!
Cute find! Lovely day to be out and about! Frogs are known to live in wetlands, so we took Froggie for a visit! CVJGG0 TNLN
It was a nice beautiful day, walking home from 7 eleven till i saw this little thing caught my eye..such a amazing spot tho
Found it easily. Getting the log out of the container was hard! Tweezers or knitting needle recommemded
It seems COVID safe enough to enable the cache. Be careful. I don't want to disable this one again.
This cache has been temporarily disabled to reduce the chances of spreading the COVID-19 virus. It will be back in business when health authorities say it is safe to go bush walking etc. Stay safe. Wash your hands. Maintain social distancing.
Great find thanks to daughter. Awesome location, we have left something special in there maybe you follow that team?
This geocache is currently disabled because I support the government's non-essential activities restrictions that have been introduced because of the COVID-19 virus crisis. I encourage you all to suspend your geocaching activities ASAP. We must all work together to stop the virus spreading. The cache will be enabled in the future.
Out for a bike ride close by with ariella geo granddaughter and Annie Louise . Cache in great condition
Hard find, but when you really look in all the nooks and crannys you’ll soon find it.
The cache is back in place. If you can't twist the top off try tapping the side of the lid then twist again. Happy caching!
I checked the cache and sure enough I couldn't open it. I removed the cache from it's hidey hole and will fix it. I award stkitickles an honorary Find.
Found excited to find as it was my first!! Sad as I couldn't open but great hide !!
No luck with this one. And the clue even made me more confused. Might try again another day.
Found without muggles slowing us down.
A good friend used to live near this park, she has since moved to another area of Melton.

Picked this up when in Melton visiting the shops.
Having never seen this style of hide before took us a while, but found it within a few minutes and no muggles came past. Found with G7 ( geokid)

Coordinates changed to:
S 37° 41.987 E 144° 32.984
Distance from original: 23.3 feet or 7.1 meters.
Experienced players logged that the coords were out. Rechecked Monday AM (305 hits measurements), Tuesday PM (396 hits measurements), and Wednesday AM (a 4 cardinal point average) measurement. The results were almost identical, and were then averaged. Coords are now updated.

In response to recent comments about coordinates being off I am in the process of getting new coordinates. My thanks to all concerned. In the meantime, the clue might be helpful to other cachers.
No luck at all for us here. Our indicated GZ was out in the middle of the road. We circled out from there looking for places that would fit the clue, but none proved to be correct. Too good for us today. Our thanks anyway to Benjamin Screamer.
Found after a couple of minutes searching, the second time I looked there. A very good hide but my GPS said 11 metres at that point.
When we arrived at this location, we quickly identified GZ but didn't locate the cache. So we gradually widened the search area. We finally found a well designed and hidden cache about 11m from the published coordinates. We had a lot of difficulty removing the lid to access the logbook but the nearby art work came to the rescue. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Benjamin Screamer for the cache.
Tricky find. Then again, we're newbies! Found it on our second try. Left nothing, took nothing. Thanks - that was rad!
searched for ages and found nothing except a hole in the corner of the barrier over drains where it could have been?
Ok, found it with a few spiders attached. Couldn’t open, it was closed too tight

The GPS was a little erratic at this location today having us walk back and forth so we looked the only places that could have concealed a cache and there it was. I can see how this might be trickier to some than others.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for this cache here today.

Taking our muggle neighbours, who are interested in learning about caching, we did some caches today and this one was our 3rd visit here - our muggle neighbour found this one and we all agreed that it deserved a fav for ingenious thinking in placing this cache. Excellent planning and excellent implementation indeed.

Thursday is gym day but when the offer of a days caching came up well I knew I would get some exercise so I jumped at the offer.
Ross had done the hard work of sorting where we would go and sent me the GSAK file and a list and map of our route.
Off bright and early we were soon at this cache which was next on our list.
Good to see some thought and effort put into this placement the only problem that I had was the GPS put me some distance away from the actual hide. Despite that I think this guy deserves another F.P.
Log signed and we were off to the next. Thanks Benjamin Screamer for placing this guy.

Suscoe decided that a trip up through Bacchus Marsh to Gisborne and then back down through Melton and Lara was on the schedule for today.
It was a pleasant day with mild temperatures, a coolish breeze, some sunshine and some clouds, just a perfect Summer's day for geocaching in southern Victoria.
We invited Bushfire to come along with us and an enjoyable day was had finding caches, travelling the countryside and chatting as we went.
Thanks to Benjamin Screamer for this hide, a nice bit of work and well engineered.
A favourite for your work.

Out and about with bogonghazy and geodog Tess for a few finds in the local area. Had a good look and then widened the search. Cache in good condition. Thanks Benjamin Screamer
Firstly, apologies for the lateness in logging.
Despite my tardiness, you can be assured I enjoyed each and every cache found and not found.
Apologies if this is a generic log, my memory is good, but not that good.
On this day I was out with Sorceysal and Tessie the geodog.
Loved this one, adding to the faves
Thanks Benjamin Screamer

It's Boxing Day and we'd rather be out caching than battling the hoards at the shops. We've made the trip to Melton for the return of the 'Intervening Days' event. I think I attended 3 or 4 of these events in the past and there have been plenty of new caches recently published to make it a nice day out. Another cool one! Thanks for the cache Benjamin Screamer.

When this one first popped up we were going to go for FTF but it was snapped up pretty quick.
Fast forward to today and this sneaky little hide was hard to find with the way to was sitting. After checking checking and checking again (note this is 2nd visit) it had to be where a friend confirmed, if not it's missing.
LeeLee got a bit lower and was then able to see what she needed. Very happy it is now a smilie face and another calendar day filled.
Thanks Benjamin Screamer

I dropped into Melton on my way back from the Lerdy early this afternoon. Lovely day for it and neighbours where doing their mowing where I parked my car in a nearby court.
Nice stroll to GZ and a great hide was waiting for me here.

Decided to collect this after a maintenance run to Eynesbury today. Read the description and checked the clue. All pointed to one area but I had no luck. Expanded my search and still no luck and developed wet feet.
Resorted to PAF who directed me to exactly where I had searched - all but one spot and there it was.
Well hidden and thanks Benjamin Screamer

Woohoo On a first to find spree. Got the notice as i pulled into my driveway. Pulled straight back out again and we went on the hunt. Clever hide but not such a hidden met us. TFTC
Found! Newest one I’ve found so far! Saw it come up and were on the freeway so thought we would turn off. Very good one, clever cache TFTC
Found it, very clever hide, took a few minutes to find. A favorite for me well done Benjaminscreamer.
We were hoping to be FTF but lucked out. We were just heading out of the northern suburbs when the notification of the newly published cache came through.
