Unfortunately there does not seem to be any evidence that indicates that steps have been taken to resolve the issue/s associated with this placement. It would appear the owner of this cache listing is no longer interested in the cache and the cache has been abandoned.
As such the cache is being de-listed (Archived). If there are components or remnants of the cache, please recover them as we don't want to litter our environment with Georubbish.

###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
Hi there Cache Owner,
This cache has come to my notice as there is a 'Needs Maintenance' log that that indicates there is some sort of issue with the placement and it needs your attention please.
Check out the Guiodelines here: [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable the cache**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will unfortunately have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Had a chance to seek a few caches today. Used the clue here to find the cache. Felt a little on show but thankfully no muggles around.

Cache found all in good order. Some sort of logbook needs to be added because the sheet of paper included won't take long until it's filled. Thanks for the cache as always!

A Sunday afternoon cache run through Deer Park was in order as the weather was glorious. I haven't been caching through these parts in many years - it hasn't changed very much. The log was missing but the cache and swaps were intact. I've placed an @empiregeocaching calling card in the cache as evidence of my visit. I've added a 'needs maintenance attribute to this log. Thanks for the cache geoNkenter.

In another life H-P worked at Deer Park West PS, so it was very interesting to be back in the area and catch up with all the changes and extensive development. The day was starting to warm up, a nice quick find was most welcome.
Thanks to 'geoNkenter' for placing this cache on the geo-gameboard.

There were car muggles at this cache so I had to walk in form the next street. They were still there but busy doing whatever they were doing, and didn't notice me.
Suscoe was in Melbourne this morning with a bit of time up our sleeves.
So a trip out to Deer Park to take in the sights was decided upon.
It was a pleasant morning and a gentle breeze kept things mild.
This is an area that we have not done much recent caching and so it was good to wander the streets and trails.
Thanks to geoNkenter for this hide.
All good here this morning.

In the fading light, leafotwind, n0w0rries and I figured that while we were in the area after a successful hunt for a new cache, we should try and get a few more smileys.
Just enough light remained to walk from our nearby parking, and spot the cache nice and quickly. As we'd attracted casual scrutiny, we retired a bit further away to sign the log.
Thanks again, geoNkenter.

Another drive to another local cache in this interesting series. GZ is apparently not only beloved by cachers but muggles find it attractive to drop off their bulky rubbish. This is amusing given that houses are about 30m away and one in particular took an interest as to what three grown men were doing by the rocks, on dusk, near the rubbish.
It wasn't a perfect line of sight so all should be fine.

A fairly quick find at this point.
Spotted with leafotwind and nirgal.
The lady in the nearby house looked out while we were signing but since we had moved away a short distance, it should be all ok.
Thanks for the cache.

TFTC! Never knew what this little pocket looked like so thanks for being us here! Hidden well (as it was exposed when we arrived)!
{FTF} @10:22pm
Yahoooooooo! We got a FTF at last!
We’ve been trying for soooo long! One NY resolution down.
I was actually in bed when I called to geohubby and announced this one close-ish to us.
I have to be up at 5am for work so we deliberated on whether or not we should try, given that we get pipped at the post all the time.
But the decision was...”let’s do it”...so with pyjama bottoms on and a T-shirt...we made the find by torch light at 10:22pm
Thanks to the CO!!!
