We continued today our tour of Queensland and thereby searched, found and logged this interesting Traditional-Cache.The weather was - said in one word simply best. The good hidden caches and the being on holidays kept us the whole day in a good mood. The cache had good coordinates, and thus was easy to find. The logbook was okay, and allowed easy logging. Unfortunately it is completely wet. Thanks to Deep_99 for the generation of this nice cache A sign Ryalls rd (with the proper agenda), for leading us here and for showing us this funny location as well as the ongoing maintenance of this cache.PS: Please forgive us the uniform log which is needed due to timing problems - if necessary special actions and happenings are there described where they happened.Greetings from Germany together with the hope to meet somewhere like event or wood. Container is beyond repair ... unfortunately, I did not have a spare with me today. I picked up the rock and will move it along, logging my find on the appropriate page ... perhaps a new hobby for me too .TNLNSL.TFTC ...

33,577. Found during our Queensland Outback GeoMuster (QOGM) 2023 Longreach Adventure - a 33 day epic tour of Northern NSW and Outback Queensland finding many caches, attending great events and catching up with awesome Cachers along the way.Queensland Outback GeoMuster (QOGM) 2023 Longreach Adventure Day 29. Today we packed up, did our best to clean out Roma (I had plenty to find as when I came through here last year I only stopped for lunch and 1 cache), then continued East to Chinchilla. We still had 5 days and lots of caches to go on this trip. This was the next one on the list. Quickly found once at GZ. Signed as F65 and A33 as required. Replaced the cache as found, then we continued on our journey. Thanks to all the COs who put out these caches !!
QOGM 2023 Longreach Day 29. Traveling from Roma to Chinchilla via Miles. Fitzy_1965 and Albida33 are on our trip in early spring to Longreach. The journey home is well under way and today was a morning caching around Roma before heading east to get to Chinchilla and find an area of caches we have not been to recently. There were several caches along the way and even one old one that was an interesting walk in the searing sun. We had a quiet afternoon in town recharging for the last few days to get home.We had no problems finding this cache, but the lid of the container is cracked. Thanks for the cache Deep_9944569.14 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & 2011 Stamp A#206**Albida**
JACS and I had hatched a plan a while back to book leave for a road trip out west and to attend the last QOGM. Today was the first big day Dalby to St George with me collecting a swag of oldies JACS spread has! Still managed a few for her and an awesome day in the truck together! Quick find tftc
It’s happening, it’s finally happening! Alyce and I are going places and grabbing caches while on our way to QOGM.
Our day started early in Caboolture South and with the car packed and a list of caches dialled in we were on our way. We made our way along the Dag’ Highway to Blackbutt and Yarraman then down the New England Highway grabbing a few caches in the vicinity than arriving at the Warrego and taking that all the way to Morven while stopping at several places in between. Unfortunately we had to leave it at that due to fading light and made our way to Augathella for the night.
What an adventure! The places you visit and the experiences you have is something else.
Thanks for bringing us here.

Well my trip up to QOGM has officially started and I’m taking the very indirect route up to outback QLD to get there.
So after cruising up the Hume to Sydney then the M1 and A1 up to Byron Bay with a few other roads in between as I have been cris crossing a bit so it is time to start heading west.
I have never been up this way before so it will be interesting to see what towns I come across in my travels.
After spending the night in Texas I was heading to The Pink Pub at Dulacca for the night.
Continuing along the Warrego Hwy on parts that I haven’t travelled on before.
I saw a sign so I had to pull off the Hwy to get a better look at it.
Interesting read about the size of the region as well.
Thanks Deep_99.

We are now heading north to avoid the coldest of the winter weather in Victoria. Today we headed off from Chinchilla and onto Miles, where we will stay for the night. A great opportunity to grab some around the area. Different and challenging hides.
Stopped off here and made a quick find. Pleased I'm using my gaiters today after seeing 2 snakes recently.
Thanks Deep_99 for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

This extended/long weekend across Anzac Day, it was an outback adventure to Charleville and Carnarvon Gorge. Departing Thursday afternoon, I stopped in Roma before continuing west through Mitchell and Morven and completing various puzzles and power trails. I then caught up with a small group to hike Carnarvon Gorge on Sunday and Monday, and then after having a final night in Roma, returned on Monday.
Today, it was time to head home from my weekend away from Roma to home. It was an opportunity to find a few remaining geocaches along the highway, and after visiting a few Chinchilla geocaches including the memorable cactoblastis monument [Mr Cole Snr, The Shanti & Prickly Pear](https://coord.info/GC8EW84), I opted to detour through Cecil Plains after going through Dalby, and then returned east via Toowoomba. Who would have thought that regular geocache stopping would add so much time to the normal 5.5 hr drive? With deteriorating weather in the late afternoon, it was time to then make the beeline home whilst getting a sneaky rain car wash along the way.
I elected to take this short northern geotrail that stems from Columboola, and although it was an unnecessary detour home, the geocaches were reasonably quick finds, which included this one. This geocache was the start of the mini geotrail but I left this one until last. There was a truck and LandCruiser parked in the adjacent stopping bay, so I had to pull over nearest to the side of the highway and thus I appreciated the quick cache find that I had. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Deep_99 for the cache hide and ongoing maintenance.

Heading out to Carnarvon for a few days R&R and smelling the roses in the National Park. Only needed to make Roma tonight so decided to start caching at Chinchilla.
Noted a few caches along this road so headed for the most northern point and worked my way back to the highway. You never know what is out there until you have a look.
Make sure you smell the caching s, it is not just another number.

From Adelaide but I’ve been working up here on a solar farm just up the road. Couldn’t resist this one since I drive past it every day after work

Today was day 8 of 9 long days of travelling and caching for us. Long, but fun. This was the Roma to Chinchilla leg of our trip.
Nice easy find for the kids. Had a caravan on and there was plenty of room to turn around
Grey nomads, after spending way too much time in Far North Queensland, now camped in Miles for two nights, means one day at least (one afternoon) caching. The caches in Miles were a bit elusive - we could not find the start of the track, so instead, we drove out of town towards Chinchilla and found six caches instead.
Nice easy one here at the sign. Thanks Deep 99

Hi there Deep_99.
We found your cache **"A sign Ryalls rd"** today.
We came to Miles as a stopping point on our way to Blackall, but as there are so many caches we've decided to stay for a few more days. Today we back tracked to pick up the caches between Chinchilla & Miles. We found 11 caches & DNF'd 0.
Thanks for placing the cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache almost exactly where our GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The cache wasUV damaged and very brittle. We replaced the container and restored the cache.
**Grabbed Trackable:** "Racing to be amazing".
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny

Today was the third day of my little journey to and around outback Queensland. While I’m not in a hurry, I do have a list of caches that I do want to collect along the way and probably some extras as I see fit. It won’t be hard to continue my challenges of a trad a day and a cache a day challenges for the next few days, I am also hoping to pick up a few new challenges along the way and some target caches too.
After my great night stay at Lake Broadwater, then a few in Dalby, with Chinchilla done its time to move on and continue with the list.
A quick grab as I was passing, all good with this cache and with the log signed I returned it as found; thanks for placing it here.
