Tried to look inconspicuous as there were 2 muggles picnicking at GZ but they knew what I was up to so we had a chat, found and logged and moved on to the next one. Great view too.

TFTC! Visited yesterday after I bought a premium membership but forgot a pencil, so drove back today and signed the logbook.
Day 4 of my trip to Bermagui via the Snowies. Camped at Tantangra Reservoir for a couple nights 4 trout caught looks like we got out just before the bad weather hits. Onward to Bermagui today.
Arrived at Bermagui, first cache. A awesome view to start off.

Nice quick find here while down with Youban and Tankengine.
We parked close by and walked across to GZ with no one around. The views are lovely from here too. Nice spot to highlight with a cache. Tftc!!!

Lovely views of Bermagui, on our way to Pambula, caching on our way.
GPS a bit jumpy, but Eagle eyed wife spotted what we were after.
Thanks for maintaining the cache

Awesome spot at the end of a road. As others have mentioned the GPS is off but not too hard.
We found it as one team member said, “Wonder if it’s right…yep, there it is,” as she moved a branch aside.
TFTC at 8.10am on this muggy January morning.

Coords had us looking in the wrong place. We found it behind the rail.
It's quite bleak looking here today.

As 2021 draws to a close I find myself with some time off work for a couple of trips, first to Narrabri for a funeral and a day later heading to Bermagui for some well earned rest and relaxation. Oh what a year it has been.
Found whilst in Bermigui and slowly working towards my goal of 2000 finds by the end of the year...
Found this one on a peaceful morning whilst the others slept in before heading to breakfast at our nearby favourite spot.

Trying to tick off some of our missing SST trail caches today whilst we have sunshine. 2nd attempt for this one, after reading other activity regarding coords being slightly out we expanded our search and now finally a smiley
Coordinates are a bit off but found after about 15mins if looking in the wrong spot! Tftc
Beautiful spot!
The coordinates were a little off but easy to find with the activity

The cache was some metres away from where our pointing machines said it should be, but widening our search area meant this one now has a smiley face on our map. Spending Easter break in Narooma, from Victoria, and Easter lunch is in Bermagui. We must hurry to join the celebration now. SL at 12.27pm #7870 TFTC ZimbaW

Heading south today, from Tomakin, destination Bairnsdale and yes we have our Victorian border entry permits on board.
It took a while before the GPS'r could show us where to look. The view is amazing.
Satellites today had our GZ 9 metres north west of where we found the cache.
Thanks ZimbaW for placing caches on the gameboard.

I’m on holidays at Bermagui and thought I would take the 1.5hr walk from my accommodation to find this geo cache. What a beautiful location and gorgeous views of Bermagui. Definitely worthy of a fave. TFTC
Appreciated the hint for a quick find, nice cache, all in good order. Then a look at the views!
Thank you ZimbaW for putting the cache out and maintaining it.

Fond on a mini-day trip from Narooma to Bermagui. Parked nicely at the end of the road and wandered down for a pretty quick find at GZ. Nicely hidden; and at a beautiful location, looking over the town we were about to have a beautiful prawn and salmon lunch at. TFTC ZimbaW!
I shall check on this within the next two days. Meanwhile photo evidence is acceptable
Wrote our name in an interesting spot because the paper was a bit damp and my pen wouldn’t work! Amazing view! Tftc
We have found this on a previous visit as we stay quite near by. Forgot to log but doing that now.
Like this one a lot better then the one that used to be around here as we didn't have to spend loads of time in the bushes.
Thanks so much for the cache.

We saw a wale! Nice find and fun to take first time Geo-sister.
Lovely spot.
Lovely spot.
Out caching today around Bega. Yours was one we targetted and found. Our thanks to ZimbaW for placing this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
On a bike ride to Camel Rock, and then the brewery for lunch. First stop to admire the sweeping views down the beach and beyond to Bermagui. Light breezes, clear blue skies... magic! Quickly spotted, signed and returned. TFTC ZimbaW
Great cache spot and views and s big windy today .
Fav tick for the hide , views and little bit of heaven .
Many thanks to Zimbaw.

We are having a short break from the dry and dusty inland and spending some time watching waves and the magnificent whales. We felt defeated here before we even started and thought we could never find a micro here - just before it was right in front of us. Thanks for adding to our enjoyment of this beautiful region.
We are having a wonderful time on our short break on the coast. We have seen platypus at Bombala, whales at Merimbula and Eden and done a little geocaching on the way. We thought this would be very hard but it was right in front of our noses. Many thanks for the cache.
In Bermagui with Cool Ridings cycle group for a couple of days cycling the area. Rode out to the Brewery via the ocean. Took a little while to find. Great spot.
I have checked on this cache and it is in good order. The description given in the "Needs Maintenance" log does not match this container so I suspect it was meant for another cache. Cache on!
Sorry hoffys, but this is going to be a generic log, as I have trouble keeping up with the youngsters I cache with, let alone making notes for individual caches. It will however save you reading every log!
Weeks ago it was decided to resurrect the idea of Canberra Invasions. I had not previously been involved in these adventures but enthusiastically signed up and this is our second this year. What a fabulous time we had. The main targets were the Event on Saturday night to celebrate an 18th birthday and the SST series. Both were achieved as well as some extras thrown in for good luck.
Thanks to all the COs for the effort they put in to creating the caches we found, but especially to dghoffy . What an incredible set of caches. I especially loved the names allocated to the caches - wow what great imaginations you have, and this spilled over to the creation of the caches. Well done d! It was wonderful not to have a series of mint tins or sistemas and their placement was great too. Evil at times but so much fun! I especially appreciated the fact that there was always good parking on roads that can be busy - glad it was a winter long weekend not one in summer.
All caches were eventually found, sometimes with a little bit of help - thanks to the COs and GrimRaider and were signed or stamped as Capital Crunchers. Brilliant series so thanks again and it was great to have you share the weekend with us.

Had to wait out a muggle who was staring out to sea. A good spot to do so.
Thanks ZimbaW

The long weekend had arrived and off I go as part of the Canberra geocachers invasion for the SST series and any others along the way! A great weekend of camping, caching and socialising with a great bunch of people!
Wandered down from the geounit to this lovely spot and started the search. Made it harder for myself searching right into the shrubbery [:o)] I only had to move along and down a little further and there it is! Right there!
Thanks for the hide, ZimbaW Didn't realise this one was yours lol!

We were worried with all the bushes but luck made the find. Such beautiful views. Thanks ZimbaW
last day at the beautiful coast. It’s been an awesome weekend.

Out and about with nibletricecakes and the Goulburn/Canberra crew. Scouting the coastline for treasures... my first big caching weekend! TFTC (and trail)
18,259. Found during the Canberra (and Goulburn) Invasion of the Sapphire Coast with minniek, GSC2000, DarzeeDi, Nibletricecakes, K8tybee, GLISS!, and the geokids.
After much planning and anticipation, the Canberra and Goulburn Invasion of the Sapphire Coast was underway. I had previously done the SST series back in 2016, so I only had a few DNFs on missing caches from that trip to make right plus any new ones since that trip. This was one of the new ones. Worth it just for the views - fantastic way to start the caching day off. Nice quick find at GZ.
Thanks ZimbaW !!

This weekend a few of us from Canberra and Goulburn decided to travel down to Bermagui and do the SST series and some of the other traditionals, camping at Wallaga Lake Big4.
Today was day 2 of our adventure and once again the weather was glorious a little warmer than yesterday, loved the company, laughs and stories making a great day. We got to this spot and the views were awesome, perfect name for a perfect cache, didn't take too long to find, signed log as team CGI (canberra Goulburn invasion) and put back for the next cacher to find, we had a great day and lots of laughs along the way, Thanks ZimbaW for putting out and maintaining this cache, a nice spot to come to.

Headed to Wallaga Lake for a bit of an invasion by people from Canberra & Goulburn. A group of us convoyed for most of the long weekend. The group known as CGI (Canberra Goulburn Invasion) consisted of fitzy_1965, darzee di, nibletricecakes, k8tybee, GLISS!, GSC2000 and my geokids Lovetherabbitohs, b0tmun, death_killer & my_name_jeff_1.
Day 2 saw us head towards Tathra with all caches along the way in our sights, most of which was the SST series. All caches were quickly found. We certainly loved the variety.

Onto a good thing with TikvaNZ, AngleG27 and Bobl2, Gliss! And I thought we would grab a couple more. Loving the beach in the evening light. Tftc!
Spending a glorious weekend down the Sappire Coast as part of the Canberra Invasion. Whilst the invasion meant the chance to catch up with many cachers at events and at different spots (and a delightful excuse to celebrate Lovetherabbitohs 18th birthday), I spent most of the weekend on the hunt with the CGI crew: Fitzy_1965, DarzeeDi, Minniek , K8TYBEE , GLISS!, GSC2000 Lovetherabbitohs, B0tmun, death_killer & my_name_jeff_1. Thanks so much for keeping all the caches alive and making this weekend a possibility! Tftc

Found on the Canberra Invasion of SST. Found with a few other invaders that we met along the way. TFTC.
Cache 5141 on 8 Jun 2019.
This was a long awaited and planned geocaching mission to the south coast with a few other Canberra cachers. Bobl27, TikvaNZ and I drove down Saturday morning and picked up a few caches on the way to the main goal which was the SST.
This cache: yes , a lovely view! What is not to like.
Thanks ZimbaW for the cache and the fun!
