03-Nov-24
Finally it took so long loved this cache TFTC!

01-Nov-24
The cache was still serviceable but a little bit of maintenance was needed. The cache is now a lot better and ready to be found. Happy and healthy geocaching to all.

Does feel weird loitering knowing you might be watching. No luck for me today visiting from Perth.

08-Sep-24
We decided to come to Melbourne for a shopping trip tomorrow and I thought we would find a few caches in some new LGA's on the way. We had high hopes when we pulled up at this cache, but a search came up empty handed. Thanks to the CO for rescuing us as I don't think I would have found the cache otherwise. After a quick chat, I think I signed this one is 8/8 instead of 8/9. I really don't know where the year has gone?? especially if I signed as August instead of September.

03-Aug-24
Lovely owners came out and chatted to us upon finding cache. Very creative cache.

Great cache, I find it quick. Apologies I did a little broken, need a bit fixing. Because its a bit hard to put it on. Thank you for the cache, that is fun.My dog did meet a lovely black/white car but Milo is bit fear to close it. Well, that was fun. Parked down the street just a little and took the walk to GZ. Looked in few spots before wondering what I was missing, before another look and the cache was spotted. Soon had the log signed and the cache was returned to its hiding spot. Didn't spot any one around the already the GZ area, so I headed back to car and headed off to the next one. Thanks for this one bundaoorian....fav point for something different in a spot like this. Fav point added.

That was so cool!!

27-Apr-24
Great cache which had __Cat__ and I stumped for a while. Eventually I spotted it and we managed to retrieve, it, at which point the CO came out of the adjacent house to say hello! +1fp for a bit of a different hide. TFTC!

06-Mar-24
11:56Pretty sure you couldn't... Finally plucked up the courage (while the CO's otherwise occupied). An excellent hide, bunadoorian.#8327

O I don' C U today, but we did see your geocache. Very clever.

23-Feb-24
OICU but I hope no one saw me. Very clever hide and great to incorporate the whole court into it. Not sure if the CO was home watching but I gave a wave. Very clever and a favourite point given. TFTC Bundoorian

06-Jan-24
First favourite of 2024! Read the logs and expected an awkward search, especially with a neighbour out doing work in the yard. Lo and behold we found it lickity split! Not what we expected! TFTC! Fav given.

28-Dec-23
Was just about to walk away after 15 minute search when geo kids sharp eyes caught sight of the cache. Very clever hide. Thanks for bringing us here.

24-Dec-23
Nicely done for a Christmas eve outing. TFTC

22-Nov-23
Well the rumours are true. The neighbours and I had a good laugh at me trying to locate this cache. I even met the owners. What a creative find and wonderful people.

20-Sep-23
What a brilliant hide! Nicely crafted, beautifully camoed and well hidden.Took us a sec to realise where it must be and then bingo! We were onto it. Carefully retrieved signed and returned. We didn't get to meet the CO unfortunately. Congrats on a great cache, a definite favourite from us! Thanks bunadoorian

02-Sep-23
After a bit of hunting and a handy hint from the owners, we found it. Very unique spot! Thanks bunadoorian, the kids had lots of fun. Took the Geocoin to move it on.

28-Aug-23
This cache has been on my to find list for a few weeks because of a particular attribute l need for a particular challenge cache. So I detoured this morning after an appointment to come see if I could see OICU.. who said everything you need is on sight? If the neighbours were watching, l would have no doubt amused them with the strange exercises I was doing at GZ. I eventually got hold of the cache and signed the log. Travel bug left.

Wonderful concept, cleverly executed.
Definitely worth a favourite point from me.
Congratulations Bunadoorian on a great cache.
Thank you both so very much for valued friendship.

best one i’ve ever done

05-Aug-23
Amazing hide in the neighbourhood. That is high level geocaching! A favorite point from me!

02-Aug-23
I felt a bit out of place as I wandered back and forth in front of the houses looking for any evidence of a hide. I was just about to head back to my car when I spotted it from about 10m away. I'm not sure how I didn't see it from up close but that's what makes this game fun. After managing to retrieve the fun hide I was happy to be adding my name to the log. Thanks for the cache bunadoorian, definitely something a bit different.

02-Aug-23
So much fun! I was searching in the wrong area for a while, but it definitely deserved the 3 star difficulty.

A cache in a residential area... Not normally my thing but having met the CO at a certain event this weekend I thought I'd give it a shot. A little hint was supplied and there it was. A fantastic hide that put a big grin on my face. Nice to meet the COs again and hope to see you again down the track at another event sometime.

Found with Youban and Tankengine

Tankengine found the cache pretty quickly and opened up the container to find a big nest of ants. But signed and replaced them back. Tftc!!!

This was to be our last find for the day and ended up being perhaps the most fun. We needed to visit the cache owners to pick up a tool they had kindly offered to loan us. Instead of giving us their address they gave us the GC code for this cache. Of course my first stop had to be the cache. The hint directed me to the right location, but I was dismayed when The-Evil_Muggle found and recovered it before I even saw it! Very clever and well constructed cache. Thanks for the fun Bunadoorian.

20-Oct-22
Trying to be very mindful as we arrived we couldn't help but giggle. We didn't feel awkward here, knowing the residents know of this one, but we did wonder what must go through their heads as they watch us cachers try to puzzle this one out. We knew where we must go as the GPS was spot on, trying to see anything out of place. We quickly made our find and a great hide it was! Very deserving of the FPs!

With 2peasinapod20012 we picked this one up, as she had already found this a while ago
she watched as Geo-wife and I searched, but we needed a bit of help,
If she was not with us I think we would still be there, this is a clever hide and constructed cache.

Thanks for the cache and chat. As we arrived a helpful neighbour, came out out and began to say where the cache was. We happy said to hold the hints to a little later Smile.

Not long after we met the CO and his wife and had a good chat! Darkness was coming and more caches to find! So we said our goodbyes. We will see you at the Mega!

14-May-22
On arriving at GZ I started a search in the most likely place. I hadn't been there long when a friendly neighbour (not the CO) came out of his garden and revealed the cache. What a clever hiding place, but I would have preferred to happen upon it myself. Tftc and a fav point from me.

11-Apr-22
The need for a non-Trad cache today for the ** The Non-Traditional Calendar Challenge ** had encouraged me to get out of the house and go looking for a cache. Having ticked the box for the challenge with a relatively new Multi in Macleod, I decided that a wander through the *Gresswell Forest Nature Reserve* would be a pleasant way of adding a couple of more finds for the day. With that out of the way, it wasn't all that far to come looking for this cache.

I arrived at GZ... a really beautiful street tree that didn't seem to be the place to hide cache. Looking around, I wondered how far from the footpath you could go before coming to "private property". Deciding that that idea was probably wrong, I turned again... just at the right time... something moved in the breeze and caught my eye... yes, it was a tell-tale to the cache.

An absolutely fabulous cache... cleverly hidden... that needs you to be looking in the right direction at the right time to be able to find it quickly. I signed the log and grabbed the Trackable...

Thanks **bunadoorian** for this very clever cache... I will give it a Favourite Point one day when I have earned it!

We found this cache today on our Watsonia Wander. We are always really, really wary of caches in this type of location after having been caught out a couple of times in the past. However, we were reassured that the neighbours here were all in the loop. With the 'not on private property' note on the cache, it really limited the places it could be, but even with that, it took us way, way too long to realise where it was. Once we had it, it straight away reminded us of a GC HQ cache in Seattle, Washington, USA (now archived) but it was a joy to find as was this one today. Really simple but nicely put together. We almost had it put away when the COs returned home so we got to have a nice discussion about all things geocaching before heading off once more. Thanks from D & HA B-A.

Absolutely loved this one, best cache we’ve had so far!! Dropped in a trackable as well

The geovehicle needed a service today. One must keep their trusty steed in good working order in order to find all the wonderful caches out there. After the bank balance was depleted and the oil etc was checked we were back on the road. I thought I would be less conspicuous looking for this cache when any children in the neighbourhood are away at school. I walked into the court and it wasn't long before I spotted a very well disguised cache. It made me smile and it wasn't long before the log was signed and returned to it's hiding spot. I picked up the TB's to begin their journey into the unknown. Thanks bunadoorian for a great hide. A FP has been awarded.

Went for a quick cache this morning before school with Mr. 10. Loved this cache - took us a fair few minutes to find it, then once we saw it couldn't believe we didn't see it immediately! Really clever and fun hide.

14-Nov-21
What fun we had getting this one! I hope we gave the owner a good laugh while we tried to grab it. Love love love this cache. Thank you

14-Nov-21
Great hide! Luckily not too prolonged a search as it's a pretty overt spot. Cache owner is super friendly and came out for a chat. Awesome and inspiring to meet someone so enthusiastic in cacheing and willing to contribute back. Thanks so much for the cache and chat

Was just around the corner getting my geovehicle looked at and decided to grab a quick cache on my way home.
What a surprise to bump into the CO at the hide, luckily as well, I might never have found this one.
Nice hide and I enjoyed the mini-event on the footpath Smile

Catching up now with logging. This took a while to locate. Tried all obvious spots and was sure tat it was laughing at me. That proved to be the case. You were probably laughing too!
Once spotted I needed a tool before the log was signed.
Thanks for the fun here bunadoorian

DNF to good for us.

04-May-21
Clever! This seemed harder than it should. Maybe because it was dark! I arrived for a tennis match at N J Telfer Reserve with a few minutes to spare. I firstly took a walk to the start of your Adventure Lab before coming here. I had a bit of a look around the likely spot at first, trying to be inconspicuous as people came in and out of their driveways. I was close to giving up as I had to get to tennis, but as I was doing that I spotted something, and it got me there! Thanks bunadorian. Not sure if you were watching or not. I think your cat was amused though if it was yours. Thanks for placing and maintaining a unique cache. FP will be added if I have one.

Awesome find!!! Drove straight to it and greeted by the owner!!! We were in luck ... thank you for such a great set up! A fav!

In the area for some Caching fun with Rebel Acts, it was great to be back in a area I haven't cached for ages.
Just as we started our search we got muggled by the co, it's was great to catch up with the bunadoorian's and have a chat. Really enjoyed the cache favourite point for sure.

Cheers for the cache.

A great day out with Omegaman1971, Our trip last weekend got canceled due to the five day lock down so we were glad we could get out again this weekend, we had a great day out exploring new areas.

This is one of the caches we found on our travels. Just as we began our search one of the CO's pulled into the drive way, it was great to see you both a gain, a nice inventive cache, gets a FAV from Me.

Thanks bunadoorian for the cache.

Electric scooters in the car with AL's thr target for Spiffy- and I plus a few other caches en route. And we milked every last drop of power out of the scooters with both flashing red when we finished.

Wow. This took some finding. The the duh moment! Fav.

Thanks to bunadoorian for the placement and fun.

07-Feb-21
Found at 12:59 pm.
Today we headed out to do a few Adventure Lab caches on the scooters and while we were there we would also look for whatever else we came across. It was a great afternoon out and about because the light rain stopped just when we started before lunch. We got a little too far from where we parked and I ended up having to manually push the scooter the last 1.5km back to the car because I didn't realise how much downhill riding we had done and misjudged the returning distance and had my first red battery light situation. I survived though so everything was ok.
This took a while and thank goodness I brought Fleabag- along as he finally spotted it. Oh, it's so obvious once you've seen it. A favourite from me.
Thanks bunadoorian for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

27-Jan-21
Very impressive hide yet again Bunadoorian... I had a pretty good idea what to look for based on other hides of yours...but my initial bearings on the GPS were askew...had to regather and relook. Made more interesting by the fact that you may have been watching out and intregued by my efforts to secure the hide in tricky conditions. I had to step up to the challenge and glad I did. Great camouflaged hide and a fav point from me. TFTC

Took a while but got it! Very clever TFTC

15-Nov-20
Kato Potato and I had booked accommodation in Mill Park for the Whittlesea MEGA event.....non-refundable accommodation which thankfully opened up to us regional Victorians this very week. Despite not being able to attend the now-cancelled MEGA, we got back in the saddle of geocaching and realised how much we'd missed it in 2020.

We parked here and I remarked that this felt familiar to finding the geocache in the court where Neighbours is filmed. Same type of exposure, same size of court. When we made the find though, I sincerely hope you were watching. We were freaking delighted. TFTC bunadoorian. A favourite point.

15-Nov-20
After a particularly long caching hiatus thanks to COVID-19, Mummy Short Legs and I finally got to hit the road again for our annual caching weekend away. This weekend was originally planned to be celebrated with the nearby Mega event, cancelled for obvious reasons. We still had an accommodation booking though and thought waste not, want not! A great weekend away and an opportunity to just enjoy the area.

Officially on our way home to Gippsland after a fantastic weekend in Melbourne caching but were drawn to this cache on the way thanks to its favourite points. When we approached it was with trepidation, not being used to caching in suburbia! I hope you got to see our smiles and waves of thanks and appreciation after we found this one though because it was definitely worth overcoming the initial nerves for! Very clever concept bunadoorian! TFTC! Another fav from me.

07-Nov-20
Great fun!! Our toddler had a meltdown wanting to keep the pencil - sorry for shattering the peace of your nice court! TFTC

Such a clever rope mechanism! Favorite of my few finds! TFTC! I would love to buy one or see how it works to make my own. Great hide. didn't spot the owner today as the previous logs suggested i would. TFTC again.

05-Jan-20
What a cool cache. After reading that the coast is clear I spotted something that lead me further to the cache. Whilst an easier find than I was expecting in signing the log I managed to get the cache stuck somewhere... after a minor panic I was able to rescue it and put all back as it was... phew. Hopefully that made for a laugh from anyone viewing nearby. TFTC

01-Jan-20
Felt a bit weird looking around with a neighbour washing their car so will leave for another day

20-Dec-19
When you have to get a cache, and it needs to be easy to minimize your exposure to high temperatures and it comes with the possibility of a cold beverage, you pick one close to a friends place so you can take refuge there after the find.
TFTC and the company.

18-Nov-19
TFTC! What a very clever idea! I really enjoyed finding this fun cache. It’s always so lovely to have the CO to assist as well, as he is such a wonderful kind hearted person!

After having been for a morning walk around the Bundoora area, to come back to here to find this well camouflaged cache with a TOTT, just near by!

It’s been a special weekend for myself, with the most wonderful company, having flown from Qld to attend my first ever Mega event at St. Arnaud. Then to find a few different types of caches in that area, while attending plenty of geocaching events and also receiving new souveniers. Then to travel back to Melbourne to find some of your caches, will just make my long geocaching weekend the most special one!

Thank you for making geocaching special to me and do much fun!

04-Nov-19
After a recent comment about the wet logbook I have dried out the cache and replaced the logbook.

03-Nov-19
Nicely done hide here. The log book was totally sodden even though the container was well closed, but we managed to sign anyway. TFTC.
