I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
It's been 3 months now and the CO doesn't appear to be active. Please, it would be great if they could either fix the cache up or else archive it.
This geocacher reported that this geocache should be archived. A community volunteer reviewer has been notified.
Not much more to add to the previous DNF log.
We spent an inordinate amount of time searching for something that wasn't there!
I had picked the probable GZ and once a previous finder turned up in response to the PAF it turned out that I was correct.

My son and I visited this cache today together with a fellow cacher robnzh. In spite of a comprehensive search by the 3 of us we failed to find the cache.
I then used the 'phone a friend' option to talk to a cacher who had actually found this cache shortly after it came out. He ended up coming out to GZ and confirming what we thought, that the cache is simply not there anymore.
I'll keep an eye on this one to see if it gets re-instated.

I feel so dumb, have been creeping around for over 30mins looking shady and couldnt find it.. boo haha
Caught the train up to Waikanae with our bikes on board. Cycled along the river trail to the expressway cycleway, rode down that and through Queen Elizabeth Park to Paekakariki on a very pleasant (and warm) autumn day, then on the train home again. Picked up a few caches along the way including this one which we found after detouring to Raumati Beach for lunch.
Spent a while searching on the wrong side of the river initially. Checked the other side and it didn’t take too long to locate. The logbook is a little damp and might be better off protected in a plastic bag! #2363. TFTC.

Did with The Wandering Dragons and Violet Butterfly today. Nice spot, took a while to locate container. Thanks!

Did today with The Wandering Dragons and Astro Hunter. Nice to turn the frown from a month ago into a smile. Thanks! Lots of people walking their dogs today, and one runner too.

Cache # 4,764 - After a futile visit last month, we decided to come back again today. Astro Hunter, Violet Butterfly and I were all sure we had scoured where the GPS was pointing, so decided to take another path and check someplace else. Saw a likely hiding spot, but nothing found. Wandered around looking for another spot, came back. Still nothing found. Saw some spots that were significantly higher that a level 1.5 terrain, so decided not to go there. Came back and the three of us looked again, and this time we found the very cleverly concealed cache. We certainly made this much harder than it was intended to be, but coordinates a good 12 metres out didn't help either. All good here. TNLNSL. TFTC!

Came by with Violet Butterfly and Astro Hunter. We had only 10 minutes to look and followed the GPS to one side of the stream, but once we got there the GPS pointed back across. Had a quick look where we were, but then headed back (interrupted by a fall on the bridge by one of the little cachers). GPS definitively pointed to a location time and again. but multiple searches of that spot turned up empty, as did everything nearby. Probably where the GPS pointed to first, but we had no time to go back and look again. Will be back sometime soon.
#6561. I had an overnight trip this weekend to show some visitors from Norway the delights of Kapiti Island. A very early start for me but still time to grab a few park and grabs in Paraparaumu. Parked in the nearby carpark and wandered over to the stream. The GPS suggested one side but the hint suggested the other. So went around to the other side and down the path. Soon spied a likely looking hiding spot and there was the cache. No trackables present in the cache. Signed the logbook and replaced the cache as found. Thanks oshanassy for the cache.
#10,603. A short walk to seek water water sand off Matatua Road in Raumati Beach, Paraparaumu. GZ was all quiet at the time of the visit. Quick find. The cache was in excellent condition, all nice and dry inside. However, neither gone fishing nor Violet Minion! was in the cache. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.

Having met up with Bkj97 and little Blue Hen and enjoyed a coffee together they took us to find this one. A quick find for Mr CD and we stamped the log and returned. TFTC
Called here this morning while out and about doing a bit of touring with Mrs agcnz. Found the cache after a short search in what was a fairly obvious hiding spot, although the GPSr was pointing me to the other side of the stream. Fortunately the hint resolved this issue. Signed log, TFTC
Great fun trying to keep the microcachers away from the water but a quick find once we were on the right side of the water! TFTC
(# 4862). A quick grab after everyone had finished at the beach. The area was quiet so no muggle problems. Everything in order. TFTC
8.40am. Nice by the beach this morning but no sign of the sun. An easy find though the GPS wanted me over the other side of the stream but I followed the hint and went straight to it.Thank you. David.
Was looking on wrong side of stream, until I looked at log then it was easy to find.
Good find here today. Lost pen on way to cache so have taken a photo of it. No sign of the 2 TBs mentioned but I have left one myself. Tftc
Found with bkj97 although started looking where we shouldn't have as per one or two previous finders. T4TCSL
Spent way too long looking on the wrong side of the stream but was easy when we figured out what we were doing
Found this one with Flowerydaze. We were a bit fooled at first with the coords taking us to the wrong place but we were using our phones so would not vouch for them being accurate. Widened the search area - as you do, and not a lot of error to correct and soon had the cache in hand. TFTC
A pretty quick find of the nicely placed cache this morning. The coordinates had me on the wrong side of the stream but I was using my phone and I soon figured out that the other side was a more likely area.
Thanks very much for the cache.
Thanks very much for the cache.
A quick find by Talla64. The co-ords had us on the wrong side of the stream at first, as with Mermaid Man, but we were relying on our phones. Nice area. Thanks for placing a cache here.
Visited this newly established cache with team cacher zboy wonder. He thought it was fishy. I couldn't get that particular pescatarian perspective, but I did get the cache.
Like others before me, I report that the coordinates put you on the 'not true' side of the creek. A simple matter to get to the 'right' side!
Straightforward find, all in order; log signed, cache safely re-hidden, just as found.

Nice quick find, we had a walk along the beach afterwards and saw a baby stingray, TFTC
There was something fishy at GZ, and not just the coordinates putting on the wrong side. Not wanting to stick around to find the source a quick find was made, TFTC
Yah! Beat the usual suspects to FTF. Heard the notification come through as I was making dinner, rushed off to find it after seeing it was 5 minutes from home and my favourite spot in NZ. Very busy but nobody around the cache site, found quickly. Now back home for a cuppa TFTC
