Cache has sadly been muggled will try find a new suitable hiding place for cache
Really sad I couldn't find this one as staying in Hataitai and the placement is right outside my family home of 46 years ago and I had my two grandchildren with me at the time .
Nice easy find on my way through Roseneath and Hataitai. A perfect activity (and location) for a truly gorgeous summer day. All good here. TFTC.
Found on the floor next to it's hiding place but signed and put back where we believe for it to be hidden tftc
TFTC- quickly found today while out for a walk around after playing bridge up here this weekend
What a beautiful morning to kick off my Mystery at the Museum adventures. Being new to Wellington I've got plenty to choose from to find my clues. I've not spent anytime in this area so headed down this way...what a stunning drive round Evans Bay Parade nearby. TFTC
Found on the way to airport as we are off to the West Island for Geomuster. Signed the new piece of paper in the cache. Apologies, the plastic bag flew away in the wind. TFTC
After work today I called past this cache to see if I could find it. It is a horrible afternoon as it is raining and quite dark. The bonus of these conditions meant that I had GZ all to myself which meant that I was able to make a nice quick find. So I took the cache back to the car where I made sure it was nice and dry when I signed the log. The log book has been signed and the cache is nicely back in it's spot all ready for the next hunter. The cache is holding up well. Thanks heaps for taking the time to set up this cache. I really appreciate your efforts in doing so.
This is geo streak day #1048 in a row for me today. TFTC

After a 'somewhat eventful' (to put it mildly!) night, I was in need of an easy cache to restore some semblance of sanity. Thank you for providing that. Parked slightly away, and walked up. Log signed, and safely returned. Now off to do some shopping before collecting the rest of the whanau. TFTC
We always like it when geocaching takes us to new places and this one was one of them. Cache was a quick find and we took it a bit further along the road while signing the log before returning it back to its hideyhole. TFTC
Bundled up in lots of layers and ventured out to find a few caches. Easy find. TFTC.
Been meaning to grab this one for a few weeks as it’s so close to our GZ. Needed a break from cleaning and this rounded off my total to 580 (hate sitting on a 9!). Hope this lasts and doesn’t get muggled. TFTC
Despite cold & drizzle still had to walk right past cache until muggle + dog had passed! Quick find after that. Kia ora!
#836. Still busily knocking off dot days, so this newish cache was an obvious choice, seeing it was pretty close to home. Nice easy park and grab, from a vertically challenged Ti Kouka. All quiet at GZ. GB Leader came along for the ride.
Tftc geobecky8.

Heading into town to see the Terracotta Warriors at Te Papa.
Time for a quick park and grab on the way.

#6577. Last one today. Nice easy park and grab here. Certainly a different place to hide a cache. Hopefully it doesn't fall out. Signed the logbook and replaced the cache as found. Picked up the trackable. Thanks for the cache geobecky8.
It was all quiet when I got here this morning. Almost parked on top of it. A super quick PNG. TFTC
A very quick find where all good at GZ. Thanks for another smilie.
I found another of CO’s caches yesterday, that one took a little more effort. Pleased to get a park’n’grab today.
Consecutive caching day 1229. The streak stops soon...
Another very lovely day to be out and about.

After making my way across town after work to pick up my car left at my wife's work the previous night, I decided to head out to Hataitai to quickly grab this one, especially after reading a couple of previous logs. And quickly I did, after waiting for a couple of muggles to sort themselves out. All good here. TFTC
**taybee** is caching again with the old man
very quick find here to day my gps was out by meters 10 meters
All in good order, sign log book as **taybee** or **tb** TFTC Log by Gsak

#10,614. A park and grab on Matai Road in Hataitai, Wellington on a Sunday afternoon. Fortunately we were able to park right next to GZ. Just as well as we had to wait out a good number of muggles at this time. Once the coast was clear, it was a quick find. The cache was in excellent condition, all nice and dry inside. But the container was more of a micro than a small. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.
Thanks for the placement and for bringing us to this site, and …

Called here on the way back from the airport this afternoon - given the nature of the hide I thought I should score it sooner rather than later as it might not last. A quick find in the first place checked. Signed log, TFTC
Found with 4YO. Good to see some new caches popping up in Hataitai. We found this after 8pm and only a couple of muggles walked by. We were stealthy enough so I don't think anyone spotted us . TFTC
Saw this cache when it was published but I decided that I would leave it till today as I was going to be in the area and when I got up this morning I noticed that the FTF had already gone on this cache.
As always due to the traffic, I usually leave home a bit earlier but today I was running a bit late today and once I fought the traffic to the CBD, it eased a bit and one I came out of Mt Victoria tunnel it was flowing a lot better.
Decided that since this cache was enroute to where I was heading I decided that I would go and have a look at finding this cache before making my way to my first appointment for the day. As I neared GZ, I managed to find a safe parking spot within 20 metres of GZ and it was so obvious as where this cache was going to be.
I decided to put my HiVis on as the muggles were starting to wake up and getting ready for work, and once I did this none of them paid me any attention, that was so funny. Got out of the car and made my way to GZ and made my way to GZ, and once at GZ, I soon spotted something that required a closer look and soon realised that it was the cache.
Managed to retrieve the cache, signed and then replaced the cache back where I found it. Thanks to geobecky8 for placing this cache here and for bringing me to this spot, TFTC TNLNSL (14129). Glad to get this cache off my list of unfound caches.
Now it is time to continue on to my next appointment which wasnt too far away..

3TF.
I thought when I saw this published that there was already a cache with this name (perhaps not surprisingly with the number of these trees around!) However the other one is far enough away that any confusion is probably unlikely.
There is a saying that it's more about the journey than the destination but today's journey to get here did not go well. First the bus was slowed down and sometimes brought to a halt through Roseneath thanks to cable laying. Then as we got closer to GZ area we came to a grinding halt as the road ahead was completely closed owing to resealing and it seemed no proper arrangements for a detour had been made.
As we were within easy walking distance of GZ by now I got off the bus and continued on foot, only to see the bus pass me as it had finally diverted down Hohiria Road!
Once finally at GZ a quick easy find, fortunately quiet in the area mid-afternoon.
Walked back into the town through the tunnel (not the bus one of course) which wasn't much fun with the noise, fumes and car horns but at least no more bus issues to contend with.

Cache # 4,697 - A super quick find after work today. #5 in the log behind Yeti, Yeetrees, Robnzh and someone I couldn't quite make out. Very bold hide - will be surprised if this last too long! TNLNSL. TFTC!

[FTF] @ 20:30 Just happened to be driving through the CBD when the notification of this new cache came in, and having just finished a job had the time to make my way here. A nice find on a typical Welly evening. TFTC.
