Did not find a pill bottle but did locate a mint container wrapped with tape like a ceocache would be. Inside was a path tag so assumed it was the cache. Placed a new log sheet and plastic bag and replaced where found.
Cache about 10 metres from co-ordinates but now under!

Didn't find cache but did find a fresh dead magpie on the spot, so that disuaded me somewhat!
We found a brand spankers new log in an eclipse mint container (not the pill bottle in another photo), some distance from where we first thought. Thanks for the cache.
Found after a bit of a search nearby to where we originally thought. The logbook was damp so didn't want to try taking out to sign.
#8134. Well this one was a surprise. I was in the area doing some bird watching and noticed it had been replaced recently. So I headed up the road and went into the park for a walk. Quite a few muggles passing through but once the coast was clear I checked an object that looked the most suitable place but could not find a container. I then checked another nearby object and spied a container at GL. But was surprised to see the logbook was damp and tatty and it had cacher names in it going back to 2018. So its the original container and logbook. I signed that logbook and replaced it where found. Then looked around for the new container but could not find it anywhere. Oh well there is still a cache to be found at this park!
Here with the grand daughter. Great playground development and nice area. TFTC
Replacement cache in place and ready to be found again. Will only keep this one up and running for a short while as I’ve spotted a better hiding spot further along.
Last cache of the day and after a good 10 minute search gave up. Tried everything within a good 10m radius and still no luck.
Out and about with MightyMicra. We found this after a while but not quite where we were expecting it to be. TFTC.
Quick find with our littles today. Brought some newbies too. All is well and beautiful here.
Needed a cache for the day to qualify for the seven day streak souvenir and I thought this looked a suitable one though I certainly thought it advisable to remain clothed here!
Last time I was here there were too many muggles for me to be able to search.
Nobody was using the park this afternoon.
But after I had been looking unsuccessfully for a while the neighbour asked if I needed any help, I wish he could have helped me by finding the cache!
Explained geocaching to him and though he seemed to think it was somewhat strange, at least future cachers shouldn't have any problem with him wondering what is going on.
Gave up shortly afterwards which is just as well as several muggles with doggles arrived just as I was leaving.
I did manage to find a cache elsewhere to keep the streak going.

With rebel98 on a mini caching adventure
We have just had a late breakfast/early lunch, so make our way to this park to find the cache. Luckily it has stopped raining, but I am carrying the umbrella just in case. Looked in the obvious, but could not see the cache. On opening my eyes and looking too .... spoiler
Found the cache. Thanks for the hide

Well it has stopped raining for now. Took the short walk. Not in the obvious. All good, with rustynz
Nice quick find with jgirl1880 before a play on the tree swing. What a cool little park! Thanks for bringing us here
beautiful Good Friday with the family, kids had a play at the park and had a go on the swing, found the cache, not in the first spot we checked! TFTC
#10,668. Enjoyed visiting Karehana Park in Plimmerton, Porirua. There were a few people in this nice park, and fortunately GZ itself was all quiet when we visited. Not in the first spot we looked, but it was still a relatively quick find. The cache was in excellent condition, all nice and dry inside. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.
Thanks for the placement and for bringing us to this site, and …

Fluked the timing to have no muggles in sight. Clever hide: so obvious yet so well hidden. All in order and replaced as was. TFTC.
An absolute scorcher of a day! I had to get the kids out of the house to do something and while my daughter was happy enough with the prospect of a playground my son was not as enthused but there was no way I was going to leave him in the car, even with the windows down. So we headed on over and I took the detour to the GZ to make the quick find, even though I was being watched by the little girl from the corner house. All good here, but it was too hot to stay at the playground for long, so we went and played mini-golf instead. TFTC
Out for a mornings caching ,while visiting the area some nice spot around here found the cache all good ..,signed and replaced as found ..thanks whitbytui for the cache
We cycled "The Track" and came back to Plimmerton vua Airley Road. Thus was a minor detour to find. There is discarded clothing around so I want confident the cache would be there, but it was. Thanks for bringing us here.
Find #2985. A day spent in the Otaki area, primarily for the Festival of Pots and Garden Art. On the way north called in to find this one to complete the Plimmerton smiley faces on my map. A nice park. The cache was in plain site. SL TFTC
Out driving around a few caches with woolwood9 today.
Good weather and we enjoyed finding this cache.

A blustery day kept the muggles away - the park was empty when I was there! Quick find, sign and replace. TFTC.
We used our picnic basket as cover to get close to the cache. Quick pick up and replace between muggles.
A very busy time of the year for activities other than geo-caching and needed a cache not too far away to collect Ground-speak's last day of the year souvenir, so this was a good choice, not too far out of the way and not an evil difficult to find hide. And as it turned out a bit of a surprise at such a pleasant spot, one that I didn't know existed.

Out today with Fdaze. Nice little park, never knew it was there. Quick find because of good cords. TFTC.
What a lovely little park. And another area I have not been before. I'm out and about with Talla64 on a pleasant sunny day and this one was a quick find. Thanks for placing a cache here.
Out and about with Mrs agcnz today, cleaning up a few unfound caches in the area. This one was a quick find, I walked straight to it. Signed log, TFTC.
Was in the Hutt for work and was heading back to Tawa via the Haywoods and checked my GPSr and saw that there were a few caches that I could chose from that I could find today, was trying to make my mind up and in the end I decided that I would go and get this cache as I know the area quite well and decided that if I could get there early enough there werent going to be an issue with muggles.
The drive to GZ was quite pleasant and it wasnt too long before I was soon in Plimmerton and then it was just a matter of making my way along the esplanade to Airlie Road, I decided to use the Airlie road entrance as I checked on google earth and this was one of the main entrance to this park that was hidden within the cluster of houses.
It didnt take long before I soon found the entrance to the park and I was able to find a safe parking spot nt too far from the entrance. Then it was a short and easy walk to GZ, as I was making my way to GZ, I spotted a couple of young muggles on their way home, an they werent paying any attention as to what I was doing. Arriving at GZ, it only took a few seconds to spot something that required a closer look and I soon realsied that it was the cache.
Managed to retrieve the cache, signed and then replaced the cache back where I found it. Thanks WhitbyTui for placing this puzzle cache here and for bringing me to this spot, TFTC TNLNSL (14071).
Now it is time to go back to the car andmake my way back home.

Although I'm very familiar with this general area I didn't know there was a park here. It's taken me several visits to this park to coincide with an absence of muggles. On one visit when I thought a muggle might be on the verge of leaving I took the time to read some of engraved bricks that are all over the place. One of them was unexpectedly amusing.
Today the park was empty as were all the back yards overlooking it. Luckily the cache was an immediate find where the GPS said it would be to keep the suspicious activity to a minimum.
Thanks for bringing me here. Several times!

A nice easy park and grab on a beautiful morning. Nobody around in the park, so no muggles to contend with. TFTC!
Cache # 4,632 - a very quick find on a glorious afternoon. Felt a little uneasy being so close to houses, but no one saw me that I knew. TNLNSL. TFTC!

(# 4851). Woke up very early this morning and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get back to sleep. So I hauled myself out of bed and decided to grab a few caches before the real world woke up. A quick find but had to wait out a tiny muggle going for a swing right at the GZ. Once she was ordered home I swooped on the cache. Everything in order in a nice park that I did not know existed. TFTC
Saw this new cache appear while at work, but sadly was several hours before I could make it out this way. A quick find in a quiet park. TFTC
I’m sure Just-Lookin broke the speed limit heading down the hill to this FTF attempt! Thought we had it, but alas not
Luckily was nearby when this one went live. What a nice little spot, didn't know that little park area was there
Live in the area and got here within five minutes of publication but beaten by Aros71. Ya gotta be quick!
