### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there Just1Mo,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention. You would have received an automated email from Geocaching HQ recently which explained what needs to be done.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so I am having to take the next step and temporarily disable the cache - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) .
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

On 29/8 TrudyJane and I looked around and under in the cool breeze - and now back home see it was Not another mint tin in a guard rail for us as well....
11:17, 17 Aug 19.
This cache was #1 target for the International Geocaching Day souvenir, but to be the one today. After reading old logs, looking at the description and hint, I'm pretty sure the cache has gone AWOL, so is now a NBTBMT (Not Bloody There Bloody Mint Tin). I was on a bit of a timetable, so didn't look long, but if it is there it wasn't where it should have been today.

Not magnetic and not just sitting anywhere near the guard rail that we could see. Too cold to search too long.
Found but not magnetic. Was it originally? Just resting in place now but a gust of wind might blow it off. TFTC
Quick stop, and sign, replaced as found, Thanks for the cache, Just1Mo, the hide is in good condition
Found by Mary and David at 12:50:00. Wish we had a dollar for every time we've been past here and muttered "there's a cache in there, we must find it next time". Today was the day, at last, as we head off from maccamob HQ to do some cache maintenance. Such a cold grey day today. Mission accomplished. Our thanks to Just1Mo.

While on our way to Lerderderg, we stopped here as the car was needing a refill, we were just about to leave and realised that there was this one nearby so we headed over for a quick find and then continued on our way.

Caching Day 225 - Well after collecting a cache every day whilst in tassie it was decided to keep the days running so this was our return to the mainland and today we traveled from the spirit of Tasmanina I to the town of Horsham for our first night on the mainland.
This was a stop after we had collected fuel just a service center before but after arriving at the location the cache was found on the ground so after signing the log it was returned to the appropriate hint location.
Thanks Just1Mo for placing this for us to find and keep our caching run going.

If only all mint tins were found this easily. Everything looks to be okay. Thanks for the cache.
With 4 days off over the Easter weekend, I suggested to the geowife a roadtrip to Adelaide. Our first destination was Boadertown for the night. A 6.5 hour drive took 9.5 due to a few car accidents either side of Ararat. We stopped here to let the puppies stretch their legs and decided to grab the catch before heading off. I lived in Ballarat during my uni days in 2001 and 2002. It was nice to be back in the area, the bypass didnt exist back in those days.

Found on our way home from Melbourne where we spent the day visiting the Aquarium and doing touristy things. This rest area is a regular feature on our way home and it was nice to finally see a cache here. A quick find today. Many thanks for the cache Just1Mo

15281 With another cool day forecast Robmc and I decided to load up the E-bikes and head to Melton, to gather up a few caches by bike before using the geo-chariot to chase up the Three Series. A nice little tally of 30 finds for the day. A most enjoyable ride too, although watching the preparations for more houses tearing up the scenery was a little disheartening.
First find for the day and after searchig the obvious GZ to no avail I turned around and found the container staring at me from the tan bark in all its bright blue shinyness. The tiny magnet is unable to do the job and some CO TLC is required.
Thanks Just1Mo

Out for the day with BettyBoo3747. We took our deadly treadlies to Melton South.
A nice mild day for a stroll / ride.
The clue was right, the guard rail was magnetic, unfortunately the mint tin wasn't anywhere near it.
Placed back in close proximity.
Thanks, Robmc.

Easily found but some TLC is neded as the sticky tape is broken and the magnet is inside the tin where it doesn't attach
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for this cache here today.

Taking our muggle neighbours, who are interested in learning about caching, we did some caches today and this one was our first one - fortunately no muggles about so cache found quickly.

Thursday is gym day but when the offer of a days caching came up well I knew I would get some exercise so I jumped at the offer.
Ross had done the hard work of sorting where we would go and sent me the GSAK file and a list and map of our route.
Off bright and early we were soon at this cache which was next on our list.
Called past today and used the car to shield our activity.
Log signed and we were off to the next. Thanks Just1Mo for placing this guy.

Late night driving to Ballarat a quick stop for this cache, quick find
After leaving Tasmania yesterday and on my journey to South Australia, I had one day to spend in Melbourne before heading to Ballarat for the evening. A few caches were picked out for various reasons but mainly to pick up the remaining LGAs left close to the City. Most of the hides were in good condition and I had a few DNFs
I am currently writing detailed logs because of a challenge provided by Project-GC. "The Author" Badge challenges geocachers to average one hundred words or more in each log. Given that I have found so many GC caches, I have to write many logs with well over 100 words for a long period of time to get my average to the target. Apologies to anyone who finds the logs tedious but it is the only way that I can strive to attain this challenge. After over 5000 plus caches (which includes all cache finds up and including yesterday), the average log length is just over 70 words. I am now entertaining the possibility that I might be able to achieve my task before the end of next year. It's surprising how much is has increase since doing this.

Suscoe decided that a trip up through Bacchus Marsh to Gisborne and then back down through Melton and Lara was on the schedule for today.
It was a pleasant day with mild temperatures, a coolish breeze, some sunshine and some clouds, just a perfect Summer's day for geocaching in southern Victoria.
We invited Bushfire to come along with us and an enjoyable day was had finding caches, travelling the countryside and chatting as we went.
Thanks to Just1Mo for this hide, we made it a park and grab and all was good.
Quite a few trucks around today.
Melton was calling so we had to keep moving.

Felt strange lurking around a gas bottle whilst people lined up for Maccas watched
Hot enough today for those gas bottles to explode.
Kept the car running as I dashed out to log this one on my way home via Melton

It's a beautiful morning to go caching. Thanks for the cache Just1Mo. The coords were spot on. SL. TN. LN. Could we have some more Rockbank caches please?
Was heading out to visit friends nearby who just built in Aintree, like a kilometre down the road and saw this cache and had to get it. Besides it's a beautiful, sunny day and the roads are quiet so what better thing to do than go and find a cache or two.
This was a really easy park and grab cache, exactly where I was expecting it to be.
Thanks for the cache and hide

Up at 5:30am, and on the road at 6am which allowed us to make all the way to GZ for a quick breakfast by 7am. I was unaware a cache was here but was most pleased to find this guy hiding 80 metres away when I checked. Despite a sore eye from it being accidentally gouged my son this morning, we were happy to have our trip to the Barossa was underway.
