Dubbo day 3
Today we decided on a trip down to the Wellington area, Had my 89 year old mother with us for the drive. She spotted a few from the back seat of the car.
We really enjoyed our drive today, taking in the farm land & up to Mount Arthur.
Lots of good hides at various locations.
Thanks for placing this cache No_Tomorrow

While spending a couple of weeks in Narromine over the Easter and Anzac break we decided to head to Beni State Conservation Area and the lovely little town of Wongarbon to enjoy some rural caching.

We enjoyed the walk through the reserve and were pleased to be able to choose to walk where there was not too much long grass

Many thanks for the hide No_Tomorrow

In the area with LuckyL10n on a 3 day road trip for Geocaching Australia cachers....and being in the area we grabbed this one as well. A great little cache in this reserve that made our walk through the area worthwhile. [FTF]

Thanks No_Tomorrow....without the original cache we wouldn't have visited the area.

#8832 - 17:30; A plan was concocted with Sol de lune to hit the road for a few days to try and work out whether it really is the destination or the journey. We hit the road early on day one as we headed for Dubbo via Canowindra, Manildra, Yeoval and Narromine. After a couple of stops on the way through Canowindra, then Manildra, Yeoval and Narromine, we were now in Dubbo to wrap up the day. Collected a few caches around town and then headed out towards Wongarbon for a few in that area. Parked near the gate and headed off through the damp scrub. This was our next stop on the way around and an aptly named cache indeed. Spotted the cache lying on the ground, but replaced more securely after signing the log and claiming the *FTF*.
